I had a great experience. I had never gone through for a bone scan before, but the tech was very knowledgeable and explained everything beforehand. The receptionist was also very nice and knowledgeable. Great experience all around.

I’m not great with pills or needles but Frank was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. He made the appointment a lot easier.

Had a nuclear bone scan done here. Was a little nervous at first, but Frank was friendly and knowledgeable. The scan itself took about 45min. Frank was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable.

Appointment was on time. Staff was professional and friendly. Troy the technician was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns about Nuclear BMD test … Thank you

THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY, I FELT WELL RESPECTED COVID PROTOCOL WAS IN PLACE WAIT TIME PERFECT, APPOINTMENT WAS ON SCHEDULE TECHNICIANS ARE VERY WARM THEY MADE ME FEEL SAFE. THE RECEPTIONIST VERY WARM LADY. OVERALL THE TEAM I MET IS AWESOME

My stress test, though stressful, (lol) was a very positive experience. The staff was professional, friendly and very informative. The technicians gave me excellent advice and asked for feedback at all times. Everything was on time and efficient. Thank you to the receptionist, technicians and doctor. Much appreciated.

Lots of parking, free if you get your prescription at the drug
Store they will give you a free token, wait time is short and staff is great to deal with and answer and explain everything.

Staff was friendly and efficient. All covid protocols were followed. Highly recommend this location

Very professional and polite and the service was great They were a few granola bars or water or coffee if you didn't bring any snacks with you which was great very pleasurable And they explain everything perfectly on the procedure they're doing very impressed I hope they keep it up very good job guys. Staff were excellent! From the initial phone contact until accessing my results online. Every step was explained. Good Covid protocols but I wish the waiting room had an air filtration system as that’s where the highest congregation of clients is located The parking validation was also a nice touch!

Appointment was on schedule. Excellent masking, hand hygiene and social distancing was observed. I felt safe and respected.

Very well organized, and very informative. Considering what you are having done, you are in and out in a timely manner. And the staff are very good at making you feel comfortable.

I had to go for two different tests over a 3-day period. I was most impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the staff at this location. Dorothy was very kind and helpful to me from the beginning. I have extremely difficult veins and she tried so hard not to hurt me as she was trying to find them with the needle. She was also very helpful in getting me on and off the scanning table as I am usually in a wheelchair. She made sure I was safe.

The next time I went I had Milani. She was wonderful and knew I was a difficult case because Dorothy let her know ahead of time. We were prepared and things went as smoothly as they could go. I would refer anyone to this location.

Had to go in for a bone density scan, and a bone scan. Had Frank for both, he was fantastic. Funny, kept me relaxed throughout the procedures, and got me in and out quick.

From the time I walked into the office to the time I left the staff were very professional, polite & knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered so that I was able to understand them (not all the medical terminology). I would definitely recommend My Health Centre facility.

I found the office to be very professional and clean. There was no wait time and the procedure was explained thoroughly. You had to sanitize when you arrived and you had to take off the mask that you arrived and replace it with a new one they provided. I thought that was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly and I will use them again for my next bone density test

I am not afraid to say that my anxiety levels were high for my test. I expressed this to the technician on each visit. The understanding and thoughtful way I was treated helped me through my anxiousness. Thanks so much to all the staff.

Great experience. Staff was very professional and personable. I mentioned to them that they had quite the operation going on considering that the testing had to be done over a two day period because of Covid 19 restrictions.
