I was at at the elevator by accident by an employee going to work there and she asked if I was going up I said yes an I wasn't sure where I was going
I said I was going for an ultrasound and she took me there as she worked there
. My appointment was on time and I was treated exceptionally well by the young man doing my test. He was very kind and helpful and concerned about me. A great, great experience from start to finish

Great clinic with amazing staff. Ann was great in outlining what I can and can’t do with the heart monitor and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I’m not sure how this place has 4.7 stars. The A/C was broken and doors were closed due to fire code, making it insanely stuffy with almost every chair in the waiting room taken. It was gross. Staff behind the counter didn’t say a word to me until I had stood there for a few minutes.
The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 was the ultrasound technician. She was super nice and genuine and we went into the room pretty much on time, so thank you for that!

Had a very positive experience at MyHealth. My appointment was on time, proper sanitation, very friendly staff. My ultrasound tech was so good! He took his time, explained to me everything he was doing, was so polite and just made me feel very comfortable!

My wife though having language problems, was very comfortable through out her Mammography process.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The technicians were knowledgeable and efficient. The waiting room was large and every chair was completely partioned off with plexiglass. Each seat was disinfected after each use. Overall it was a professional and appreciated service.

My doctor requested a chest X-Ray and gave me a requisition form. I wanted to make an appointment so as to limit my contact with other people during covid. I called to schedule an appointment and was told that this was not an option. All Milton locations are walk in only. I arrived at unit 212 and was told it would be a 30 minute wait. I asked to wait in the hall because the waiting room was completely full which made me nervous and anxious with so many people in one single room. More than 30 minutes went by and I was not getting a straight answer about the wait time. My asthma makes it difficult for me to wear a mask and I get anxiety about breathing, so waiting in a crowded room for an extended period of time with a mask on is not the best situation for me. I was getting so frustrated that no one was helping me or even listening and then I met Nicolene. Nicolene is so patient and kind right from the start. I asked for her help and her genuine compassion and care for patients was the first thing I noticed. Nicolene helped explain my situation to the other technicians and brought me to the other unit to sit and wait for my turn. The area was clean and sterilized which made me feel safe. Nicolene offered me water and even checked in on the wait time for me. Nicolene is a gem, a shining light in a world where others take little time to genuinely listen, empathize and care for others. Nicolene was happy to take the time to understand my fears, frustrations and anxiety regarding my health and instead of judging me and making me feel bad for how I felt she showed love and compassion. If more people in this world were like Nicolene, we would all be better off. Thank you Nicolene for all your help and kindness I truly appreciated it.

My daughter has fear of blood, and was pretty much terrified, but staff members were wonderful, they helped distract her, and they were done faster than I thought.

I had my first ultrasound here, I had a terrible experience. Due to having a miscarriage previously I had hoped for this ultrasound to give Me peace of mind. The technician didn’t talk to me at all, she didn’t show me the heart nor the screen. When it was done I didn’t hear one thing come out of her mouth so I had extreme anxiety after thinking something was wrong. I called back wondering if everything was ok, and why I didn’t get a picture nor offered one. They also told my partner he could come in at the end, so he waited but no one came which was false words and disappointment for him. I did appreciate the owners call back to appologize tho! I had my anatomy ultrasound last week somewhere else, and it was a way better experience. He gave me a cd with the photos, and talked to me throughout the whole hour. At Milton I was there 20 min and didn’t get one word out of her. This time I was able to see heart and everything. I’m not one to complain but this is to hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Thank you.

Updated review: I've gone to this clinic 4 times total now.

1st was for a knee ultrasound which didn't go great. Honestly, I'll give this place the benefit of the doubt for the 1 time I had a poor experience.

The other times were all for an ultrasound for my pregnancy. I have to say, I take back my words. It's been lovely.

The last two ladies especially, were really sweet and professional. I felt safe, in good hands, and they were just very pleasant.

I was so stressed about the anatomy ultrasound, seeing how it's the one that tells you all the problems of there are any with your baby, and although they couldn't disclose anything. They were really supportive and both in different ways made me feel at ease. Whether just a smile and remaining positive, or just by answering other questions for reassurance that didn't have to do with the scan.

I recommend going here now. The wait was nearly nothing the past 3 times, the staff at front desk was sweet, and the technicians were all really helpful. Thanks for changing my experience. I'm excited to meet my baby girl now!

The staff was friendly, efficient and organized. I had back-to-back procedures and they were handled quickly. I was in and out in less than half an hour.

Overall a good experience. Short wait time, friendly staff. Only negative thing I have to say is that when booking follow up appointment over phone it was not made clear there were two appointment times for 2 subsequent tests and they told me I missed the first appointment time. They quickly accommodated me on this. As I was waiting I also heard another patient experience the same issue in regards to miscommunicated appointment time over the phone. Perhaps this should be more clear as I was not only patient that day experiencing this problem.

Husband's are not allowed into the ultrasound room for some reason. Actually at the 8 week ultrasound I was allowed in only if my wife signed a consent form which she did. Then at the 12 week ultrasound they said it is against policy for the husband to be allowed in at all and that I shouldn't have been allowed in the first time. They did let me come in at the very end to see the pictures. Wife was forced to wait 40 min with a full bladder as well.

Worst part is for the 20 week ultrasound we wanted them to write down the baby's gender in an envelope so we could do a gender reveal as so many people do. They said that is against policy and they have to tell us the gender then and there. That was disappointing.

My wife went for a dating ultrasound and the technician gave her a very scary diagnosis and told her to go right to emergency before the radiologist had even seen the scan. Thankfully the radiologist provided more clarity and after a follow up visit with the hospital everything is ok. We were very disappointed that the technician gave a diagnosis on the spot which we have been informed is against policy and shouldn’t happen. After speaking to the manager and a representative from head office we have been reassured that this shouldn’t have happened and won’t happen again.

I was waiting for 1 hr for an Xray service that does not take appointments.

I had my first ultrasound today - a dating ultrasound. I arrived 15 mins early as requested to register. My appt was at 3: 30 and I was called in shortly after. The staff was friendly and efficient. The technician who helped me was really nice and professional - I was able to see my baby on the ultrasound and also hear his/her heartbeat. I left with a few prints to bring home as a keepsake. The facilities are clean - considering this is the only clinic in Milton for ultrasounds, they’re a high volume clinic that is kept tidy and clean. I would recommend this clinic!

UNFORTUNATELY The worst experience EVER
Had to wait for 1 hour and a half for an ultrasound appointment.
The radiologist was nice but the waiting time was the main problem and concern.

I've been reluctant to post a review but my experience has been so consistent that I think it's fair. My appointment has never been on time, the ultrasound tech makes facial expressions that would leave a confident person worried, their bedside manner with my partner is rushed and impatient. Finally today they have a sign that says they are short an ultrasound tech so they are delayed, phoning at least patients that will have to wait an extra hour with full bladders would have been nice gesture. If you can go elsewhere I would most definitely do so.

The lab confirmed appointments for Dec 4 however they infact were for the 11th. My mother went an the appointment time only to be told it was in fact for the tuesday after. Terrible experience in booking a simple appointment.
