The staff were courteous and professional. I was seen quickly for my ankle x-ray. It was a very positive experience.

Horrible service. Went there for a scan. Technician who did the scan was so rude for no reason, making whole appointment so uncomfortable. At the end asked for a picture of the baby. Said they forgot to take one.
Receptionist gave option to pay and get it from website. Never going back there

Went to walk-in in March and had x-ray same day and needed to schedule an ultrasound.
Was 2.5 weeks for first available appointment.
When I went for the ultrasound, there was prompt service and the technician was amicable.

Be aware you need to schedule an appointment for the walk-in clinic otherwise you may not be able to be seen and referred elsewhere.

You have to be kidding me that I have to pay to see my test results. I could NOT BELIEVE that!

Easy to book, wait time very minimal and the doctor was very professional and informative.

This is the third time I have used this business and it is very informed on the Covid display of treated chairs and dividers for people sitting down. Staff was very pleasant and tended to their job quickly and methodically. I was only there a very short time as the staff kept the people moving at a very acceptable pace. No time wasted here.

Very quick and very friendly. I took my 8 year old for an X-ray and our technician was very kind and was great with him.

Ultrasound Tech was very kind gentle and helpful and extremely professional! Give this girl a raise!

The wait time was very short and the tech who did the X-rays was very thorough and professional. The only negative is that the waiting room area is quite small and became crowded with the lineup of patients waiting to check in, the checked in patients waiting in chairs along with the plexiglass Covid panels and furniture. Luckily was only waiting a short time.

My experience was excellent! I needed a stat ultrasound today so I asked in the chat function: "how do I book an appointment? " I was immediately answered by Jen B.who was polite, efficient, and was able to book me in within 90 minutes. This is a vastly superior experience to the other two clinics I spoke to this morning. Being able to get a quick appointment kept me from taking up space in an ER. I have already recommended this clinic to my friends and coworkers. Very professional experience and I've already been able to view the results! 5 stars!

This was my first hand experience. Firstly, assistant was a great help in providing most recent information. Front reception was also very professional. The technician was very friendly, professional and patient when it comes to a pediatric patient. I was totally impressed by the service! Waiting area was tight but uncluttered in the best way they could manage.

My evolution based on good work of the office + Technician.

I would highly recommend booking your next ultrasound or X-ray at this location. The staff are not only friendly, they are very experienced and knowledgeable in their profession. The appointment was on time and my technician was very efficient in getting my ultrasound done in a thorough, painless and timely manner. The facility is clean, tidy, and quiet. I will be going there again the next time it’s necessary for me.

Excellent. Went there for a walk in x-ray. They were friendly and professional, and I was in and out within around 15 minutes!

Had a quick service and the staff is humble. Was done with the required service within no time. Just remember if you're going between 12: 30 pm - 1: 00 pm it's their lunch time!

Apart from the parking, I didn't have to wait very long at all I was in and out in about 15-20 minutes The lab technician was very friendly and she knew exactly what she was doing

My first experience at this location was terrible, due to the ultrasound tech. My most recent appointment was great. The tech was nice and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all.

The technician was very kind, friendly and explained things as we went along. I think her name was Samantha. She made my appt easy for me. Great staff member!

The workers were friendly. They were quick in getting my appointment completed in good timing. They were thorough in their ultrasound and very nice.

It’s not the fault of MyHealth but the parking meters were confusing to use (it was my first time using the meter type in their parking lot.)

The place is smaller than I expected but overall great experience. Friendly and helpful staff and technicians. If I didn't live that far I'd definitely go back again!

The woman who performed my ultrasound was highly professional and, in my opinion, was thorough in making sure she got the images needed for my doctor. The front office was also professional and got me through the covid screening promptly.
