MyHealth Centre - Toronto Bay - Gynecology, Ultrasound, X-ray & Biopsy

I arrived for xray without an appointment. I was advised the wait time could be 45 minutes, but I was taken in after 10 minutes. David the Technician introduced himself and explained everything regarding the position of the X-rays. He was very friendly and professional

I visited the MyHealth imaging clinic at Bay & College recently for some ultrasound and x-ray work. As always, things ran on time and staff was very courteous!

Staff was amazing and they took me in so quickly:) My tech was also so lovely and took me through step by step

Ultrasound technician was really nice. I was told that a student would be there. This was okay with me as that is how the student learns. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The staffs are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. My wait time was 20 minutes even though I was originally told 45 mins to an hour. Definitely recommend this place.

Everyone was lovely. I was late because the taxi I was in was involved in an accident / I think there is a young man who is in pretty bad shape as a result.
Dr Valentinis was very understanding as were the lovely women in the office. I am grateful for the kindness and understanding.
I will book a call with Dr V to discuss the tests I had over the following two days.

I visited this clinic yesterday and had the best ever experience. The staff was super friendly both at the reception and the technician.
Getting the appointment was also seamless. I would recommend my health centre to anyone who has been upset with over busy clinics in Toronto.

I'm always impressed by how organized and efficient your staff is whenever I go in to the clinic; it's always a busy place, but extra hectic due to covid. I'm always in awe of all the healthcare workers I've dealt with there. I appreciate everyone a lot!

I had a limited amount of time and was prepared to leave and come back later, but they fit me in and got my x-rays done with great efficiency. Sheila, the x-ray tech, was very good and I was sure she did the job thoroughly. Excellent experience.

Have had the same technician past three times and he’s always been polite and respectful and made me feel very comfortable.

My ratings speaks for itself. I was very satisfied with my visit and impressed with the level of care from the professional staff.

Missed my appointment by 18 minutes, politely asked the staff if they could still schedule me in. I was happy to wait longer and they accommodated my request.

The staff was very nice and provided all the info beforehand. The doctors were really kind and asked for consent before asking any questions or during check-up which made be feel safe. Overall it was a great experience.

5 Star service! Very caring staff, professional and efficient. The front desk girl (with big shinning eyes) booked my appointment quickly and the ultrasound gentleman he is very caring, detailed orientated. I would recommend all my friends who need their medical service to come here!

Very efficient and friendly staff. Clean and professional with strong attention given to COVID restrictions. The only downside is a minor and likely temporary one (to the point that I feel it should not reflect within the overall satisfaction), in that the waiting room looks heavily in need of renovation.

It seems impossible to reach out to them for making an ultrasound appointment. Tried their phone twice, each time hung up after being on hold for more than 30 minutes. What's worse is it doesn't give you an estimated wait time or your position in the call queue. I tried the"live chat/contact us" button on their website and it was not available, asking me to email them instead.
Update: They contacted me and I was able to make an appointment.

I made an appointment and they were on time. Covid precautions were in place and I have no complaints!

The staff are courteous & efficient. Precautionary measures related to COVID19 were excellent. Timely communication via text messaging and by telephone.

Front desk staff were polite and friendly, the waiting room was well spaced out. The ultrasound tech was great, and I felt comfortable (except for the cold cold gel). 10/10, would scan again.

I went for my ultrasound and thanks to the staff they let my husband come with me and see our baby, they were very kind and helpful to us!

People here are very friendly! Also, environment is very clean and bright. They service is excellent and people who answers the phone, they are very helpful and fast. Also, Korean lady su is very helpful and detailed while doing the ultrasound. I highly recommend this location!

Quick, efficient, and extremely friendly ultrasound technician who put me at ease during the test.

I visited the Bay/College branch October 21/20 and found all of the staff to be very friendly and professional. The office was clean and they were well organized. I hadn't heard of them until my dr referred me. I will be using them again when necessary.

Had my virtual appointment today with Dr. Martin Del Campo. Thoroughly enjoyed our virtual/zoom conversation. The meeting was thorough and very professional. Thank you for the positive diagnosis and thanking you, Dr. Del Campo for all that you do and continue to do as we navigate through this very trying and challenging times. Be safe and stay healthy

Highly professional and extremely accommodating. The entire staff, from the manner in which you are welcomed through to the treatment delivered was, quite simply, first class. Very friendly staff, well organized and clean! Dr Doudge is my absolute favorite! Very professional and kind!

Booking can be done easily through online chat, results can be viewed online on PocketHealth if you want to (for $5). Receptionist was nice and helpful. The technicians are generally nice too. During one of the visit, one of the technician gets a bit impatient, but I personally don't mind it too much, everyone is stressed out during the pandemic, I am thankful that they are still doing their job.

Waiting room was a bit congested and has to wait an extra 10-15 for my appointment but the Dr who did my ulstrasound was very nice and friendly

No one never picks up the phone. I tried calling so many times and every time I spent 20 minutes over the phone and no one answered. I finally called another clinic and they answered right away and gave me an appointment

Excellent experience. Check-in smooth, professional, welcoming, and safe. Waiting room comfortable, spotless, and was being meticulously cleaned and sanitized. Ultrasound carried out with the highest degree of care, skill, and every thought to my possible feelings of comfort or concern. This was relevant as my procedure required (as I had not been told ahead) an invasive element. The technician was very gentle, reassuring, and in every respect totally professional. She was also extremely pleasant. Would highly recommend

Just stayed on hold for 41 mins, hung up, called a different number, stayed on hold for 39 mins and was disconnected.

Make sure you download their app before you come here! They start doing this new online check-in/queuing thing right at the door! It will take 5-10 minutes to get everything ready if there is no one ahead of you. Then you will get a ticket and you still need to wait to be called your ticket! Staff is getting trained and they are slow! You may miss your appointment.

I had the worst experience getting an ultrasound scan here. I was 2 mins late which is definitely my fault, but I waited for 5 mins for them to finish their call, and when I finally get to see the technician, she can’t stop complaining. I apologized multiple times, the technician said she has her own appointment to go. The whole time she did not mention anything about the ultrasound scan, the only time she talked to me is complaining that I was late. FOR 2 MINS! She also rushed the scan probably without any care. I would not trust the result based on how unprofessional she is and will go to a different place to get a new scan.

Was referred here for a time-sensitive ultrasound. Have spent three days calling and leaving messages in an attempt to book it. Phone calls were not picked up, messages were not returned. The phone message is not helpful - if you cannot take phone calls, perhaps consider making that clear. Better yet provide a referral to another of your clinics or another that might be accessible.

I do not recommend this place. They forced me to do all kinds of procedures and then charged me over $500 for them. $250 for a 2 minutes phone consultation, when I asked they said it was administration fee. As for the tests, they charged me $250 more and said it was all the fee but somehow 2 weeks later I was sent 2 invoices saying it was the fee for the tests. Do not go to this place. They will rip you off. These people are thieves! ! !

I loved that I could book and manage my appointment through their app. I was seen promptly, was not rushed and my family doctor was given clear results. I am very satisfied with my experience and would recommend it to anyone.

LOVE LOVE LOVE my Doctor-Dr. Dodge. I find the secretary very professional and attentive. I find Dr. Dodge nurse super friendly and very sweet. However the magic is Dr. Dodge. He is amazing and magical. I am someone who HATES anything to do with my own personal health-I get very anxious and freaked out, but Dr. Dodge has a way about him that just seems to relax you and make you feel at ease. Hes so experienced and knowledgable. I trust my life in his hands. I am fully confident in his skills and he has great bedside manners. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. He is the Best!
