MyHealth Centre - Brampton Chrysler - Nuclear Cardiology, Nuclear Medicine & Diagnostic Imaging

I had two appointments both times I went the staff were very nice and friendly they explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. Also the ladies at front desk were very welcoming. Thank you for the great experience!

Great experience! In and out right on time. This group of professionals operate like a well-oiled machine. Now, our challenge is to get my heart to operate the same way.:).

All the staff were very polite and friendly. I was very nervous but the friendly atmosphere made me very comfortable.

Excellent service front desk to technician. Technician Asma explained the technology and process clearly and overall well planned testing center.

First of all, I got an appointment within 24 hours of my doctor requisitioning it. The appointment itself went very well. The staff was very professional and friendly.

Both Joe and Esma were wonderfully attentive and informative on the process. Esma also arranged a quick consult with the physician on site to address my questions. Esma you are appreciated!

It was a very calm place, staff n Dr was very helpful and informative I would recommend to family n friends to go there, yr looked after pretty much right away at least I was.

Hollo, I found the experience calming, the staff was gentle an attentive, I felt at ease with every procedure, they worked like pros.

I have been in MyHealth Centre continuous for 2 days. Satisfied with the courtesy of staff.specially a nurse who tested me for stress &the other who put me under Camera for photos of my heart as per Doctor, s advice. Again thnx for the whole staff.

The experience during my sleep study was very pleasant. However, after waiting for over 3 months for my sleep study appointment I've been told that there is no doctor to see my study for another 2 months. How is this possible? Apparently other doctors won't see my study either because I'm not their patient. Additionally, 2 weeks after my sleep study was done, the report is not issued so my family doctor doesn't have a copy either. Why can't other doctors in the clinic see my report? Why isn't there more patient care?

I was quite impressed by my visit to this nuclear cardiology clinic. In particular, the staff - Sharda, Eddie, and Joseph - were very professional and compassionate. They put me at ease and made the whole experience of diagnostic testing as good as it could have been. I am grateful to them and would sincerely recommend this facility.

Today I reached centre 30 minutes earlier to avoid any delays in my testing but surprisingly they took me right way and made me free half an hour early. Very efficient staff

I was very pleased with the service and care I received from MyHealth Centre on Chrisler and Williams Parkway. The staff are professional yet caring. The facility is very clean and the service is prompt. Keep up the good work.

I wasn’t sure what to expect but AJ made the experience as comfortable as possible. Nice facility and comfortable bed.

Put me at ease. Incredibly friendly. Incredibly professional. Caring. Knowledgeable. I met someone there with beautiful eyes and incredible accent. (She spoke Persian) I think you need a broken heart for her to take pictures of your blood flow. I know it was beating faster when she entered the room. I wish I knew her name

They were 100% professional in and out in a timely Manner staff was professional I enjoyed myself immensely while I was there talked with everybody they all introduced themselves to me I wasn’t stressed out one bit while I was there thank you for the experience

Amazing Staff! Extremely patient with me— kept the mood light as possible which left me feeling a lot better about having to be there! Constant communication also showed that they have not become routine about they jobs even though it might be routine this week.

Every one in the clinic, specially the medical staff, are dedicated, sincere, friendly, caring, sweet spoken and detail oriented, they know what they have to do and what they are doing …,

My recent experience at MyHealth Centre was very good. The welcome by Reception staff was very hospitable and made me comfortable. The examination n tests done by All staff at the centre were on time and promptly done with utmost kindness and care to me. I would very much like to thank Dr Owusu for good instructions and taking my chest pictures very carefully. My thanks are also for the young woman Dr who was very kind and cheerful when she tested me on Stress Treadmill (Really sorry.could not get her name).
Overall it was very good experience and all tests were without wasting time. My thanks to all staff at the Centre and I urge them to continue keeping up the good laboratory and scientific work.

A very caring and compassionate team. Joseph is exceptional at inserting IV lines and giving injections. He was able to put me at ease each time I needed a needle. Eddymar was so comforting and reassuring during the procedure I had as I was very anxious. Monica was exceptional as well. Highly recommend this place.

All told, experience was positive except for the very rude front desk personnel. I arrived in time for what was the 1st of 2 tests and saw 3 women seated behind the window. The one on the far left was on the phone with a client however the other two were busy chatting. After several attempts of "excuse me", the individual in the middle turned around and rudely asked me, "What do YOU want! ". I replied that I was here for my appointment and she said I didn't have one. I gave her my phone number and health card which she used to look up appointments and abruptly told me I didn't have one and that the appointment was yesterday. That was it. I was shocked by her attitude and after several back and forth (I asked her what am I supposed to do now as I need these tests) she gave grudgingly gave me an appointment for the following week - which is this week. She had long hair and sat in the middle seat.

Other than that rude episode, I found the technicians, doctor and the lady sanitizing the public areas very helpful, nice and polite.

A positive experience from the minute you walk through the front door to when you leave. Make you comfortable and testing is a breeze.

Great experience! They valued my time and were efficient and friendly. Monica was the one who saw me through all of my scans and put me at ease by explaining everything step by step. Facility was clean and comfortable.

This was my 4th visit to the Nuclear clinic the staff as usual was very caring and delt with.my special needs (muscular dystrophy) above and beyond my expectations. Once again my respect for dealing with this pandemic in a manner that protected the Patient and your fine staff.
