Easy to book online, reminders sent so as not to forget. Upon arrival, they were on-time for my appt and the technician was great! I even appreciated that they paid for our parking. No complaints!

Professional, friendly staff. I would have preferred staff to be unmasked during my procedure.

Overall, the experience was very efficient and positive. One criticism, however. I went for injections in my neck, and after changing, was directed by the technician to lay on the table, face down. I assume the person that came in was the person doing the procedure however, I did not get an introduction or Actually see his face until I requested to do so. Feel that this could be handled a little better.

This medical center is the newest and the best medical Center in London. First, I want to thank the entire medical and administrative staff in this center, especially the medical staff in the cardiology department. I fainted "because I am a diabetic and a patient with blood pressure" while preparing for the cardiac stress test, where the entire medical staff helped me to regain my consciousness and do the test, and after the completion they did not allow me to leave until after making sure of my health condition. In addition to having the latest medical equipment, its location is great, there is no traffic congestion and there is a large car park for the building only. Also, I would tell the new patients "as patients without reservation" that the parking is free, but you have to take the parking card for the reception staff until they give you the exit ticke

Staff were professional and I was called quickly (on time) for my service. Very friendly and kind technician.

Normal besides the new forms of medical communism. Stop enforcing communism and our loss of "freedom of choice". Masks being enforced is no different than communism. It has taken away our individual identities and our abilities to express ourselves or show gratification or displeasure with a smile or a frown. Do some research and understand that our loss of rights and freedoms is communist behavior and the "new rules" before you criticize my view of things. Do more research and see what other rights and freedoms our governments are enforcing before you also assume it's just masks. How about vaccines, vaccine passports, forcing us to show proof of vaccine to enter public facilities like the mall, restaurants or a movie theatre.

Arriving at my appointment I was welcomed by staff with respect, a smiling face and friendly personality Everything went according to plan & timetable. All safety precautions were in effect making me feel safe.
I found Dr. Vu Luong to be a very caring guy who conversed with me throughout the procedure which lessened my anxiety a great deal. He was very patient and answered all my questions.
His technique was an astounding success.

Nothing very exciting. No long wait, sanitized seats with barriers between each chair and nice staff.

I am upset that every time I go there now I have to pay $4: 00 to park. It will likely go up to $5: 00 soon. There is a LifeLab 5 minutes down the street with free parking so makes
more sense to go there.

Experience with this branch was very BAD.the are not helpful, and they were late sending the picture results to the doctor. I would not advise anyone to go to them.

This location is a bit of a mix bag. The first time we were here, it was a fantastic experience and we couldn't wait for our follow-up to (officially) be told the gender of our first child. However, despite my inability of being able to appropriately articulate the burning-barrel-o-trash service we received, I will certainly try my best.

Upon check-in, the receptionist seemed to be overly combative over everything. For example, when handing out vouchers, she initially refused - as the policy is (apparently?) (1) per patient ONLY. We had both drove separately, from our separate employers and this was never an issue previously nor had it been indicated this was not the case - however, now it suddenly was. Upon suggesting "perhaps these rules should be posted, rather than just arbitrarily imposed" I was outright ignored. Super professional from an 'adult'.

In the actual room, the student did all of the work. Zero communication. When announcing the gender, it was essentially whispered to the mother, whilst the father was ignored entirely. The mother had to speak up and repeat it to be heard by anyone else. I had indicated "Amazing, you got what you were hoping for! " to which the supervising tech spoke up and very condescendingly added "Oh, you mean, you were hoping for a healthy baby? Right? ". This is a special and private moment between first time parents - keep your attitude to yourself, especially at this moment. I walked out of the room shortly thereafter, as I know this was the icing on the cake and something bad would likely happen.

Do I recommend this facility? No. This time around I clearly experienced the "B" team, as they were about as useless as the number 9 on a microwave.

Yes, we will be taking future appointments elsewhere - something I implore you to do also. They really, truly are that horrible.

I'm due any day now and had an ultrasound on my armpits. Had to lay flat on my back (anyone who's been pregnant knows this is not good) and when finished the tech didn't even offer to help me up. Getting up from a laying down position while full term pregnant is not easy. Just found the experience unprofessional

Great first visit. The Receptionist was very friendly and I was seen on time. The Technician was also very friendly and took the time to explain the procedures and ensure I was comfortable. I will definitely be booking all future appointments here.

I have been here for my pregnancy ultrasound before but my last visit was horrible. First of, it was a student that took the ultrasound which is fine by me but the whole visit was very awkward. Both supervisor and student were not friendly at all, i was asked awkward questions like “do you know why you are here? ” Like really? Plus there was alot of whispering, i literarily went home worried. And the fact that they only showed me my baby for like 1 min, no smile, nothing. I am just very unhappy about this visit and now very worried and anxious to get the result from my doctor. I will never go here again if i need another ultrasound done before the birth of my baby. What a horrible experience!

Great service, but this little grinch could do without the pop renditions of christmas carols piping into the waiting room.
