I had to have x-rays. The technician was awesome. She explained everything, encouraged questions, dealt with the task efficiently and pleasantly. Everyone was pleasant.

Staff is great. But your told a time to be there but there door is locked. It doesn't open until 7: 30am. Got my test done and was let out into the exit hall way. Thank you Winnie for doing my test.
Front desk went above and beyond to make sure I didn't miss my appointment even though I had complicated circumstances! They were extremely nice and I appreciated it very much.
The staff was extremely pleasant and efficient. There were several chairs available that had been sanitized, and all staff obeyed COVID protocols. My appointment was actually on time!

No problems checking in, the bone density test person got me right at my appointed time. She was very efficient and I was in my way in about 10-15 minutes.

Returning to your text: I had somewhat of an odd ultrasound done that I'm always afraid will make others or myself uncomfortable but the nurse? That took care of my issue was professional and I felt comfortable with how she handled me and herself so I would like to thank that nurse for making that as easy for me, and hopefully her as well!
Freindly staff, well organized and super covid cleaning protocols in action. I was in for an xray. I was in and out in under twenty minutes! I was impressed!
My name was called before I even had a chance to move the ‘seat sanitized’ sign from the chair. Tech was amazing, thorough and answered my questions as they were asked. At end he confirmed I had no other questions, and helped me navigate back to the front reception for info on pocket health.
Very professional. Clean, staff followed all COVID measures. Reception was so good with patients in person and on phone. Very supportive of each other with whatever came up. Have to say that the ultrasound tech was incredible- thought of her several times after apt. It is such a vulnerable, personal exam and I really appreciated her manner and professionalism. I was promptly checked in and my appointment started exactly on the dot. The ultrasound technician was friendly, kind and caring and i did not get a judgmental feel from her. I had to pick a very minor concern, it would be that the parking method is a bit of pain and is a bit confusing, especially if you're trying to be prompt for an appt. I don't mind paying but perhaps you could set up one or two more stations to help mitigate some of the waiting at the machine.
My experience at My Health Centre at London Wharncliffe was very positive staff was very polite courtesy very professional. Anyone who needs a respectful inclusive and helpful centre. I would recommend MyHealth Centre.
I visited your facility last Thursday August 12th at 10 am for X-rays of both hips. I don’t know if your always that fast but I left at 10: 15! Thank you for the great service!
We were able to get my daughters X-ray without an appointment and were attended to very quickly. All staff we encountered were extremely friendly and professional.
Staff were pleasant. My appointment was on time. It was a rainy day and I appreciated the warm flannel gown for my test! I had my test after 4: 30 and my doctor called me the next morning with the results.
I have been here to do x ray 2 times, and the staff are kind and good service. Although many people come here for testing, I don’t need to wait longer.
I showed up for my 9 a.m. Appointment 20 minutes early as requested and was accommodated so efficiently that I left my 9 a.m. At 9: 03 - not too many times you get that kind of professional and efficient service in a medical environment. Mammograms are never pleasant but the technologist was knowledgeable and miraculously mindful of a recent shoulder injury. Great experience. Many thanks.

When I arrived from home I realized that I forgot my requisition and went inside to reschedule. The young lady took my information and told me she would phone my doctor and have his office fax a new one over rather than have me reschedule. Her actions made it a worthwhile trip.
After booking a covid test online, we arrived a few minutes early only to be told that we had no appointment. Instead of making time for us since we live a good half hour drive away, we were given an appointment for almost 4 hours later. Not sure if there is an elevator in the building but steep stairs are where you are directed to inside the front door. Not a user friendly experience. As per the response, my review stands as there is no location listed for the covid testing other than this one.
