Staff were very nice and only waited 5 mins for my X-ray. Tech was terrific, very kind and attentive

Receptionist was very professional. The XRay technician was wonderful and really put me to ease by cracking jokes n just being overall very pleasant. I wish i got her name. They are open late which accommodated my work schedule, and honestly was the only reason I drove about 25km out of the way to go. And I'd do it again, but hope I never have to. Keep up the great work everyone and big thanks!

I took a day off work to attend my appointment. When I arrived I realized that I booked the wrong test. The ultrasound technician fit me in despite her full schedule

The appointment was on time and the technician was thorough, efficient and very personable.

Called and verified the hours of operation for an X-ray today. They informed me it was until 8pm and to arrive by 7: 30pm. I asked them to verify and call the office which they did. Took my two year old infant to find out they closed at 5pm.

It’s not my first time, the technicians were amazing, but the front desk ladies were my reason to go there they were very helpful energetic and so nice, every time I go there I came out

Although it was busy when I arrived, I had an appt and was dealt with promptly. Waited for about 3 minutes then was taken by the technician for my appointment. It was all completed within 10 minutes and I was on my way. Very comfortable and easy.

Technician was very thorough and professional. She listened and asked questions. I felt like I was being well taken care of.

The gentleman that performed my ultrasound was very personable, friendly, accommodating, and thorough to the point that I have a great deal of confidence in the success of the check-up he was performing. He was very professional and also cared about me and my comfort during the appointment.

I recently took my 4-year-old daughter to My Health Centre in Pickering, and I'm so glad I did! The staff there were incredibly friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable right away. We didn't have to wait too long to be seen, which was a relief with a little one in tow.

The technician and nurses who saw my daughter were wonderful - they were patient and kind, and took the time to explain everything in terms that my daughter could understand. She even had some stickers on hand to make the visit more fun!

Overall, I couldn't be happier with our experience at My Health Centre. The staff there went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. I would definitely recommend this clinic to other parents looking for high-quality, child-friendly healthcare. Five stars all around!

When I arrived for my appointment the front desk staff were very friendly. I only waited a few moments before the radiologist came to get me, she too was friendly as well as very professional. The office is well maintained. Definitely would come back & recommend.

A nice clean and organized diagnostic center that is efficiently run. All things require an appointment with the exception of x-rays. People are pleasant and efficent. When things require stat care, they provide information so you can go to the nearest hospital.

Over a number of years, this place has consistently provided trauma-informed care to me as a woman who has experienced violence. Their sensitivity to my needs, to helping me feel safe during procedures that sometimes are invasive, has built my trust tremendously. I am empowered with options such as choosing a female technician, by skilled and compassionate staff who are wonderful and never make me feel that I am inconvenient. This is rare in the medical arena. My last visit was for X-rays and ultrasound for a damaged knee. Cara, the receptionist, automatically asked me if I would prefer a female technician. I won't be going anywhere else for my health care needs.

The person who greeted me at the front desk was polite, cheerful and so pleasant to interact with. The technician was friendly and explained exactly what was going to happen. Once I was seen the entire experience took maybe 15min. I was very impressed with the experience. They even acknowledged that I was leaving the office and said goodbye to me.

This was my first time here for an ultrasound. I have had multiple ultrasounds and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. The last place I went to made me wait an hour past my appointment with a full bladder. They were unprofessional and did not explain anything. This was a totally opposite experience. The check in experience at the clinic was great. She was friendly and efficient. Today Krista (I think that was her name), a student, performed my ultrasound under the guidance of another technician with my permission. They took me in right on time, she was super informative and made me feel really comfortable. Both of them walked me through every step of the process. They were respectful and friendly with excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend booking here.

Appointment was on time staff are very friendly and helpful. I also have a walk in BW and it was quick and the staff are very efficient and concise first time in my health and I will come back.

My only issue is that you can only make on-line appointments. Lots of elderly people don’t understand computers and may not have someone to help them. While I was waiting at least 10 people tried to make appointments and were told to book on-line. Staff is wonderful

They are always courteous and on time. If you have more than one imaging appointment they do their best to help you get both in a very reasonable amount of time. Clean inside and professional staff.

Front reception were ok but didn't look up from computer. Technician's were excellent.

Went to Pickering My Health for XRAY and right from when I checked in to leaving my experience was great. Receptionist was so friendly, and so very professional. I have trouble hearing and for once I didn't have to have questions repeated. As Receptionist was speaking she spoke very clear and looking at me and when she finished speaking she had a smile. XRAY Tech added to my great visit and to end it the very professional Receptionist made it a point of saying goodbye and with a smile. I had to go to her and tell her "you do a great job". For anyone going for tests, Xrays etc it's nice to have such a nice person doing a great job. Thank you, much appreciated.

Staff are very friendly. Checking in was quick and easy. There's no long wait unlike other clinics I went to. Clinic is so clean, the seats are sanitized. The washroom is well maintained as well. A very good place to book your appointment.

The visit was very well executed, well run, no wait time, pleasant staff, in & out very quickly. Hard time locating building/entrance as from out of town however locals knew where to direct me.

Everyone at this clinic is very polite and courteous. They make a strong effort to make sure your appointments are completed on time and done properly so your physicians will not have trouble with any of your images.

Had a really awesome experience - Atiya was a joy to be around and made my ultrasound a very positive experience. Will definitely be coming back here for future needs:)

This clinic is horrible. They didn’t let you know how long you need to wait for an x-ray. I’m waited for 2 hours just for a simple x-ray. Please don’t come here

It was my first time visiting the clinic for an ultrasound and blood work. The staff at the facility were extremely nice and helpful. The facility was very clean and followed proper covid safety protocols. I will definitely revisit this clinic in the future.

I went in to get a chest X-ray and it was done so fast. There is a Shoppers downstairs from the centre so I dropped my prescription off there before going up. Checking in was a breeze, the technician was kind and I was all done before my prescription was even ready. I was very happy.

I had my test done with Jerome. He was professional, courteous, and explained my procedure thoroughly.

I had a great experience getting my X-rays done. The lady was very patient and understanding.
Wish the line up for X-rays wasn’t so long but that’s life.

Last time I came I forgot my requisition form. The receptionist called my doctor and attempted to get it but I ultimately had to rebook which was disappointing. Attempt #2 check-in was fine, didn't wait long (which was a relief with a full bladder), the procedure was fast and as painless as possible. The technician explained everything step by step before beginning which was nice.

The service was efficient and Pleasant. No issues whatsoever. Thanks to all those who were involved.
