The reception staff is always in a cheerful mood. The technician I saw for my respiratory test was humorous and wad able to take a good joke. Enjoy coming there and always treated with respect

Everyone there was so wonderful! They took the time to explain the procedure so that I was less nervous about it, which I really appreciated.

The staff there were so polite. They explained everything before it happened. They asked questions to make sure I was comfortable. Overall, they are an excellent group of professionals. I felt very relaxed.

Staff was welcoming, informative and calming throughout my test procedure. Process applies to Brantford location as well as I had my echo there. Very professional and Friendly personnel.

The staff at the Simcoe location was so friendly and caring. It was my first time having this particular scan and the technician was wonderful at putting me at ease and explained each step so I knew what to expect. She had such a positive attitude and a lovely sense of humour.

Me suffering from anxiety they did a awesome job making me feel comfortable and safe was all good! My favorite was Lillian I hope she is made aware of her duties she went over and beyond to see all was food with me! I am more nervous and scared of the phone appointment with Dr.for results than I was with all things done at clinic Thanks to all involved Great Job

The technician and staff were very professional and friendly. They explained in detail any of my concerns. Their instructions were easy to follow & understand. They cleaned and sanitized all the areas immediately after a patient left the area, and as a result I felt safe and protected. Thanks to the office staff as well.

The staff go above and beyond here, I had two days stress test to go through. They were kind, courteous and very friendly to all. Explaining each step of my procedures, giving positive reinforcement when needed, making this whole experience a better one.

I had an ultrasound done on my shoulder. The technician was very professional but also mindful of the pain in my shoulder. He instinctively knew when I needed a breather and took the time to let me catch my breath! Thank you so much!

The appointment was on time, the technician was pleasant and polite. His name is Gerges. Masking was observed. I was told it would be a 20 minute appointment and it was exactly that. The visit (an ultrasound) was a pleasant experience. Thank for giving me an easy way to give feedback.

I went with my sister to her appointment at this clinic. From the minute we arrived until we left it was a great experience. The staff were friendly and patient with my sister. This put her at ease and made what could of been a daunting issue so much more comforting for her. I cannot thank them enough for the amazing courtesy they showed us. Staff were very friendly and patient. All COVID-19 protocols were in place and the procedure happened as explained by staff. No long excessive waiting periods things happened in quick succession very efficient.

Yesterday I had another top quality appointment at MyHealth Centre! Every time I have been there the staff have been professional, friendly, and helpful. I have a hearing loss, so wearing masks makes it very difficult to lip read and see facial expressions. Staff there are amazing and willing to adapt by pointing, and writing things down for me. Thank you once again Simcoe MyHealth for another positive experience.

Great place. Our technician Lillian was so helpful n cheerful she made the whole process so easy and comfortable for my mother in law. Every medical place need more people like her.she was quick in doing things, explained everything very elaborated. My MIL do no understand english Lillian made sure that she still understand everything with hand gestures.

The staff at Simcoe Health Centre are amazing, the appt was on time, followed covid restrictions and the technician was super supportive. I have been there many times over the years and always had a positive experience.

I came in at 8: 00 with out an appointment and was helped in a matter of minutes. It worked out to get my X-ray done right away and I was on my way again before 8: 30. Friendly helpful staff, thank you for what you do.

The staff is helpfull and efficient, everything is cleaned and I had a very short wait.
The only problem as the iv was put in early and not started which caused a burning feeling that can make me pass out.

From the moment you walk in the door everyone is treated with kind and friendly professionalism. Simcoe and Delhi are lucky to have such incredible teams of care givers. This was my 3rd visit for tests during the pandemic, and everything is clearly cleaned and marked with ample staff to provide direction and service. Everyone i dealt with by phone was very friendly and professional. There was no waiting when I arrived for my abdominal ultrasound. I was surprised that the technician was a man and he said I could rebook if I wasn't comfortable. I went ahead and he was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I got the results the next day from my doctor so all in all an excellent experience.

This is an extremely well run centre. The location is spotless, the staff are all very professional and more important take pride in providing the best care to their patients. I have had to attend the centre several times and have always been extremely impressed. Also my doctor received the results in a timely fashion. The location is easy to find and provides ample parking. I highly recommend this location to be added to your options for future health care testing.

Very impressed with my experience. The staff is friendly and there was always someone there to help if you needed it. The hospital was kept very clean and sterile. Was not kept waiting long for my appointment. The tests were explained clearly so that helped with my anxiety. Overall a very good experience.
