MyHealth Centre - Mississauga - Cardiology, Ultrasound, X-ray, Mammography, Breast Screening & Bone Density

My doctor referred to Well Health Medical centre. It was very easy to book the appointment by telephone and all instructions were very clear.
Upon arriving, I didn't have to wait as the clinic and technician were all on schedule.
I met with sonographer Shahina for an Ultrasound.
She was professional, knowledgeable, respectful and personable. All my anxieties dissipated with her professionalism and manner.
Parking is very busy and full so i recommend ample time for parking or get dropped off.

My ultrasound appointment was right on time. The sonographer is very nice and professional.

My mom went to Eglinton West location for a Nuclear test. I would say that all staff there are friendly and accommodating, from the receptionist to the technician. I have never seen a place like all staff have positive vibes.
You can tell that they care for their patients, not just because its their job, but they sincerely do it.

Receptionist is very polite, respectful & knowledgeable. She explained my every question very well. I don't remember her name but I think her name was Asma. When I was leaving she was busy with another patient. So I wat to say thanks to her.

After sitting in the office for over an hour just observing the staff and how they deal with every person I just had to do this. I have been going to multiple clinics and labs with my father who is a heart patient and any chance I get to take him for his visits I am there. I have never seen the level of respect and engagement from any receptionist at a clinic or lab than what I saw from Nicole today. No matter the patients frustration there was a calm and respectful answer from Nicole showing that she genuinely cares. People were walking into this lab but asking about where to go as they were in the wrong area and she was equally pleasant and cheerfully respectful with everyone she spoke to. This is the level of engagement that needs to happen at every clinic/lab. In the past we have had people roll their eyes at us for a dumb question, told to wait as if we were in prison with no rights. I am just so impressed with the level of service here that every patient and their accompanying family members feel like valued and respected human beings. Nicole you not only go above and beyond, you make everyone feel good. Thank you for everything you do.

Twice visited the clinic at 2300 building Mississauga next to Credit Valley Hospital - the staff are professional, friendly and have a great customer oriented receptionist. Highly recommend their facility.

Very friendly staff. Ultrasound technician went over and above to make me feel comfortable. She was very thorough and did not appear to rush through the exam.

Unlike other hospitals or diagnostic centers, the people at this location were very helpful, polite and courteous. I honestly prepared myself to give them back should the people being rude /harsh while talking to the patients /customers like i had at other places of health centres. But i was surprised at their service levels. Happy

I had a truly exceptional experience with the ultrasound technician, Vinay. His outstanding politeness, professionalism, and clear communication left a lasting impression. Vinay's comprehensive explanations went above and beyond what I've encountered before. Even when I arrived late, he handled the situation without any hint of complaint, reinforcing my preference for him to conduct all my next scans

Had my OB dating scan at this location. Ultrasound tech was very polite, well-mannered and professional. I believe his name was Rahid. He explained everything thoroughly to me, didnt cause my anxiety to worsen as it was my first ultrasound scan for my first pregnancy and all turned out well. My husband and I are going back to this location for the next few ultrasound scans I need. Front desk staff was polite but quite flat. Would be nice to have a smiling face when greeting patients next time:)

Waiting time was about 10 mins. Staff was friendly and understanding. I only wish parking was complementary, they do it for the CT scan patients but not for the others. That’s the only reason I will pick other lab. Most you don’t have to pay.
