I had such a good experience here. The staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable and reassured as this was my first experience with this type of testing. Tracy and Andrea were wonderful and immediately put me at ease. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Besides these two technicians that I interacted with directly, I witnessed other staff who were also very nice to their patients, making sure they were ok while waiting, offering them coffee and water as well. I highly recommend this centre.

Excellent, prompt and courteous treatment. Faisal was so kind and considerate that I actually enjoyed the stress test! Thank you for a great medical experience, and long may that continue!

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the doctor was great. He explained things in a manner that I could understand and put my mind at ease regarding some of the tests I have to have.

From the staff at the counter to the ones doing the tests and finally, doctor Fernandes, exceptional. This should be the model of all clinics in Toronto. The doctor took his time and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions thoroughly. Not ones that I felt rushed. Scheduling was quick and flexible. Clean and well maintained facility.

Fast forward, a year after. Standard remains top rate. George who did my Echo test today was patient, very thorough. He repeated the scanning over again with dye to make sure are clear which I appreciated greatly. Lady in hijab at the front desk was more than accommodating to my appointment changes and rescheduling happily, and was willing to help me compare my highbloodlevel machine with the facilities, all in all, amazingly helpful with a smile.

Very impressed with the level of care and professionalism from both the staff and the Drs. They are wonderful.

Everyone appeared well skilled. They were professional and attentive to my needs.

The staff is great - polite and friendly. The facility is easy to locate and clean.

The process/system needs big improvement to improve customer satisfaction. Waited for over 40 mins from my scheduled appointment time and constantly had to inquire for ETA. Came in for 2 tests and the technician said the other test needs to be performed by another technician so back to waiting queue after my first test 2nd test took less than 5 mins with another 15 mins wait). Had you inquire with receptionist if they have second test requisition from the doctor vs them confirming that upfront when I got there. Overall, the wait time was annoying and hard to plan your day if scheduled appointments don’t run on time.

Had a great experience at the clinic. Nurses were kind and allayed all my apprehensions about the procedures. I would recommend this clinic to anyone,

I went for a nuclear stress test at the Davisville location. Most staff are friendly and made you feel comfortable. Special thanks to Andrea who is the most skilful and knowledgeable technician I have ever met who took seconds to find my vein to give me the IV without any pain at all. Andrea is awesome!

This clinic is terrific The nurses, technicians and specialists were all great. They were cheerful, informative and skilled. It is s great atmosphere.

One lady (unfortunately I don’t remember her name) who administered the “dye with radiation” was wonderful and very friendly. I did feel like other people were in and out not really telling me anything. But over all pleasant experience.

My visit was efficiently dealt with by the staff. I received my 24 hour blood pressure monitor, was told how it works. I was in and out in good time with no problems.

Terrified by the idea of going to a cardiology clinic due to a severe phobia of doctors and medical procedures, especially blood pressure measurement. Staff did their best to keep me as calm as possible, which is no easy task.

Their dealings are comfortable and flexible. The staff respects all patients. They are friendly and classy
