MyHealth Centre - Toronto King - Cardiology, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound & X-ray

Appointment was easy to book and they took me right on time. Ultrasound technician was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I had a little trouble finding it because it’s in the underground path (once I realized you just take the elevator at the entrance to floor C it was right there!) but the receptionist called me a couple minutes prior to my appointment as I was still in the hallway looking for it, which I appreciated. They also have signs in the waiting room notifying you of which chairs have been sanitized which is also a nice touch for many people who are nervous about contaminated surfaces. Overall a pleasant experience.

The session was quick and my technician was very polite and kind. The whole thing took an hour (from registration till end) and I would highly recommend this location.

I’ve been here a few times and I’ve not had to wait for too long get attended to. There are quite a few of these located in and around most areas, which is great because you don’t have to commute too far. Staff is polite and courteous as well

The senior medical staff and student was pleasant and helpful. They made sure I was okay during my ultrasound.

Everyone at this clinic is always friendly and helpful. I always go in on time. The staff are very professional.

Andrea was excellent. She explained what would happen and was knowledgeable when answering questions. Her IV skills are really good; there is absolutely no bruising or mark where she inserted the needle.
Andrew, too, was knowledgeable and answered questions I had about nuclear medicine as it applies to procedures other than the one I was undergoing.
The two of them worked collaboratively and smoothly as a team. One would not know it was their first time working together.
Heather, who initially facilitated my booking the appointment, was very helpful and communicated well as I waited at the appointment itself.
All in all, it was an entirely positive experience.

We had a pleasant experience and Khush, the staff at the desk was very helpful and went above and beyond with helping me book my appointment after my ultrasound.

I had a ultrasound for the first time, I went in 15min prior to my appointment they asked for all my details and no wait time at all. The technician was so friendly and she answered all my questions. So overall it was great experience.

Very good Because I was a little nervous, I arrived at King early, I didn't expect to do a checkup for me directly, I was moved, thank you very much!

Arrived timely for my ultrasound and was taken in within a few minutes. Staff was very professional.

They were very quick and friendly and accommodating! There was some confusion over booking one test that I thought I could walk in for but they were kind about it and fit me in.

The lab technician was kind enough to take us in although we were two hours early for the appt. We waited about an hour and when I requested to be seen early as there were non patient, the lady lab technician was kind enough to take us in. Thank you. Very positive experience.

In addition, she can speak Mandarin and that helps in communicating with my mother who can speak and understand Mandarin. Thank you.

I arrived thinking I will just show up for x-ray without an appointment as I was told to do. I was mistaken as I read the requisition wrong and was told my doctor requested ultrasound. The receptionist asked the ultrasound technician if I could have an ultrasound and he agreed since there weren’t a lot of people waiting for the service. I am very grateful for the kindness of those two people - I wish I knew their names - they made my day. I went downtown by public transit and I was in pain every step of the way. Thank you for your wonderful employees. I feel I had the best experience at your King St West clinic.

My appointment began promptly. The ultrasound technician was professional and seemed to be efficient.

I dont understand the overrated positive reviews here. Its definitely awful. We came here 2 times, and there was literally just 1 person, but otherwise, it was empty. Both times we waited for 40 minutes to an hour. The first visit was an xray walk in, the second was a scheduled appointment and regardless of this, we still waited for no reason. Only when I showed the reception an unhappy face and asked whats up, they somehow budged. The doctors literally just called patients who came later than us and walked around the place. I dont understand why do they ask to come 15 mins earlier if you still wait 30 minutes to an hour extra?

I had a great experience here. A special shoutout has to go to Gordon who was incredibly helpful and all around a great member of staff to interact with.

When you arrive at 11 King Street West - take the elevator down to the Concourse level (C button) and turn left from there to find the clinic.

I usually hate going into anything related to the PATH but this location isn’t too bad!

Every single myhealth clinic i visit is amazing, and this is one is no different! Although it is small the service is amazing.staff are friendly and it’s clean.virtually no wait time either.thank you!
