MyHealth Centre - Sudbury Larch - Cardiology, Ultrasound, X-ray, Mammography & Bone Mineral Density

I was very pleased with my visit to receive an ultrasound. The wait period was short, staff was courteous and friendly. The facility was also clean which I appreciated!

Always a positive experience. The lady that gave me my bone density was very friendly and professional. The session was quick. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and professional as well. Thank you for your hard work.

To all that is with my experience and i have been at MyHealth Centre 8 or more times i felt more at ease to in my opinion the Staff are Absolutely FANTASTIC! Great Health care +× health care is no other than the Best. Outstanding

Very courteous and informative. Explained everything as we proceeded and on time. The people at the 1 800 # were of no help and gave misinformation. They shouldn't be there if they don't know what they're talking about.

Missing mri and ct scan and other new medical devices. I also wish they had my health centre in other areas like the valley because we need more places like a mini hospital except for the surgeries. Everything my health centre can get expand and have more building like on larch In Greater sudbury. So people don’t have to go to the hospital for non emergency medical procedures. That would free up hospital. Please become a full medical service. Even if you have to do, 50-50, draws to raise money like the hospitals doing, or other places, or do a Raise money campaign. About the only thing I don’t like about it is showing up for an appointment a few minutes late because of the weather and they wouldn’t take you for ultrasound right away. Made me wait over two hours.

Great staff I would highly recommend a very pleasant experience. I was early and did not have to wait long to be seen to.

Very unprofessional. Was told to come for an appointment at 2pm and took the day off only to find the door locked.

Found that ever one from the front desk to all test very help full and we were able to do all test within three hr widow.

I was very impressed how pleasant everyone was.

This includes the person who greeted me at the front entrance as well as the person who checked me in at reception.

The person who performed the scan was very efficient and pleasant. I believe her name was Lisa

My appointment was at 9: : 50 am and I was out the door by 10[: 30am.

Hi, I had a very good visit here, the staff was courteous, I had no waiting time and nice conversation with technician during the process, I was in and out of the appointment in no time, people friendly place

Nothing but professionalism and efficiency. I had to have an ultrasound done and multiple x-rays. I thought I was going to be there for hours. I was literally in and out in less than 25 minutes!

Staff were friendly and efficient. Appointment was on time and the technician was pleasant and informative on the process of the procedure.

I went in for an ultrasound of my hand and knee. I was hit by a Dodge ram while walking to work. So I was in pain. The girl who did my ultrasound did it slow, was kind, and she laughed. Sometimes it's that smile that can give you a really good day. So thank you for your service
