The staff here is very harsh and rude. During my last visit for a check, when I asked questions they were very mean and rude, just like they didn't want to talk to me and providing any service for me, and there was more, later they mocked me because I didn't understand what they were asking in their specialized terminology, which made me feel so bad. I'm not sure if it was discrimination, but it was certainly an unpleasant experience.

My feeling was very vary very bad. And waiting for along time for my appointment. And when i asked the staff several times they told me “your are the next one” actually they doesn’t care about my appointment.

Great service! Great staff! Wait times here are better than most and staff are so friendly! I will happily wait for an xray or other test as I know there are staff shortages across the profession but they still keep smiling and provide excellent service despite this! Thank you for all that you do!

I have been to this location twice now and encountered different staff members each time. I must say that each and every one of them were extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring. Went in for ultrasound & xrays… had booked appt on line. Was only in waiting area for under 5 minutes before being taken in… both scans done & on my way within less than 1/2 hr! Very impressed!

MyHealth Centre in Newmarket is a first-rate medical facility. Appointments are easy to make and are scheduled in a few days, not weeks. Examining staff are on time and treat patients well, very professional environment. Highly recommend this place.

The response of the front staff was very prompt. I had three different procedures done in succession without delay. The technical staff were very knowledgeable and clearly explained the procedures and answered all my queries.

I was in and out within 15 mins for a knee ultrasound. The front desk attendant was courteous and efficient at processing me. The technician was polite, engaging and explained the procedure throughout the imaging. The call Center could use a bit of improvement on customer service. My prior appointment has been cancelled without my consent. I was only made aware of the cancellation when I have arrived for the ultrasound. That was quite disappointing, knowing I have rearranged my schedule to ensure I made the appointment on time.

My second visit at this clinic and both visits were very positive. The technicians are professional and courteous.

Reception staff was helpful, and efficient. The X-ray tech, George, was friendly and supportive. He was quick to take the x-rays and answered any questions I had. He made me feel at ease and was excellent at his job.

All the staff were friendly and the person who was done my ultrasound was knowledgeable and helpful. I am really appreciate and thankful

As for the receptionist much to be desired, was rude no acknowledgement or hello… took my paper said nothing to me. Stood there for about 5 mins with silence. Didn’t know whether to sit or what.

Excellent fast service. No long wait for appointment. The technician are a wonderful funny people. Totally would recommend this cardiologist clinic. Should have this service in every town. It would cut down on alot of emergency room visits.

I had an Ultrasound on Friday Aug 5th, my technician was Farhad, he was very professional and did not at any time make me feel uncomfortable. He answered my question as to the procedure he was requested to preform. I would recommend him to anyone.

The wait time wasn’t long for a walk in. Mind you I went on a Wednesday at 9am. If you are the type of person that can’t wait long, book an appointment online. The wait ones were listed on a screen and it was very accurate. The staff were kind and helpful.

It was a Saturday around 1: 00pm. I needed a chest X-ray and to be honest, I dreaded the wait. When I arrived, all areas were well labeled. Found receptionist in X-ray right away. Women was very professional and asked me to please sit in waiting area. Only one person ahead of me. I was in and out in 15 minutes. X-ray tech was very polite and professional. Great experience.

I had 3 different tests at 2 different locations in this facility and I was in and out in under an hour, the staff are great and everything runs like clockwork - well done!

Recently I had an ultrasound scan with Myhealth.it was such a nice experience, because the Technician, (her name is Ms. SAMEERA), she was so polite, and making us comfortable during the scan. It makes me less worried, because it was my anatomy scan in second trimester, I was little worried when i enter in the scaning room.but her words makes me feel better. I was so thankful for the compassion from start to finish. All the staff went above and beyond to bring me comfort, I suffer with extreme anxiety.
They made for a much better experience. I’ve been in and out of hospital, many other appointments, this was by far top. It was also the cleanest!

The ultrasound tech was outstanding. She was polite respectful and extremely professional. I arrived early and she was accommodating and getting me in prior to my scheduled appointment time. I felt comfortable in an uncomfortable situation and I would like to acknowledge that in this posting.

Very little waiting and top notch doctors and equipment.

Everyone is thorough and polite and efficient.

I had an appointment for a mammogram and breast ultrasound. Amy did my mammogram and she is amazing. I can’t say enough good things about her. She is friendly, knowledgeable, patient and just a all around make my experience a pleasure. She put me at ease for what is typically an unpleasant procedure. I hope she does all my future my mammograms!

Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the technician who did my ultrasound but she is a lovely lady. Same as Amy, she was kind and patient and put me at ease.

10 out of 10 for both ladies.

My two visits were for rest and active stress tests. I was taken in on time. Both tests were well explained as to the purpose and what to expect. The technicians made me feel comfortable. Technician's casual demeanor and humour during the active test added a welcome feeling of relaxation.

I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and was seen right on time as scheduled. Despite a difficult woman ahead of me who did her best to cause hassle for the entire team, going up to yell at the team 3 times in the 10 minute span I was there, they were so patient and kind to her and when it came to me they were not at all frazzled and didn’t let that negative interaction continue through to my own appointment- very professional. The manager took the time to discuss my situation and history and was very thorough and very thoughtful and mindful of my comfort and concerns. A true leader and the perfect manager for the job, with a team that clearly appreciates her. I was then introduced to the ultrasound tech who was equally professional and efficient. Thank you to the whole team for your patience and hard work!

Very accommodating when trying to get an appointment and rarely is there a long wait when I go for my appointments. Although that's understandable when it happens. Friendly staff and overall a great clinic.

However, the pressure is not pleasant but the service was very professional and the technician was amazing.

Aimee the mammogram technician was absolutely phenomenal! She asked genuine questions that looked out for my safety and well-being. She made me feel comfortable the whole time, and was gentle. To be honest, I felt no pain. She made a process I was dreading, very smooth and seamless. She also has the best sense of humour! Thank you for taking such great care. The staff at this location were all very friendly and professional! I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment for registration, and I was in and out in a jiffy! The specialists that work in the back are very thorough and do a great job! 10/10 would recommend.

I have been treated by DR. Kim Sandercoak, although all the staff are great, professional and knowledgeable, DR. Kimberly is the best.
She started treating my work-related back injury while I was in pain 8 out of 10, feeling hurt, disappointed and helpless. She has always been available to listen, she is very professional, knowledgeable, seasoned and approachable. She mentally and physically led me to the wellness path, her skills and knowledge combined with her passion to her work and empathy towards her patients, putting her patients in a faster track toward wellness. Wait time was alittle long but all in all they were very good at getting thru so many x-rays. Very polite staff

I left my requisition form at home and had a photo of it. They didn’t give me a hard time about it at all. Then the technician who had to perform a breast ultrasound on a cyst was so incredibly nice. It makes all the difference especially during such a nerve wracking situation! Thank you. I would definitely come back.

I had an excellent experienced last Saturday with Tahara. I hope I got her name right. She was a very knowledgeable, respectful and compassionate young lady who knows what she was doing. Right after the procedure, i let her know she did an excellent job. I told her, that I've been thru so many ultra sounds of the same area But I observed that she did something above and beyond which wasn't done in my previous experiences. She deserved to be recognized.to Tahara two thumbs up.

Very poor service. Arrived to have an ultrasound and X ray on my elbows and was told it needed to be booked in advance. Fair enough. Booked appt for a future time and date. Returned on that date and receptionist said “I am so glad you came back” because she had never actually entered my appt in their system. All she could remember was my first name. Ooops. Go in and have ultrasound and X ray and needed them sent ASAP to my pain doc. I am glad I double checked about sending the results on to my pain doc before I left because she hadn’t noted that in my file! Go to my pain doc appt this morning and NO RESULTS had been forwarded to them. My specialist appt this morning was a total waste of time. Travelled 45 mins there and back for nothing! I will be visiting their location to provide feedback in person. Unacceptable!

Insane amount of high quality tools and very caring clinic indeed. They made my day and liked the fast schedule.

I just had a terrible experience at this clinic while receiving an ultrasound. I just had my 19 week anatomy scan and the technician was awful to me. She was so rude, took an extremely long time to complete the scan and when I asked during the scan if I could watch, she told me there nothing to see. Then she wouldn't speak to me for the next 40 minutes. She was cold, and to be honest she ruined the experience for me. When she finally did finish and got my husband, she rushed through the visual to the point where we could barely see what was happening and what was what on the baby. She then printed pictures that were blurry and hard to even see the baby. The whole experience of having your anatomy scan and getting to see your baby was ruined for both me and my husband. I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism and service here.

Everything at the Newmarket Clinic is amazing! The services rendered are professional and tailored to your needs, the facilities are absolutely gorgeous and trendy, and the atmosphere is sophisticated and friendly.

Was overall impressed with everything. Came here for an ultrasound and everything went well, no problems, everything was great here. The women at the desk was very kind! Thank you guys!

**Update** The manager contacted me and I was very impressed with how genuine she was. She apologized and handle my concerns really well. She didn't make any excuses and really owned up and had a very genuine conversation with me. Although they can't take back what happened I truly appreciate the senserity and effort made by management to rectify the situation. ***

My experience was horrible. I went for my dating ultrasound, the tech said absolutely nothing to me I didn’t even get to look at the screen. I had to beg for a picture which she reluctantly gave me after making me feel as if I was such an inconvenience. They said it was on the sheet that I signed (it said nothing about a dating ultrasound). I then asked the receptionist to see a copy of the sheet I signed, since I read the sheet and couldn't remember seeing anything about not having ANY information given to me. At this point I was already in tears and had my experience ruined by the technician. The receptionist started to tell me that this is why they tell us to read the form (which I did) she then told me you can’t see a heartbeat this early (that’s not true you can see a heart beat as early as 6 weeks and I should be around 8) and that they don’t provide pictures because it’s “nothing” at this point. Well me and my husband have been waiting for this “nothing” to happen for over a year. I will never step foot in this clinic again and I suggest for anyone looking for a positive experience to go elsewhere. They have completely ruined the beginning excitement of this pregnancy for me. Thanks for nothing.

I've been here before but lately I've been trying to call for an appointment and people keep hanging up on me and I'm getting furious. Have some patience maybe the phone isnt connecting fast enough for you but seriously wait a few seconds before hanging up I've called now 6 times this morning.

Other than the construction going on which was very noisy and inconvenient, our visit with Dr. Dervaitis was excellent. She is helpful and thorough.

I've been to the milton location and had a good experience there. I went to this location this time because it was closer to my work. Again, everyone was nice, caring, and helpful. I'm really impressed with this company, both locations that i've been to were great.

Would give 0 stars is I could! Let me say first I never put reviews on and when I read bad ones I always think " well maybe there is more to this story" There is absolutely nothing more to this story! Went for dating and 1st ultra sound for 1st pregnancy. We were of coarse very excited so my husband came with me. She wouldn't let him in. Said she would come get him "later" She didn't. Besides that she was very rude, short, did not explain what she was doing, didn't seem to give a care about me. When she was finished she said the bare minimum to me and then SHE OPENED THE DOOR OF THE ROOM TO LEAVE WHILE I WAS STANDING THERE TRYING TO GET MY UNDERPANTS PULLED UP! I could not believe that in a situation like this she could be so heartless. My first ultra sound for what is supposed to be one of the happiest times of our lives has been tainted. I can never get that 1st experience back again. And my husband will never get to see our baby in that early stage again. It was early and there wasn't much to see, but that is for us to decide. She has short red hair and spoke with what I think was a Russian accent. I will NOT be returning here for any other ultra sounds in the future and you should avoid this place if you want a nice and more importantly PRIVATE experience.

I would give a 0 star if I could.
We took 2 of our babies there for blood work in July. At the time they could not find the vein for 1 baby and couldn't get enough blood, one of the tech was trying to 3,4 different spots and kept sticking the niddle in, and still couldn't get it right. They finally came up with a brilliant idea and they squeezed my baby's arm just so they can get the blood. Finally they get about half of what's supposed to be. And they gave up by just saying, " it's just a CBC blood work, should be enough. " Then they proceed to do my other baby.
2 weeks later we got a phone call from our doctor, saying the lab didn't get enough blood for 1 baby and we have to go and do it again. And my doctor also didn't get the result for my other baby. I called them and was waiting in the phone for about an hour and finally someone picked it up. They said, they sent the result but something must be wrong in my doctor's side so my doctor didn't get the result. And I was told that my doctor will have to call the lab so they can send it again.
OMG. Do they even know what they are doing?
Please don't go to this lab to waste your time.
Does anybody know any places we can make a complaint for these type of places? They shouldn't be operating a healthcare facility.

This location has very poor customer service. There was confusion about how the results should be sent to my chiropractor. The CD and report was never sent and when I inquired, they said that I should have been given the CD when the X-ray was done and that reports are not sent to chiropractors. In the end I got the CD a month after the X-ray was completed and not without a lot of hassle. The office staff was rude and refused to take responsibility and blamed everyone else for the error. I would not recommend using this X-ray service. You’re better off waiting at the hospital for an X-ray!

Reception is certainly rushed on the xray/ultrasound side and it would be nice if someone would make eye contact BUT my appointment was correct and because I made an apt for my xray and ultrasound, I only had a five min wait. I've had a few ultrasounds technicians at this location. One was super friendly for a rather intrusive procedure and that was helpful. The other technician, for imaging my shoulder, was straight to the point with little conversation. But she got the job done and she wished me well. I've always called ahead, made appointments, and have had no issue with the service I've been provided with.

I have been to this location twice. Both times I have had poor experiences. Both the medical receptionist and the technician who "worked" with me could have easily provided better service! The receptionist was short, rude, made little if any eye contact and didn't so much as smile at me. Her tone was rude and abrasive. I do not appreciate treatment like this. As someone who has spent my working life in customer service, I am aware that customers are not always polite.and in the role of customer in a social interaction I am kind to the people providing service. Despite being polite to the receptionist, she was needlessly rude to me. The technician made a confusing and rude comment about my body. There was perhaps a language barrier and there was certainly cultural differences. She was cold in her demeanour, also did not smile, no friendly or professional greeting. She did not do basic things to make me comfortable. This is unacceptable! When we don't speak up, we continue to accept this ridiculous sort of service. So please, if you also had a bad experience say so! I cannot believe this sort of service is tolerated by those in charge of managing medical services like clinics and offices. The LifeLabs location in the same office within the York Medical centre has much more polite, kind and helpful professionals! They provide better service!

Had my first prenatal ultrasound done. Technologist wouldn't let my husband come in, kept telling me it was my fault she couldn't see anything because my bladder was too full (even though I drank the amount they told me too) and then delivered bad news and told me to leave. She was rude, inconsiderate and very rough. I will not go back there ever again!

The technician who did my chest x-ray was rude and arrogant. I do NOT recommend this place for getting your x-rays done. However, the woman who took my blood for my blood work at the LifeLabs was fantastic! Thanks to her for making my experience much better.
