This is the best, and most professional drs office I've been to in a while.
I love going there simply put the get to the root of the problem, fix it, and follow up.
In my opinion that's all you can ask from a medical facility.

The technician was amazing. She was always checking with me that I was doing ok throughout the whole ultrasound. I wasn't able to arrive 15mins early due to car troubles but still arrived at my appointment time and got taken in right away.

Very friendly staff. Acknowledged me as soon as I walked. Checked my requisition n health card. Sat about 2 mins n was taken in for my appt. Technician was very friendly had me in n out promptly. Would definitely recommend

Front staff friendly and helpful. Male technician welcoming, professional and accommodating. Female technician not friendly, unwelcoming, having a bad day perhaps? Considering how close these tech staff are when you are half naked getting ultrasounds done, poking you Iin vulnerable places.you need to be able to trust in these health professionals. It is their job to make you feel comfortable. If you are not a people person this job is not for you!

In quickly, registered, examined and out in a timely and professional manner. All Covid protocols also observed.

Quick in and out. Ultrasound imaging on both my shoulders and I was finished in just over half an hour! Clean, socially distanced, organized, efficient, friendly staff, we shared a couple laughs while I waited my turn. Answered all my questions and were very helpful. I booked in advance online and everything went flawlessly as it should. I felt zero anxiety about being there in the clinic amidst the pandemic. Thanks folks.

I was very happy with a recent ultrasound that I had done at the Arva location. The front reception staff were very friendly, and the ultrasound tech was professional and kind. She made sure that I had all of the information I needed before leaving and made me feel comfortable. Thank you!

Friendly staff, thorough screening, patient since I hobbled to the last room for my ankle xrays, but I was offerred a wheelchair.

Well I had a stress test on this center and they said they'd call me back my results they haven't heard back them in almost 2 months now so I don't recommend this at all to anybody drive me to remove the post I'm not removing this post cuz I know I did a stress test there couldn't complete it on the treadmill please send me somewhere else to go do it so I know I did it there because this is the only one in arva so no I'm not removing my post people are going to know about this you might want to look up my real name Ron Hodgins

Lost $210 in wages, drove 330km to have my ECG appointment canceled 1.5hrs before.
They called to confirm the night before.
Probably be written up for showing up 6 hrs late with no proof of appointment, thanks for screwing me over!

Friendly and thorough Staff. Was able to get an earlier appt at this location instead of waiting a week at a closer location.

I have to admit I'm a little old school but the amount of time I've spent online chatting with an online operator could have been taken care of in a five-minute phone call. Their form is ridiculous and constantly glitching and not accepting photos of Health cards Etc. It has taken me almost an hour to book an appointment absolutely ridiculous. Phone numbers send you to go to the chat no operators answering the phone.

I like the Arva location of the My Health Centre and the staff is really nice. However, privacy is terrible at this location If you are seeing the doctor. I was sitting in the waiting area and I could hear what the doctor was discussing with his patient in the room. This is not good since patient privacy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance.

I would also like to say that Dr Wisenberg is very unprofessional. He seems to have an attitude that he knows it all and that he is better than others. He's very unprofessional and made derogatory remarks about my doctor and his treatments. He didn't just say it once but he repeated it many times over and loud enough that everyone in the waiting could hear. I have never been to a doctor before that degraded a fellow MD such as Dr Wisenberg did. Most frustrating appointment ever as my time with him was time he used to degrade another doctor.

If you don't have OHIP then you have to pay in cash (no credit/debit). Nearest bank is pretty far

The clinic in Arva has a deceiving air about it. It seems like an unprofessional place when you arrive. However, the experience with all of the staff, waylays this feeling.personal attention and desire to ease the patients' anxiety is comforting. I like the fact that it can be reached without fighting the heavy traffic in London.

Even if you book your appointment for 8am yiu will be kept waiting and no one will bother to explain why.
