Very bad service and a very long wait period! They say 30-40 mins but its easy over an hour and also forget that we are waiting.the bbq is good but thats about it.

Waste of Money and Time!
If someone is reading this, trust me, I have been through.
I went with my family, the woker came to take order, before even ordering he is saying it will take 30-40 mins. Ok no problem! Then they made us wait for 1 hour &10 mins! We were hungry and thinking about its ok at least we will be having a good quality of food.
But it was disaster!
We ordered Nihari, peshawari karhai and BBQ Tikka!
Nihari was uncooked, it was totally tasteless. My mother had a bite and she figured it out that its not a fresh and it doesn’t even look like a nihari, its watery!
We call the worker and told her that its uncooked, she, herself said, we have been cooking this since morning it’s impossible that its uncooked, my mother said, because you have cooked this in the morning amd it wasn’t freshly cooked thats why you mixed the water and warm it up and served to us. She was totally speechless less. We returned it.
Then peshawari karhai, said in the menu, cooked in cream!
It was as sour as vinegar. Totally waste of money.
Tikka, its like we are having cumin seeds.
I mean if you are making people this much on wait. At least give them a tasty food!
There was an other family, waited for an hour and they left, the other family waited for 30 mins and left. The third family got their food after 1 hour 40 mins. We were feeling so bad for them!
Don’t go there please. I will never recommend it.

Happened to visit this place for a family dinner on a weekend, had to wait at the table for One & Half an hour to get the food, I’d say it’s a poorly managed restaurant that I’ve ever visited. Apart from wait time, ordered for Garlic Naan and ended up getting a Butter Naan. Chicken Tikka Biryani that had been ordered, never reached the table, heard it from the waitress stating it’s sold off. Pathetic Service.

We thought to try a new place and I wish we had gone somewhere else. This place is a joke I swear and I really wish I could give them negative ratings! These 2 dishes Charsi Kadai and mixed BBQ platter costed us more than 100 dollars! We could get much better flavor and much bigger portions for lesser price at other Desi restaurants. I’m highly disappointed and to top it off the Kadai had raw tomatoes in it. The restaurant from outside looks like a posh dine-in however when you go to the toilets they were extremely dirty and had no toilet roll even! Never going back

My kolachi is a very nice place to dine in and also during lunch hours. I would like to come here again.

Ambience is good, tried their mykolachi and Peshawar white karahi it is good. Lahori fish taste is okish but too oily. Wait time is more due too karahi cooking, be prepare to wait minimum 30-40 minutes to get your food. Waiter needs to improve her customer service.

Stopped by for Sehri, food was amazing! And flavor was awesome. Their naans were super crispy and yummy and fresh. Theu do need to improve on the service, we had to wave the server multiple times and getting their attention was difficult. They should come and ask if we need more naam or anything else.

I did not enjoy. I heard great things about this place from my family but when I went with my friend we ordered the Charsi Karahi and it did not taste good. We both felt like the chicken tasted like it had been boiled in water. The food took a while to come too. The naans tasted good though.

Food was good but the staff/servers we got were new so it took a while for our orders to be taken & had to be taken a couple of times as there was an issue with their tablets as well. The main issue were the female washrooms as they ran out of toilet papers and even after informing the staff twice with half hr intervals, we were just brushed off with "they will be there in a few", in the end nothing was done. We came all the way from barrie so had an hours drive ahead.

Worst experience and the service. Took 15 min to clean the table despite it wasn’t crowded. They didn’t even serve water until the food arrived. Karahi not properly cooked. Don’t recommend it at all.

Ordered Chicken Tikka Biryani and Boneless Chicken Charsi karahi with naans. While the karahi and naans were decent in taste, the biryani was a disaster. There was no hint of any masala, just plain dried colored rice and pieces of dried up chicken breast.

Rude and disrespectful servers/staff Won’t apologize. Forgot our drinks and kids meal and had to ask several times. Got dishes after we were done eating, not to mention we waited over an hour to get food

Walked into the restaurant at 9pm and was refused service even though the restaurant is open for more than hour, and 70% of the restaurant was empty. Super disappointed in their service - will never come again.

I have been living in North America last 24 years. I have never seen such bad service. The restaurant was empty and the server said kitchen is very busy come anther time and server was really rude and disrespectful. I am never coming back here.

The food and service was great. Specially the servers Robin, Harneet and Ahmed they treated us very well. They even accommodated us after closing timing, it was almost about to close when we arive.

Ordered chicken karahi, malta botti, and byrani. Food took like 40-50 minutes to arrive granted there was a lot of rush at the time, food was alright but they added too much red chilli to the dishes making it too spicy.

Might come again, idk

Absolutely the worst! Horrible service, took over an hour, food was bad, had to ask several times for for items they forgot. Never coming again. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Very poor service; very slow service with lazy and tired workers; we were only 2 person for dine in; but it's took 20 minutes to clean our table before we can seat; it's took 30 minutes to take an order after we seat on table; it's took 50 minutes to arrived my food; in 2 hours they just served 5 table maximum; if it will b same customer service thn owner has to close the restaurant in future; they literally refused lot people whi wants to dine in; and it wasn't even that crowded; bcz of poor service they ignored at least $1000 in last 2 hours which I spent in restaurant
