Unfortunately, it was the worst lash lift I have ever gotten. Despite me following the instructions like I always do (not my first lash lift, but my first one here) they look like I never got it done at all. A total waste of money. My girl was very nice and I feel bad calling her out, so I won’t. However, there are way better places for a lash lift in Toronto. Will not return.

I love this place! I come here every month for a lash lift and to get my brows done and the technicians do such an amazing job every time - I am ALWAYS getting complements on my lashes and brows thanks to Mync. The staff and owner are also so friendly and offer the best service. Can’t recommend this place enough

I had a lash tint + lift with Valeriya. Valeriya was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We talked through what I wanted and how I wanted my lashes to look. The service and my results were great and exactly what I wanted. I’ll be back for my next lift during the holiday season!

I had to cancel less than 24 hours in advance because there was a fire in my apartment building. I was charged for the full appointment when their own cancellation policy states that I should have been charged only 50% of the cost.

Irene is fantastic! Best lash extensions I’ve ever had, and she does very sleek eyebrow shaping. Always my go-to girl:). Highly recommend.

Silken and all staff at yorkville location are so friendly and helpful! Had a crazy work day and showed up to the wrong location but the staff were so understanding and helpful. Thankfully silken had time for me and they cancelled my other appointment no problem. I’ll be back to have Silken do my lashes again for sure.

I've come here and the Queen Street locations often over the past year. Lovely experience every single time, with all of the staff! I do want to highlight two,

-Dana, who did amazingly with my thick brows and has the sweetest personality, thorough and very helpful if you have any questions.

-Charlotte, who has a magical touch and did the best applications I've had on my extremely curly lashes (I've had some lash techs refuse service in the past). Down to earth, friendly and an amazing conversationalist, you won't feel the hour passing!

I had an amazing experience at MYNC Yorkville! I got my eyebrows done and an eyelash lift and tint and both turned out even better than expected! The staff were very friendly and helpful, I highly recommend!

I came to this place for a same day appointment and the girl on the phone was very nice and accomedating. I show up and I explained to her what I wanted. I have full eyebrows I just wanted them to be cleaned up and shaped the same. She put the wax on so lightly didn't even push down I felt like no hairs were being pulled out, lots of plucking at the end.she showed me the mirror and I legit had tears come to my eyes because one was alot longer then the other, the hairs are gone so there is no going back. I didn't freak out because she was nice and I felt bad but you guys should not have people who are unexperienced doing things on people's face. I stood outside crying before I could even call a cab because I was so upset. My brows grew back not even 3 days late completely full again looking like I haven't done them in months. I've been doing my brows my whole life this is not suppose to happen.

I love my lash lift and tint! Iris made the experience so relaxing and she made it go by so fast and I will def see her again for my next visit.
