First time dealing with Myron and actually had someone to follow us through the process. Delivery & product as expected. Very happy with turnaround time too

Ordered sep. 2022, received in Jan 2023. Over half were faulty, now we are trying to work on resolution but they would only offer 80 units to be replaced.

Spoke to Danila to try and order more, just got a run around and her exact words were “I am going to stop you right there” when I tried to mention my situation.

One of the cheapest ways to advertise. When you give a customer a nice pen they look at your logo every time they use it. It keeps us in their minds. Myron sells a good product for that.

Due to damaged packaging, I only received 19 of the 100 units I ordered. I contacted Myron and without hesitation they replaced the missing 81 units with no extra charge to me. I am extremely grateful. The pens I ordered came perfect and are of great quality. Thanks so much! I will absolutely be ordering from Myron again.

During my 50 year business career I have provided various gifts of appreciation to many customers and friends but few have been more appreciated than the various Tech Triple Function Pens.

This company is not a company to deal with
I placed a order and get a call back 10 days later saying it declined
I called my bank to confirm and it was put threw my CC I also got to different emails showing 2 different amounts

This is the worse company I've ever dealt with, they just waste my time and effort and until now they did not refund my money I've been emailing, calling and message them but they always says that someone will call me but nobody called. My order was last Nov 21 and I called them Dec 14 (I think) that I didn't received any confirmation from them if my order is already delivered because our xmas party is Dec 20 thats why i called (it is a surprise gift for our crew member) and when I call them they said that the color of my order is not available and nobody dare to call me to let me know, and then they said that the available color is burgundy and I told them that's fine as long as it will be delivered before Dec 20 and they provide a 50% off for this and they will refund me $35 and until now (Jan 14,2023) they didnt refund that money, when I received my order last dec 23 my God there was no company logo. No imprints and the reason I bought the pens because of that logo and imprints then I called them that I need to return their product and please email me a return label and they did that and as soon as I received the return label I'll run to the nearest purolator to return it and they already received the package last Jan 6 and I told them that they already received my return and please refund my $72 asap and until now nothing in my credit card and I called them and the customer service told me that someone will call me back on Tuesday Jan 17, its a waste of time and effort Myron Order#211675913

The pens are really nice and colorful and my clients loved them. They print and handle really well, only wish there was more of a selection of colors to choose from

Absolutely unreliable. I placed an order for calendars on November 10th. Order was processed (payment taken, proof was sent and approved) Order was supposed to be shipped on Dec. 2. I emailed the company for a status update on Dec. 5. I get a reply saying the calendars I ordered are out of stock!?
What kind of business practice is this? HOW DOES IT TAKE 3 WEEKS TO TELL ME YOU'RE OUT OF STOCK? After taking payment AND sending me a proof? The crazy thing is, IF I didn't contact the company, I would still be waiting for my order to come.
And there is zero remorse from the company. I guess this is common practice?
