Jay was so nice to speak with and was able to give me the quote straight up to repair my blinds. My blinds weren’t even purchased from their store but they were still able to help me and very quickly too. The man who came to fix them was very nice and efficient as well. Highly recommend for all your blinds needs.

My shades inc, Jay and Allie just did an amazing job installing blinds threw out our newly renovated condo. They guided me with my decision with their expertise and knowledge. My husband Stuart and I were so pleased and happy and we highly recommend this phenomenal company.

I only inquired of a part for my Hunter Douglas blind and needed to deal with the Manufakture to get the part.

They were able to repair and restring an old blind that we had. The communication throughout the complete process was great.

We had two recent experience here, and both were great. We had a repair done on the spring mechanism for a Hunter Douglas roller shade, Jay was clear on the repair costs and timelines. Also, we purchased three new Nantucket Hunter Douglas shades to replace existing ones that were old or damaged. They were easy to work with, and responsive.

Jay and Laura provided timely, cost effective service. Their technician was prompt, friendly and tidy.

Myshades did a great job assessing my broken blackout blind and were able to repair and reinstall it. They communicated well and delivered on what they said they would do. Very professional. Overall positive experience and would recommend them.

Extremely rude and unprofessional business. The owner Laura is such an uncouth and unprofessional person who will not give you any reason for declining the repair work. They do not have any experience, expertise, skills, talent or equipments to repair blinds or anything whatsoever. They do not have the basic human decency to talk to their customers.

This is the second installation Myshades has done for us and it was excellent all around. We installed Hunter Douglas Duette Elan blinds, custom drapery and valances. I highly recommend Myshades. Thanks Jay!
