Bilal's expertise as a dental hygienist was evident throughout my appointment, making me feel at ease and well-informed. His gentle approach and consideration for my comfort made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free.

I’ve been going here for years and have come back even after we moved away from the Mimico area. I did my Invisalign with Dr. Mangat and had great results, and Arti is amazing as well. Staff is super friendly and on top of everything. Highly recommended!

My mother recently visited this dental clinic alone, and I am writing on her behalf to share our disappointing experience. The clinic initially quoted her $230 for a cleaning without private insurance. As the appointment progressed, it became apparent that the clinic's focus was on extracting additional funds rather than providing quality care. Despite my mother's assurance that she had recently undergone an examination in Montreal, the clinic insisted on performing an unnecessary x-ray (which she refused), needlessly prolonging the appointment. As a result, they demanded an ADDITIONAL $230 for the remaining cleaning on a separate day, totaling a staggering $460 before tax. We are concerned whether this excessive fee is their standard practice or a deliberate attempt to take advantage of patients who may not fully comprehend the situation. Such practices, if true, would be highly unethical and exploitative.

Furthermore, the clinic attributed the confusion to "language barriers, " which is disrespectful considering my mother has been living in an English-speaking environment for a decade and can understand English proficiently, though not fluently. It is disheartening to feel that the clinic prioritizes financial gain over patient trust. By sharing our story, we hope to inform others and urge the clinic to address these issues, ensuring transparency and fair treatment for all patients.

I had a great experience and I will recommend this location. My filing cracked and I sent a message through the web at about midnight. In the morning I had a text saying they can see me at nine or one. I went and very shortly they corrected everything perfectly. They were courteous friendly and very precise. There is some neat three d scan technology which was great. The technology and the interior is so amazing.very nice experience I will be recommending it and becoming a new patient

This is the third time I went to the dental clinic. They are good- just like any other dental clinics. Very friendly, accomodating, wanting to get you an appointment at your earliest convenience and so on. There is a major problem with practicing within the purview of one's area of expertise. The dental assistant (I am choosing not to name them) was way out of line in telling the patient (me) what medication they should take, why the dentist forgot to engage in informed decision making process including risks and benefits of a specific procedure. The dental assistant went on to provide false information regarding what they should or should not have done to prevent complications after the complications were already experienced (multiple times talking over the dentist). If the clinic is governed by the RHPA, then they need to make some changes or train their assistants!

Great experience! After explaining to Bilal (the dental hygienist) my slight phobia of visiting the dentist; he made me feel very comfortable and was very thorough when cleaning my teeth. The dentist was quick and efficient and the front staff was very welcoming and helpful! Thanks, see you again soon!

I had my first appointment today (Feb 23,2023) and was blown away by the level of care and professionalism I received.
First, I have to give a shoutout to the receptionist. She was incredibly friendly and helpful; from the moment I walked in the door. She made the check-in process a breeze and answered all of my questions with a smile.
Next, the x-ray technician was fantastic. She was patient and gentle, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the process. I appreciated her attention to detail and her willingness to explain what was happening at each step of the way.
The doctor was also excellent. She was knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to explain my dental x-ray visuals in a way that was easy to understand. She made me feel at ease and instilled confidence in me that I was in good hands.
Last but certainly not least, the oral hygienist Bilal was phenomenal. He was kind and personable, and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor. Bilal immediately put me at ease and made me feel comfortable in the chair. As he started working on my teeth, I was impressed with his skill and attention to detail. It was clear that he took great pride in his work and was committed to ensuring that my teeth were as clean and shine as possible.
I recommend Bilal. He was friendly, skilled, and informative, and I left the appointment feeling like I had received the best possible care for my teeth.

Overall, I can't recommend Mystic Pointe Dental enough. The entire team was fantastic, from the receptionist to the x-ray technician, the doctor, and the oral hygienist. If you're looking for a dental care office that truly cares about its patients and provides top-notch care, look no further than Mystic Pointe Dental office!

I'm scared of the dentist and the staff at Mystic Pointe Dental always make sure I'm comfortable. I'm less scared because of them, I won't go anywhere else.

He is an amazing person hands down, and not only that he has a top notch sense of humor, he had me laughing through the whole cleaning which made me very comfortable, Lol. This is absolutely the best cleaning I've ever had in my life. He did a very thorough cleaning and took his time through the whole process. Very patient and professional! I woke up in the middle of the night with a throbbing pain. Mystic Pointe fit me in right away. Dr. Mangat diagnosed the issue right away explained it in a way that I could understand.
Not to mention the front office team was extremely welcoming. It was also nice to see their adaptations to a new way of doing business, when I walked in Dr. Said she’ll check you in. I was so confused because there was no one there. It turned out the receptionist was on a digital screen. I felt like I was in a sci fi movie for a second. All in all a great experience. Explains their 4.8 star reviews.

Just switched my dentist to Mystic Pointe Dental. So far so good! I was greeted by friendly staff upon arrival and my hygienist was very thorough with my cleaning. Overall my experience was great!

Always have a great experience here. They work with my wife’s health insurance plan and make share any gaps are sorted and communicating with them about issues is super easy. I also live locally so that adds to the appeal

I've been going here years. Dr. Mangat, Dr. Tse, Ashley and Bilal are great. Despite moving from the Mystic Pointe area, I still make it here for my cleanings and check ups.

I had a very pleasant experience here. I needed to extract my wisdom tooth and they made the process easy and and less scary for me. I’m not covered by insurance and had to pay out of pocket but the pricing is very reasonable. Everyone was amazing and kind and always made sure I was doing okay from the time I walked and until I left. Seriously incredible!

I absolutely hate going to the dentist and have anxiety for days ahead of time but I always leave this place with a smile on my face! All the staff are amazing and my hygenist Bilal is the BEST! First time I haven't had to have numbing cream for my cleaning and he's so nice and talkative that it just takes your mind off of the cleaning and makes you smile. Dentist is always super positive and nice as well. Best Dentist ever.

I have been going here for years. Ashley at the front desk is super great, I had a dental hygienist the last few times whose name is Bilal, he is a beauty! We exchange his favorite food recipes and the cleaning flies by. My kids also come here and they are fantastic with them.
