NAAN KABOB

Today I went to celebrate my birthday. And I was wonderfully surprised by all the details of this restaurant. Wonderful food, very tasty, very well served, in addition to the dishes being decorated with great grace. Cozy, beautiful, very clean environment. All employees are friendly and receptive. We loved it and would like to highlight our congratulations to Rossen, who served us wonderfully! I highly recommend it and we will be back before returning to Brazil.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. The food was amazing. All kinds of different food. Amazing over-all, will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Right as you walk in you are greeting/seated by very warmly and friendly staff. We were impressed that our server moved us to a more comfortable intimate table (clearing/cleaning one specific for us) then the open larger table we first sat down in - with us saying a word. Ordering is easy using a QR code menu - but i did notice they will come with paper menus for older customers. The best i can describe this restaurant is they anticipate your needs. Very clean place, great food! Omg the food! You cant stop eating (and you will still have left over with the large portions). The pricing is reasonable and affordable…The manager, shad, is very attentive and present. So warm and welcoming! Very nice man. Will go back again and again.

Used to be my favorite. The customer service is just non existent. People who work here are just rude, portions are small, food isn't even good anymore. Don't bother dining in, the servers will completely ignore you!

Food is good nothing wrong with the taste but I felt it needs little bit of more flavour but that could be just me. Service is good and the atmosphere is amazing, great interior but seating and spacing of tables could improve since they are to close to each other it's hard to get in an out from your table.

Great quality food in generous portions and the service was good especially from the girls Priya and Loveleen. Firni tasted amazing:)

This is one of my favourite restaurants for Afghan cuisines! The food is always a hit, and the manager made our experience that much better by allowing us to dine in past closing time! I would highly recommend this restaurant

First time at this place and we were pretty amazed by the ambience & taste. Manager was really nice and staff specially Loveline was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place:)

I came here with my family, and was really impressed by both the restaurant and the food at this location. The food is very good, which includes both freshly baked naan, rice and meat. Marination for meats was on point and the sauces (garlic and spicy) are great. A VERY delicious starter is the Mantu or Afghan Dumplings. The attention to detail in the decore is out of this world. You can tell that the owners really invested in the tiles, lighting, flooring and wall covers. This drastically improves the dining experience.

Amazing decor, but too bad the food doesn't live up to it. Ordered a spicy grill platter (already overpriced at around $100). The quantity isn't an issue. Plenty of food.unfortunately trying to get through them was a big task.

The chaplee kebabs were overdone and had to chow down hard like it was rubber. The kofta kebabs were under spiced and mediocre. The tandoori chicken was good, but definitely not better than any of its other Afghan contenders. The bolanee was actually good (if you don't mind the heavy oil treatment it went through). The naans are more like loaves of bread here.so bear in mind before you think you can get through couple of those. The real saving grace to the entire platter was the 'lavash' like bread that the kebabs laid on. Will i be ever buying this again? Highly unlikely in my right mind. Overall this place is all about the packaging and no depth.

Maybe try their wraps.they were fairly good.

The food was very delicious and the service was alright. The portions were quite generous and we truly enjoyed the food.

Update after a few months:
We went back and once again delicious food with generous portions. I had a party of seven and we were all quite stuffed. Also, the service has improved greatly and very friendly staff that helped us celebrate a birthday. Very accommodating and thank you very much for the meal.

Had a very beautiful dinner at this place … must visit every person who loves meat …

Very fantastic restaurant. The service was amazing. Shad, the manager, was super helpful, friendly, and really cared for all fhe customers. The service and food was amazing!

They have great customer service and amazing food! It’s a very clean restaurant with nice decor. Overall was an incredible experience, I highly recommend trying.

First time I went there, the salad we ordered never came. Food was delivered too far apart and couldn't be enjoyed together. Decided to give them another shot today, manager straight up told us "not to expect good service" because they were busy. We walked out and won't be going back.

Edit: I emailed as per the owner's reply and have not heard back for 3 weeks.

Best food, chicken and kebab was juicy not dry, the naan were really fresh and soft, but their service is bad. I’m not sure if it’s a fast food or a restaurant bcs they serve you food at your table but don’t bring the drink, also you have to order on the counter.

Incredible restaurant, from the ambiance, to the service, to the care and attention paid to the food. Everything is bursting with flavour. You simply cannot go wrong visiting this location.

As soon as we entered Naan Kabob, we were greeted by cheerful staff. The food can be seen prepared in the middle as it's an open kitchen set up. The air was filled with excitement, ceilings and decor had a rustic feel, multiple tables occupied, and the N & K aroma fantastic. We ordered take out and everything was smooth. The lamb shank was done well and the N & K grill special meal was perfect. The kabobs are amazingly fresh and delicious. Love the mayo style sauce that comes with the dishes. I would ask for more sauces next time since the take out quantities for sauces are quite small. Overall, a great experience and would definitely return for a dine-in experience.

Store manager Shad provided not only exceptional food but amazing service and kindness as well. This is the type of customer service these restaurants need in order to have loyal customers and other store owners should take notes. Will be returning with no hesitation:)

Good Food, but they need to work on their staff mgmt better.during lunch hour they were stuggling to keep up with orders with long wait times, to the point where new customers coming in were leaving.order ahead, and even then go like 15 mins after the estimated pick up time if youre going at lunch

Came for a quick planned dinner at this place. Loved the ambience. Amazing food quantity and quality, and excellent customer service!

First time eating here and it was delicious. Super clean, beautifully decorated restaurant, very friendly staff and outstanding food. Had the shami kabob dinner that came with really nice bread, qabili rice (my new favorite), a great salad and we ordered a small side of channa masala. 5 out of 5 on flavor, presentation and value for money. We will be new regulars there now! Thanks!

Something really bad happened and unfortunately the management there could not solve it properly. The metal chair on which my friend was sitting had a problem and his pants were punctured and he lost one of his pants. There were six of us who came to the restaurant and had lunch. The kebab was good but.it was a bad day for us. If you go to this restaurant, take care of your pants!

I have always had a great experience here. The owner is so kind, and constantly ensures that the dining experience is incredible. Will continue to recommend Naan Kabob to everyone.

Food was good! But service was pathetic. Servers were rude n unprofessional. It was our first time in the restaurant and wasn’t aware of how the restaurant system worked. We were not informed by the server on where to get the drinks we ordered which is understandable but to get a rude response when asked about the drinks is not at all appreciated. Moreover, the fridge was hidden by wall partitions and didn’t have the drinks we ordered.
After the dinner, we had some leftover soup and the server came to take away the empty dishes, she didn’t even bothered to ask if we wanted to take away the leftover soup and tried to clear it from the table. When asked for a takeout container for soup, she said there is no containers for soup and leftover soup is not allowed to be taken home. But gave us a soup container when we were about to leave.

Overall, it was terrible experience. Poor customer experience and service defeats the purpose of good food!

The food was amazing! The owner recommended the tea with roses, and Afghan Channa Plate and they were delicious! This is one of the places you HAVE to experience in Mississauga.
Also, the staff are friendly and the restaurant is very clean.

The customer service of Mississauga location is 10/10. Loved the delicious food they serve. Their Awshak from their appetizer option is too good.feels just like homemade ones - fresh, delightful and just full of flavors. Their platter options are very flavoursome and devine! I totally recommend this place for anyone that would love to try out real and exquisite afghan cuisine. You won’t regret it! Owner of this location is very polite and professional as he surely made us feel special with his service and his staff are friendly and well trained! Loved loved loved the food!

The owner is a greedy person, hawking over tables, and acting upset if you don’t order what he considers enough food, completely ruined my experience. Have a nice day.
