Highly recommend 10/10 - my first time and definetely coming back, quick and a beautiful job!

The young lady who did my pedicure was sweet, professional and efficient. The young lady who did my manicure was a bit rude and condescending and very rough with my very thin nails, even after I complained before the service to the front desk about how deep they ground down my nails the last time I was in (you could see a clear “shelf” from the new growth!). The nails look great and she did a good job on the design but my nails have never been thus tender before 24 hrs later!

It's great to see this business go from strength to strength. Every time I come back to Canada, I hit up the North Queen location with my wife for an all-wax-and-whistles mani-pedi and we have a super time. The (still) new look and feel of the place only adds to its attraction. Very friendly, discreetly efficient, and experts at what they do, the technicians here are awesome. And guess what? Man or woman, you'll come out beaming thanks to their amazing work. Put your hands (and feet too while you're at it) into theirs - I recommend it 100%.

I’ve been going to this salon for over a year. I use multiple services and i have never been disappointed with any of them. If theirs anything I’m not happy with they are quick to get the problem resolved. The front desk staff are always very professional and accommodating.
Their nail technicians and eyelash technicians are EXCELLENT. In my opinion Emma, Jay and Kat are the best in the business. I’m very picky and these 3 are always patient and professional. I never leave disappointed. Jay does the best nail designs in this business and the salon is lucky to have him.

I always book with JAY, he's the best! He always does my nails exactly how I want them! Not only do my nails always look good but he's also super nice and my nails always last a long time. The salon is clean and efficient.

I recently had a nail shellac treatment at a local salon, and I must say, I am extremely disappointed with the results. The purpose of getting shellac was to have long-lasting and chip-free nails for at least a couple of weeks, but unfortunately, the shellac started peeling off after just one week.

First and foremost, I want to mention that the application process was satisfactory. The nail technician seemed experienced and took the time to properly apply the shellac, ensuring a smooth and shiny finish. I was pleased with the appearance of my nails initially.

However, the longevity of the shellac was far from satisfactory. Within a few days, I noticed small chips on a couple of nails, and by the end of the first week, the shellac was peeling off completely on several fingers. This was highly disappointing as I had expected the shellac to last for at least two weeks, if not longer.
I would caution others who are considering getting a nail shellac treatment at this salon to think twice. While the application process was decent, the durability and quality of the product were severely lacking.

Overall, I was left disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience, and I will not be returning to this salon for any future nail treatments.

Today was my first time to this salon. I was impressed upon walking in at the grandeur of the place. I was equally impressed with the kind greetings and the cleanliness. I came to this nails place twice and had a mixed experience.
First time I did my nails with One and she was super nice, good vibe and did a awesome job!
Second time was with Phoebe, who did a great job on my nails too, but was slightly rude and had a bit of attitude. Was a unpleasant experience to have my nails done with her. Next time will ask for One again.
Other than that everyone at the nails place was always very nice and polite.

Min did such a fabulous job fixing the bad job another salon had done on my nails! Her shaping is great, she works quick and I can’t wait to come back and see her for my next mainicure in a couple of weeks:)

I came here for the first time and had a manicure and pedicure done with shellac. I had initially 2 colours on (black and aqua). Unfortunately, they started chipping the next day to my disappointment.

I told the salon and to my surprise, they asked me to come back in and they redid me nails free of charge (I picked one colour this time). This time, I haven't had any chipping. Great customer service and I am grateful and appreciative that they kindly redid my nails. I will definitely come back. Thank you Amy and staff!

Honestly, the best nail salon in Etobicoke. They are so professional, accommodating and focused. I brought my young daughter for the first time and they treated her so well. I used to go solo for years, now I look forward to going with my daughter for many more years. So grateful for providing some normality and much needed TLC during these challenging times!

I’ve honestly never been to a salon this large with consistent professional service. This I believe is my 5th time visiting and they never disappoint with always having staff available to service you when you have no reservation with a short wait time period. I genuinely appreciate their record-keeping service which keeps track of who did my previous service because it saves me a lot of effort for when I return and want to request the same technician.

Quennie does an amazing job with my gel overlay and I enjoyed a pedicure with Kayla yesterday!

Arial was amazing and I absolutely love how she did the shape of my nails and I didn't know that I was using acrylic powder so i am happy she told me what that was and now I use bio jel which is much better for the nails. Also like the design she used so Thank you so much!

I have been coming here for years and always leave so happy with whatever service I get done. Mina, Alisa, One and Tracey are highly recommended however I’m confident that all the staff there is amazing!

The ladies at the front desk are always very nice and friendly and provide great servive. I have been going to THI for a long time now. She is amazing. I get bio-gel refill with shellac, and regular pedicure. My nails never break or chip now that she does them! She always keeps checking in during the service, making sure that I am happy with how they are coming along. Also, she always pays attention to detail when shaping and filing them - they are always shaped perfect. 10/10 with THI always.

Phoebe did an excellent job and was so quick too. She was polite and kind and made my experience great. The place was clean, organized and everyone was helpful and professional. I will he coming back for sure.

I had a pedicure/ manicure, and Kayla was excellent. I had surgery scheduled, to remove my toe nail. She did such an amazing job, the surgeon advised I leave it, and go back to her, and get treated for this damaged nail. The nail is almost back to normal, because of her meticulous work. This is my first experience getting a mani-pedi. I had a nice experience with Lexi. I do plan to go back! The only thing that i would say is that she was a bit rough on my cuticle bed but i should have let her know in the process, otherwise shes an excellent and skilled nail tech.

This salon is beautiful. The staff are welcoming and attentive. I go here often and they never disappoint. Avah, is fantastic. She is knowledgeable, caring and attentive to detail. I would recommend this salon to anyone. 10/10.

I've been enjoying being pampered at this salon for more than 4 years! Linda is a gem and does an exceptional job on my fingers and toes. We have lotsa laughs during my time 'in the chair'. The recent renovations are exquisite, adding to the spa-like, tranquil atmosphere. I look forward to my regular appointments. I appreciate the on-line booking system, too.

This place is pretty good, Tom is my nail stylist and his designs are amazing. Only thing I would comment on is the coating of colour to make sure to cover the whole nail, I noticed after some of my nails at the side were missing colour no you could see nail underneath. Other then that he is great!

It was my first time visiting the salon. The salon is beautiful and clean. The staff is super nice. Tom is an artist and gave me the most beautiful set I’ve ever had.

I cant say enough good things about this salon. I get compliments on my shellac hombre nails all the time. If youd like the same be sure to ask for "Van". They also do all kinds of fancy nails w Crystal's and rhinestones. It's great.

Absolutely my favourite salon, I refuse to go anywhere else. It’s clean, staff are professional, and One always does an amazing job with my manicures and pedicures.

I had Tracy as my technician. She is very knowledgeable about different nail shapes and she was even able to tell me what nail shape best fits my hand type. She is pleasant and was informative of the process to me.

For example, Tracy told me that the gel may sting for a second and then advise me to pull my hand out immediately, let the sting go away, and then put my hand back in.

The fact she was able to give me a heads up made me feel more comfortable.

Further to this, the place is very clean and they are adhering to Covid-19 protocol.

Definitely will be coming back.

Was able to walk into this gorgeous & spacious nail salon without an appointment yesterday. Lots of staff, clean space and huge colour selection to choose from. I got shellac manicure with thumb designs & a matching regular pedicure for 78 dollars plus tip. Great pedicure with hot stones, razer, scrub & short massage. My feet were not cute post covid and the manicurist took care of me haha! The manager checked in on me which I appreciate and I was out of there in about an hour & a half! Highly recommend & will be back:) thank you ladies!

I love this place. I live near square one in Mississauga and still come here for a mani and pedi, that says a lot if you know me lol. I've never been to a nail salon with such great customer service. Once, the shellac polish started peeling prematurely on my nails. I went back within 4 days and she redid the shellac on all nails, no questions asked. The ladies at front desk are extremely friendly, organized and attentive. I only have good things to say about this place. Just Fyi, they line the foot soakers with plastic for each clnt. Idk why all nails salons dont do this. I'd love to shout out my nail lady because she does amazing work but she's already always booked up and I dont wanna make things worse for myself. So sorry folks!

Was a GREAT place until Lee-anne left. Just got a full set done/ pedicure and it's so terrible. I smiled left and didn't say anything. But instantly new I would never be going back. Which is a shame because I was a regular costumer who had been there multiple times. Hopefully they hire someone who knows what they are doing. This is so terrible, I have to go to another nail salon to fix it.

They overcharged me. They started taking in Chinese and later when I came to pay they said it was $70 just for a gel shellac manicure. Worst experience ever. Do not go here, they're just hungry for money.

Just finished getting a new set of acrylic nails with a shellac ombre design with Vicky. I have NEVER left a review for anywhere but was so disgusted by Vicky's unprofessionalism and disappointed with her work that I felt the need to do so now. I was her last appointment of the day and she told me she was leaving after to do something (it's long weekend so I'm sure she just wanted to take off right away). Even though she started my appointment 15 minutes late, I didn't complain. However, she was getting clearly impatient with me because she kept asking me what colour I wanted and I didn't immediately pick a colour. I did decide on a colour BEFORE she even got to the step of applying them, so there was no need for the impatience anyway. When she finished, I washed my hands and took a closer look at my nails. She didn't start close enough to my nail beds on many of my nails so they already look as though they've grown out. When I showed the receptionist, she agreed and acknowledged the issue. She told a colleague about it who also acknowledged the issue but tried to make excuses. She claimed that they purposely do it further because I didn't get a manicure. I have done acrylic sets SO MANY TIMES at many different places and have never had this issue. She told Vicky the issue and Vicky just tried using the same excuse. I was still willing to pay for my nails and tip Vicky. I was not looking for it to be free or anything but after previously spending years in customer service, I know there is an appropriate way to handle these types of situations. Making excuses and being rude is not the way. They could've at least apologized and tried to either ask me how I would like them to rectify the situation or try to offer to rectify it somehow. When I told them I just want to pay and don't appreciate the excuses, they took $10 off. Even through all of that, I was not confrontational or rude, just clearly disappointed. I even handed a tip over to Vicky (I did a lot of customer service and waitressing in the past so I always try to tip well and not be extremely rude). She didn't even have the decency to look at me and rudely said "no, keep it" or something along those lines. When I told her she was being rude she just said "you're not happy so I don't want it". She was giving me so much attitude, just continued to punch out of her shift or whatever she was doing then stormed out of the salon. I definitely will not be coming back here. I've heard great things about other salons close by like Blush Nail Bar and was very happy with the previous salon I was going to (but it's further away from me now). Ill stick to somewhere else and definitely don't recommend Vicky to anyone. It's hard to see it in the pictures but I've attached a few. Looks worse in person. I hope management at least talks to Vicky and tells her to work on her customer service skills. She needs to get her attitude in check.

Gave them a two stars since I have been going for years. Ive always been going to Van. The purpose of an appointment is to avoid any delays. Recently they have been forgetting the meaning of an appointment. Everytime i book an appointment they are always 15+ minutes late. No time management skills at all. The last time i went i was short on time and went early to see if Van would be able to take me earlier. I was told she will be available only at 4: 45 (the time of my appointment) it was 5 o’clock and i still have not started my pedicure. As i went to the front and asked to cancel my appointment i was only told ‘I’m sorry’. Will not be going back again. No time management skills at all!

This nail salon is very fast.fastest I’ve Been to. When i last went queenie did my nails.she was very fast and efficient. Nails looked amazing.this time when i went i saw One. One has a very poor attitude and is very belittling. I am not from this area and she asked me “how do i know her” because she’s never seen me before. I told her i just chose her name on the website and she burst out laughing and was angry i didn’t know her personally. One wasn’t nice.i showed her a picture of a nail design i wanted and she wouldn’t follow it. This nail salon charges $5 extra for 3 nail colours which is fine. But one didn’t tell me that. I asked her to change the colour placement on my nails (instead of middle finger to ring finger) and she wouldn’t do it so i said ok fine leave it. One decided to speak to me as if she was my parent and said “ i don’t like to listen and i ruined my nails” because i didn’t put my hand all the way in the dryer (as i was scared I’d ruined my nails as this has happened previously). Only thing nice about this nail salon is the receptionist who has good customer service. One also stood by the front desk to wait for her tip which she did not receive because she simply didn’t deserve it. I’d go back to this nail salon.but to another nail technician. Hopefully they don’t get mad that i don’t know them.

I am a regular at this salon and it use to be my favourite nail salon but my last couple of experiences were not good. I find that because they are so busy now they rush to get the next client started. Tammy did my nails the last time I went in for a fill and didn't paint them properly. I asked her to fix them and she questioned and gave me attitude. She refused until I said I am paying for this service. When I was paying at the cash, she stood there and waited for me to hand her a tip. I was completely turned off and will not be returning to this salon. If you do end up visiting this nail salon, Linda is one of the best technicians. See her!

The facility is clean and the ladies at the front desk are very nice, but the girls that actually did our nails were not very friendly and seemed to rush through everything. Once they send you to the drying station they forget about you and don't come to tell you when it is dry. I waited for over 40 minutes before getting up on my own. I even asked a lady to ask the person who did my nails if it was dry, and she didn't return to check. I did like how they massage your legs with a hot stone though. It was relaxing.

Ok I wrote a review and deleted it after the issue was solved so I thought. I went in and got my acrylics done the first time, after 5 days 4 of my nails had fallen off. They then offered to fix it for free, I went in and was pressured into a color change only to find out that they were going to charge me 25$ for it! I wouldnt have even been I'm if my nails didn't fall off. The owner then called me and offered me a free pedicure because I was angry about having to pay the 25$ for there mistake. I went in for my free pedicure and was charged 15$ for Shellac! This is insane. They didnt even mention it was an extra charge or clearly I wouldn't have got it for my FREE pedicure after already having so many problems with this place! They have lost my buisness for good. They are money hungry and it shows! I've spent over 100$ in a week and a half and have been there 3 times for their mistakes they are also only simple colours not to mention! I will never be back here and recommend choosing somewhere else for your nails. I really wish I could have had a better experience here (hence why I went back after the first two visits due to their mistakes) but I will move on and find a new place.

I always go to One and she’s great with everything from basics mani pedi’s to full bio gel sets. The work is always quality and with the online booking and can make sure I can see her every visit!

This place is the most racist store my wive has ever been in she had a gift certificate and they told her to come back in three hours and the lady who was needing with her was very rude and told her she needs to book an appointment and its not her problem you not have enough staff.

Used to be my favourite nail salon until my last two experiences. I paid $50 for a pair of "stiletto nails" and I wanted them long. They weren't even stiletto and extremely short, they were an awkward almond shape if anything. The second time I went to get a acrylic set and asked for regular polish and had to hear the tech comment on my choice of polish saying how I can go to the atm and grab more money for an extra charge?
after I said no. That is none of her business. She did a terrible job painting my nails and the polish CAME OFF hours later. It really depends on the tech you get but most of them have attitude. I'm done coming here.

I've been to this salon a few times because it's convenient and usually they can take you right away or within 30 mins. Don't expect good quality work if you come for a walk in though, my two most recent visits have been rushed and sloppy. See photos

This place is good if you want a quick in and out they were super busy and just cared about getting you and out as fast as they can so they can get the next person done. My nails were okay but I felt so rushed.thank you for acknowledging my review.but you have me mistaken for someone else I didnt come for just a colour change and I also wasn't late.

Got my nails done today with my Vietnamese- German friend at this location. We were sitting separately but not too far from each other. The colour wheels kept being taken, when I told Linda (my technician) that I haven't chosen color yet, she had some attitude when she went to grab the wheels for me. After I picked the one I liked, Linda started speaking her language to the other 2 technicians siting next to her, I didn't know what they were talking about but they all looked at me and laughed. Later on, my friend told me they were speaking Vietnamese to make fun of how ugly the color I picked was.
My nails turned out okay but after knowing she was making fun of me, I'm not very satisfied. Don't go here if you want to be made fun of!

I love there online booking system, and they speedy service right when you walk in the door is great! I usually see Tammy or Vicky and their attention to detail and cleanliness is what makes me come back!
