Nails For You (Sobeys Oakville)

I went there today and my nails look amazing! My tech was super friendly.and she's an amazing artist! The staff was friendly too! Also, very clean!

Unreliable hours. Often closed on Sundays so it’s hard to walk in Staff is good but inconsistent. Some are super rushed and others more careful. My last 2 shellac manicures did not last more than a week.

I asked for French tip, convinced of ombré nails because it’s easier to do and they messed up that too, shape is not nice. On top of that I got a chip 2 days later. Won’t return back

I have a picture of exactly what I wanted. Shape, color and style and I got complete opposite. I didn’t want to argue with her but she just kept on giving excuses why it didn’t come out. I wish I could post a what I asked for vs what I got. They were chunky, huge, thick and no shape what so ever. I payed sixty for them

They were able to save my severely damaged toe nail after an accident where I almost lost it completely. Over time as it started to grow back they helped me if it started to become ingrown. Now I won’t go anywhere else because the service is always great and they take such care. I live outside Oakville now but I drive back each month to come here - highly recommended.

Have been going here for almost 2 years. I've always noticed how clean and sterile the salon is, and after my visit today I'm really impressed at how careful they're being to keep customers safe. Lee is the best manicurist I've found in Oakville, and Helen takes good care of me when Lee isn't available. These ladies take a lot of pride in their work and I couldn't be happier with my manicure today! Thank you Lee, I'll never go to anyone else!

I went to get a shellac manicure and it looks awful. I asked to get one nail sparkly on each hand and the lady only did one coat of the regular colour and then put the sparkle on. So the one finger is lighter than the rest. I felt very rushed and it was defiantly not worth 33 dollars. They also didn’t ask what shape I wanted and how short I wanted my nails, now they are about 2 cm long and they all look different. I would never go back again. I not sure if my age had anything to do with it, but age shouldn’t matter and every costumer should be treated the same.

I went in for a manicure and pedicure last week. I was brought to a chair to begin my pedicure. As the lady was starting my nails, another customer walked through the door and she decided to tend to that customer and do his pedicure while my feet soaked for about 15 minutes until another worker came over to start my nails. By that time the water was cold. My pedicure felt rushed as did my manicure. Again, after my manicure was done they left me for half an hour to just dry my nails while they worked on other customers. No one came over to check if they had dried or tell me they were okay. I had to get up myself and go pay. Awful customer service and will not be going back. Not sure if my age was a factor, but either way, every customer should be treated the same. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve gotten my nails done here a few times. There is one girl that works there that is nice, the others are just rude. They have been horrible to my little sisters and today was the worst experience. I come in wanting to relax and get my nails done. I try to choose a colour and am being forced to hurry so she can start my nails. After I explain that I need time the girl is still very rude and rushing me, to which I then am told I will be being charged $5 extra for wanting different colors of the same kind of polish? Then she is pulling my hand to start when I am not ready, and overall was a terrible experience. Even though they might be less than other places the customer service was horrible today. Rude, rushed and not relaxing at all.

Used to be ok. Not sure if it’s new staff or new management. I’ve gone twice in the last month. Both times were bad. The first was a mani and the girl was really aggressive on cuticles and my shellac lasted 5 days max. The second I had a mani pedi. The water bath for the pedi was cold. And the girl then threw the tools in with my feet to clean them! The worse part was that the girl barely worked on my heels, First time ever I’ve left a pedicure anywhere with rough heels still. The mani was no better. They are super aggressive on cuticles. Also it was dirty. Half empty water bottles and Tim hortons coffee cups all over the work stations. I’ve never seen it like this before.

Very nice staff fast and great service. I had a bio gel refill and I really liked how my nails look. They understood how I wanted them. I will definitely go back.
