My experience at Nails For You was top notch. From the moment I stepped in, the ladies working were kind, hospitable, and friendly. Immediately upon arrival, I was offered something to drink and was served quickly even though it was already busy and close to their closing time. The pedicure itself was so relaxing and enjoyable! Well done Nails For You staff!

My girlfriend took her mom to this place, but she is far too lovely to complain, but I don’t care. Horrible customer service; everyone was incredibly rude and pushy from the very start, even yelling at my girlfriend for booking online, blaming her for how their system works. And to top it off, the owner was present for this entire experience and she witness how rude her staff were and said nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Any other nail salon in Kitchener is better then this place.

I have deleted my old review, to post a new one after speaking with the owner of the store. When I arrived to the store for my very first visit ever, I was not greeted nor was I helped checking in. When I checked in for my 1: 15pm appointment it was roughly 1: 05pm, I waited more then 30 minuets after my scheduled appointment time before being seen. I had wanted a acrylic nail refill, but was severely pressured into getting bio gel after saying no several times, I eventually caved because they would not take no for an answer. The prices were not properly explained to me while I was getting my services, the women doing my nails continued to try to get me to upgrade for anything I had done.

I ended up also getting a pedicure, which was also attempted to upgrade me. During the pedicure my technician was rushing through the service and I was cut considerably bad and bleed for a few minuets before it stopped. The technician did not apologize once and didn't say anything regarding my injury. After everything was finished I ended up having to pay $130, after the 10% cash discount, which is a ridiculous price. I left a 2 start review explaining my experience and was asked to contact the owner regarding my issues.

Immediately after beginning the phone call the owner said that I had gotten said things done + other things I had not gotten done, and pointed out how I was wrong. He said I came in with 3 other people and got _ done.

I acrually came in alone, and corrected him. We then spent several minuets discussing the prices before i gave up trying to talk to him about it.i then explained what had happened to my toe, being cut and was concerned it was infected due to it being extremely painful and red the next day. I was then told my toe was infact not infected because the tools are clean and again I was offered no apology. The owner then offered to give me a 10% discount if i change my review for my next visit, which I would get a 10% discount if I just paid cash? I genuinely would have not written this review had anyone at least attempted an apology for my injury, and lack of communication during my visit, as these things sometimes happen. The cherry on top of everything was the rude owner who clearly doesn't care about the quality of service they are providing to their customers rather than their reviews and profit.

I am extremely sad that my experience went this way as the work done on my hands was amazingly done, however my toenails were sloppy and I could have done better at home, considering I now have an infection. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere unless you want to be gaslight by the owner when trying to discuss issues you may have. As well as there are many other salons in the area with cheaper pricing, with better customer service. I gladly will not be coming back.

The nails are done very well, but don't have ventilation at all. Smells of chemicals so bad even early in the morning. Poor girls work there all day.

I had a great experience and I usually don’t get my cuticles done because of the pain but my service provider was gentle and kind also made sure everything was to my preference

Loved the service and the work they did for me with my bio gel nails. The lady also matched the sample picture i showed her perfectly. Will come again!

New to Waterloo I hadn’t found my go to nail place until I visited this salon. It’s extremely clean, polite and very professional. All the girls are so kind and do an amazing job. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years and they are so thorough. The owner is hilarious and very funny! My new go to place.

This is the first time I have been to this salon. Yasmert did my nails and I am very pleased. I will definitely be back.

I got an acrylic set with shellac polish and 3 broke off the day I got them done and all within one week. While the tech that did my nails was fairly new, it is so unacceptable to even be allowed to practise if your client’s nails are breaking off as soon as they leave the store. I can’t speak on the work of the other technicians and I think the store and service i received upon entering were very pleasant. But, I really cannot look past how awful my results were…. I can’t recommend this place for that reason and if you do come here, please make sure you are getting treated by an experienced technician.

This was my first time going to this location and I absolutely loved it! I was treated so well and Stacey gave me the most beautiful nails I’ve ever had! I definitely will be back and I recommend it to everyone!

Didn’t like my nails, had to go back and get them fixed. Like they was ugly ugly. And I got cut twice by two diff people working on my nails? Like I get that it’s busy but take your time it’s not worth it to hurt someone finger and rush on their nails. Also if you don’t know how to do a set someone shows you just say so. $65 is not cheap. I’m leaving this review cuz I got cut twice 2 times by 2 diff people m fingers sting.at least the one girl apologized when she did.

I’ve been to 3 different nails salons and only nails for you delivered! Danny did my shellac manicure and it’s going on to almost a week now with no chip. My nails still look brand new. Will be coming back for sure.

Nails looked great for 2 days but the half dip/half shellac that I paid $67 for was horrible. I don't believe they're trained for half the services they provide here.

I’ve come to Nails for You for year and the end result is always great however appointments are rarely on time, leading to wait times of over an hour sometimes. Booking in advance doesn’t always mean you’ll have an opening as walk ins are served as well. Give yourself far more time than anticipated because you will be waiting.

I get my nails done there frequently! Lynda does my nails and I get compliments every time they are done. I recommend Lynda to do your nails! She will treat you right and give exactly what you ask for

The ladies who work here are amazing
The management however is absolutely horrible. Several times I witnessed this man insult and ridicule the employees. This is very uncomfortable as a customer to witness. On Saturday, several customers had their appointments canceled, confirmed and rescheduled. Yet, the customers were blamed and spoken down to (although, we could show confirmations on our phones) we were dismissed. So unprofessional and inappropriate!

My go-to nail salon. All the staff are so friendly, I’ve come here to get acrylics many times and have received great service every time! Love this place
