NAILS FOR YOU

Finger has been bleeding for over an hour. She told me to turn a movie on and not pay attention even though I have never gotten my nails done and wanted to know more about the process. There are small microfibers stuck in the nail polish. They blamed the bleeding on my cuticles being damaged but I’ve never done anything to my cuticles. She kept telling me not to tense up my hand but I was doing that because she was really hurting me, but I thought this was just part of the process.

Overall I would never go here again and I want my money back for this horrible service. When I asked for bandages to cover the cuts she ripped a piece of paper towel and gave me that. If you regularly butcher customers at least have first aid on stand by.

Service cost about 70 dollars. Will literally never do that again.

I got my nails done their awhile ago and the person doing my nails constantly made comments about my “baby fingers” and would leave me for a few mins then would come back with a different nail tech.rarely any conversation between us but would talk to co-workers.didn’t put nearly enough glue on my nails to hold them together now my pinky nail is coming off, along with my accual finger nail.

I got my toes done here and very rude to custom and I should walk away. But I like to give them a 2nd chance nope I even ask a question about a colour anything I don’t know they said both of the owner and the other girl. I don’t want anyone else get attitude do nothing wrong. They couldn’t have get one star and they sit on their own the whole time.

Bleeding from 4 of my fingers. The nail tech I had blamed it on me and laughed at me for having “baby skin”. Asked for almond shape and they are all uneven and I got dip powder on top of my natural nails and it’s all lumpy. Would only go back if I had Mimi, she’s the owner and she did a good job the time before this experience. One pic is from right after and the other is from the next day

Absolutely inLOVE with my nails. Mimi has been doing my nails for 6+ years now and I’ll never go anywhere else. She always takes such good care of her clients.

That was okay, but sometimes I feel like being overcharged, but I like eyebrow service they do.

Honestly the owner is amazing been getting my nails done here for a few months good prices and they do such a good job! And I won’t stop going back! I highly recommend!

I like how she does my nails but holy i dont know if i can say that she is a racist. She told me many times to relax my hand which i tried to do and she told me not to look at my nails coz it is making hard for her to do my nails. I tried to talk to her and she doesnt answer im thinking maybe she doesnt understand me or she cant express herself. But then she is nice to Caucasian.
The one that is doing my pedicure is 5 star for me because eventhough she doesnt speak a lot she is really good with customers.

This is by far my favourite nail spot in Kingston. My nails whether they are acrylic, gel, or shellac I am always satisfied. They take their time and ensure that everything is perfect before letting you leave. I will never change shops again!

I visited this salon for the first time today and it was a wonderful experience! Had a nice chat with the gentleman that did my nails. Super attentive, neat & cares about client satisfaction. Prices were on par with other salons. Love how fresh & clean my nails look and feel.

I came here to get an acrylic nail refill + colour. The lady that did my nails did a bad job at painting them. I didn't like the way my nails turned out. Paying $55 for it wasn't worth it. If you come here for a walk-in service, they'll tell you to come back in 30 mins or 1hr.even when there is only one client there. I most definitely won't be coming here again.

Lovely people to work with. I’ve been to several salons in the city and this is the best one I’ve found. Incredibly well educated staff and friendly, relaxing service. Their work is always well done and I don’t ever leave disappointed with my manicures.
