Amazing staff, so kind and accommodating.super impressed with this place?
my nails came out beyond amazing, my tech really worked hard to perfect them.everything was super clean and hygienic, and prices were good too! Definitely the best nail salon i’ve been to in durham region, i would never go elsewhere.

Worst service!
Just had my mani padi done I wish I could be more clear and precise.
Worst service and worst environment I have seen ever.
It’s like they doing you a favour or you just attended a charitable organisation where they are doing charity by doing work.
They are like robots you can say whatever doesn’t matter.
We pay for the service and we should feel welcomed to the place. With their attitude don’t see them flourish.

Tried these guys today and was kind of disappointed in their services took forever, a service that would normally take about an hour took 2 hours and i went in there for dipping powder manicure only for her to tell me that they have very minimal colors and i would have to do dipping shellac, took her forever to take my color off and was dipping my hands in acetone constantly (usually nail salons dip the acetone in cotton wool and wrap your fingers with foils) i was getting anxious during this time and seemed like the technician was getting flustered and was not sure what she was doing, that's when Linh stepped in and finished off. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Too pricey. Not the greatest customer service. I asked a question and they don’t even answer, they just start talking in their language. My nails are not even. They couldn’t even colour correct my nails to the photo reference I had. There’s blotches on my nails. The price I paid today for a refill was $40 when I normally get a fresh set for $45 and that’s for longer nails. This doesn’t make sense. And my refills are short too! I wanted to get a refill and based on how they filed my nails it looks like I still need to get it filled. So patchy!
