Excellent service, technician was very detail orientated and asked me numerous times throughout my fill of gel nails if I was happy with her work.

Been going to this salon for the past year and this has been the best salon I’ve been to! They prep your nails really well and add cuticle oil as well as filing down the underside of your nails when you get a fill. Not to mention, they also massage your hands after your nails are done! My go-to nail tech is Karina. She is AMAZING. She did all of the nails in the photos I’ve attached. She is amazing and pays so much attention to details and her work goes to show it. I’ve had nails done by her that have lasted 6 weeks! Lastly, their prices are super fair. I get medium length, almond nails and I always feel like the amount I pay is super reasonable (if anything, underpriced). Love this salon!

The color choices are quite limited, and the nail art options are standard. I've tried two out of the three technicians, but due to the constraints, I usually opt for basic designs. Unfortunately, I've noticed a decline in quality after about a week, with chipping and fading. The need for repairs during subsequent visits is a recurring issue, something I haven't encountered elsewhere. Additionally, while it's common for technicians to converse in their local language, a friendlier atmosphere would enhance the overall experience.

Poor service, this is my first visit to this nail salon, unfortunately not a good experience. When I came in, the receptionist told me that there was no line up so she let me sit but no one assist me and let me wait for half an hour without any assistance. 3 ladies showed up after me and they assisted right away! I ended up looking for another nail salon. Poor communication with the client. Definitely not recommending to anyone.

The salon is so clean and friendly. I’ve been seeing Sarah for almost 3 years and drive a hour away to see her. She NEVER disappoints me. She’s such an amazing person and does such a good work. She always gives me the best nails! She always give me good advice on what to do with my nails. I love her!

Terrible customer service after paying so much for my simple nails. They tried to tell me they break after two weeks which they do not. $100 nails for simple nails. It was insulting because I've been doing my nails for years. Not to mention the previous girl did my nails lasted more than 4 weeks so it doesn't make sense.

The man at the front desk was belligerent, unknowledgable and extremely uncooperative and very rude. Him trying to write on a piece of paper is an insult to my intelligence and shows he is uneducated and shouldn't be in customer service NOR work in a salon of all places!

He then expected me to pay to have all broken nails removed after I kindly explained what was happening. I was shocked.

Furthermore the girl who RIPPED OFF my nails instead of the proper nail drill caused one bad cut inside the nail and I kept bleeding for a little while. I will not be returning.

Sofia did an awesome job! She was so sweet & her conversations were so entertaining haha:) nails were done beautifully although simple. Only con was the price, the costed 65$. Tad expensive

Nina is very detail oriented, gentle, and has excellent manual dexterity. Sh=e does her best even at the end of a very busy day. Love the leg massage with hot towel, warm rounded black stone. So relaxing.

Had a wonderful experience. The front desk receptionist was very nice and very accommodating as she was able to get me a seat right away even though I came in without an appointment. My nail technician jojo was pleasant, she had a smile throughout the service and really paid very close and extra attention to my nails and ended the session with throughly cleaning my hands of any dust followed with a hot towel and mini hand massage which I did not expect at all since no ever nails for you location has put this much effort. Will definitely be coming back again and asking for jojo.

They left me with damaged nails, my nails started to bleed thou, and the girl was so bad, she started to yell, and the manager he doesn’t know how to talk to the customers, very bad customer service, I DON’T RECOMMEND YOU TO GO TO THAT SALOON

My gosh.the male manager is terrible. I don’t need to explain the situation because no one there will obviously care. He’s doing great despite the bad reviews so he could care less about the negative reviews as long as he’s making the money. Hope he upgrades wearing slippers to a pair of shoes instead though. And learns how to talk. He has no credentials to handle ethical work.
