Walked in, got pedicure and manicure with shellac nail polish. Julie did my nails and she was very good, she took her time to clean my hands and feet and applied the nail polish very carefully.

I have been going here for over 10 years for manicure and pedicure and every month I visit the salon, it’s like coming home. Very welcoming and relaxing. The quality of services has been incredibly consistent and prices remain reasonable. Everyone is very friendly, professional and skilled. I get beautiful bio gel nails and my pedicure is impeccable.

The worse nail salon I have ever been. Did regular manicure and regular nail polish. My color stayed 1 day. It will be better for me to go to shoppers drug mart, buy nail polish and do by myself. For sure will stay longer than one day.

(EDIT: I went back in and Chocolate fixed them free of cost as they saw my review! They look better now, though i wish she did more to fix up my cuticles.)

I went into Nails Nation this weekend for the first time to get a set of acrylics done. I was greeted kindly and since i was early i was told to wait. I ended up waiting for 30 minutes past my appointment time. The ladies working were really sweet and apologized though.

After picking a crystal design, the nail tech forgot to do it and just went ahead just to do a pastel pink on all my nails which was fine with me but a bit disappointing.: ( (She was really nice though!)

! The biggest problem i have is that my cuticles were never pushed back and nothing was trimmed or fixed up before doing the acrylics… i didn’t notice this until i got home and saw that my cuticles looked awful still and the acrylic was all over them. I've heard that leaving acrylic on a cuticle like this can lift the nail quicker, make them fall off sooner, lead to skin problems around the nails and can trap moisture / bacteria!

It’s a day later and i’m regretting the $50 + $10 tip. I thought a simple cuticle cut/clean up would be included with a service like this, especially for $50. I just wish they turned out better - they just look a bit messy.

I am always happy with my nails in this salon. Also the Abu Dhabi mall location, both are always good.

Today I got my nails done. Kelly was so professional, accurate and on point! She was so detailed with the acrylic nails and nails design it’s by far my most favorite one!

I am so excited to have found this gem of a place! From the moment I called and was able to get an appointment same day to when I walked in and was able to start my appointment right on time despite it being very busy I've been impressed. The nail tech who helped me out was the gentleman (I forgot to ask for his name but he was awesome) I went in with my nails all cracking and peeling from a really bad experience at my previous nail salon and he took the time to fix it all up and put a new set on and did a beautiful job with the application and shaping and absolutely killed the nail design I asked for. He paid so much attention to the details through it all! You guys have gained a new regular client for sure

I wish I could give them Zero star. I am writing because of my wife. She went there for face waxing last Friday and she ended up in emergency for 8 hours. They even bothered themselves to accept what they have done to her face and apologized her. Such an embarrassing salon that didnt care to what they have done to their client. They burned my wife’s face. My wife suffered both physically and mentally. I wont recommend to go there as they are completely unprofessional!

Please dont go to this place. They are totally irresponsible in what they are doing. It is only one day before Chrismas eve and see what they happened to my face. I am really sorry gor them and for the management as well.
To add to my review, I was referred to the emergency and have been there for 7 hours! You ruined my day and I am now more persistent to file a complain and sue you!

I’ve been going to nails nation for 4 years now and I have created such wonderful relationships with all the staff. They are all so sweet and very good at what they do. Nails are always done quick and efficiently with care and everyone always plays close attention to the details. I recommend this nail salon to everyone!

Kelly and Team are so welcoming and friendly. They provide great quality customer service. I highly recommend their nail shop.
