This is my very first time getting nails and I love the service and staff! It was an amazing experience

Excitement turned into disappointment after getting a $42 shellac manicure at this nail salon. The initial gleam faded as the polish started peeling off just 4 days later. The experience was pricey, and the short-lived glamour left me feeling let down.

Highly recommend this spot! They are always really kind and do such an exceptional job with shaping your nails.

Great service, very accommodating and the technicians are really good. Prices are somewhat reasonable considering it’s downtown. I asked for a minimalistic nail design and they perfected it

I was able to walk in without an appointment and get my pedicure right away as they weren’t busy. The staff were welcoming and nice. The salon was clean.
The gentleman doing my pedicure provided me with a towel to place on my lap as I was wearing a skirt, however the towel didn’t seem to be freshly washed.
He did a good job with my pedicure and I was very happy with the end result. The leg massage was really good and he was gentle with my feet as I am really ticklish.
When it came time to dry my nails, they had a space with dryers, and shelving with magazines to keep me busy.

I have been to this location twice now and both times have been a really pleasant experience. They are quick and experienced and the prices are super affordable considering it’s location in Toronto. Would recommend calling ahead to book an appointment as they do get busy on the weekends.

My first time visiting and I was very impressed! Booked my appointment online and they took me in as soon as I arrived, even though I was 10 mins early! Fairly spacious and clean! But what I'm most satisfied was the final product! My nail tech was very nice and accomodating, he kept checking in with me every step to make sure I was satisfied with the shape, size, colour etc. The end results are better than I imagined and such clean work! Highly recommend Kevin, and I'll definitely be back!

Walked in for a pedicure at 7: 15 and was accepted. They close at 8: 30. Natalie was very thorough with her job and unlike a lot of competitors who give you an express pedicure for a regular pedicure service, she left no stone unturned.
I sat down to dry my nails at 8: 15 and was never rushed to leave. They even helped to apply oil and stayed behind more than 10 mins after closing. I will be back. Thank you for the exceptional set of.

They used to do eyelashes great but it's no good anymore they have someone else now i had to get them removed the pain afterwards i was trying to keep them on but i couldn't in less then a weeks time i couldn't bare it anymore i lost so many of my natural eyelashes that i looked like i had none left anymore when getting them done it was so painful never experienced something like that before any were the glue didn't smell good an it wont last as long as they are supposed to its horrible.there nails are no good I got a man who works there they changed the price once my nails were done charged me way more from the price they gave me over the phone an my nails came out so bad I showed how I wanted it an it came out completely opposite also gave me a deep cut an
not a clean place.

Incredibly meticulous service. Manicures, pedicures, shellac or acrylic, have never been disappointed. They also do fantastic intricate designs. An under rated place for sure.

It’s been 3 weeks and my nails are still beautiful and I get compliments on them all the time. I had acrylic done, and it was a great job shaping my nails. Thank you!

I Live Downtown Toronto, i have been to multiple places to get my eyelash extensions but this place made me feel very comfortable, i am so happy the way they do my extensions, Its a very warm welcoming place and they also do a great job, i get my extensions done by Shiirley she is amazing at her work, i would recommend this place, give it a try give them a chance to serve you, you will be their happy customer forever. Every time I go to Nails Queen I leave with perfect nails. Most recently, I walked in around 7: 45 pm on a weekday (they close at 8: 30). Jason spent almost 2 hours making sure my nails looked perfect - he even stayed 45 mins past close instead of rushing through my nails to close shop right at 8: 30. The service is great, and the quality of work is amazing. My nails last me so long when I get them done here!

Kevin did a great job on my ombre nails. The staff is courteous, easy to communicate with and they clearly know what they are doing. Would recommend.

Amazing experience, they did a great job! My nails look exactly like the reference photo and they were constantly checking in on me making sure I was happy with the paint or the shape or the design.

She cut my pinky finger and baby toe. Literally was bleeding, it was awful. She even took a phone call during the appointment and was rough the whole time. It was the night before my vacation otherwise I would have left within the first 5 mins. I associate this place with sanitizer on my cut. Also this was a month ago and my toe is still recovering. I might have to learn to do my own pedicure now bc I’m so traumatized.

Don’t get my nails done often, I go here for the reason price and distance from my apartment.
Never been disappointed and the staff are friendly, I’ve started bringing my roomie:)

Mediocre service, mediocre result.
Probably one of the fastest full service manicure I've had, she finished everything in about 20 mins - minimal massaging or hand care process. Nail shaping wasn't great, technician lacked attention to detail and barely communicated with me on anything. Everything just seemed very rushed.

Update: thanks for your response, good to know that you care for your customers! If you checked the cameras, you'll also see that my sister was with me and she was serviced by a male technician on the table at the end. He had his earbuds in the whole time chatting to someone, he was very rough (as I saw that she was bleeding) and did no massaging at the end.he even left midway through the session to wonder around into the side door.

Very fast and professional! My advice would be to always book first as this place does a great business. Also, this place is very clean as well as comfortable and I would recommend anyone to come here!

This place is a perfect example of money gouging. Never go here. I came in for a full set of acrylic nails. And the lady said it starts at $50. For the nail tips it’s an extra $10. And then I have to get shellac because I wanted a French tip on some nails and full colour on other nails.apparently they cannot do French tip with standard polish. So then I asked can I just have my nails fully painted one colour and they said no sorry we can’t do this for you.
So then I asked what can I get done with standard nail polish and they said sorry nothing we don’t want your business leave please.
So I was pretty much kicked out because I was asking what I could do with my nails without shellac…… I do not want shellac, and they said you HAVE to have shellac on acrylic nails. I’ve never heard of this before. I’ve never experienced such rude customer service in my entire life. As soon as I questioned the additional costs, and specified I don’t want extra long nails I just want a standard set of acrylic nails painted pink…… I don’t understand why I have to get shellac…. And why you’re charging me for nail tips on top of the acrylic set. And then she just told me “OK Leave we don’t want your buisness”
I was left completely baffled and confused. I’m actually in tears because of how overwhelmed I am at sea experience. Like I’m so confused at what just happened. I just wanted to get my nails done. And I pretty much got yelled at telling me it was impossible unless I get shellac and pay this much and then got kicked out what I said that’s not what I wanted. This is literally the worst place ever

This salon is a rip off. I’m so indifferent between the work they do. Don’t get me wrong half of the nail techs here will give you an decent job. But my god are they RUDE, then there will be a surprise of like an additional $80 on top of your already $120 nail set. My friend warned me about the money gouging here but I was expecting maybe an extra $10-$15 for extra design and stickers the standard procedure. But no these people will RIP YOU OFF, and yell at you until you pay all the additional unknown fees. You have to know your pricing before you go in there. And then when you try to ask questions about any additional pricing, you might be kicked out and denied service. IF YOU GO HERE PAY BEFORE YOU START OR THEY WONT LET YOU LEAVE
