Since my last review, I have also done the hair treatment and I am very happy with my results’. I highly recommend this treatment, as well!

I have used the cryotherapy services for the removal of skin tags and am very happy with the results. The process and expectations were explained before and during the treatment.

Anu has great knowledge! I was struggling with acne when I first went to her. Within a few sessions my skin cleared up!

Anu was amazing! This was my first visit for Ultra OxyGeneo facila and Tripollar Eyebrow lift and I felt so much better after my session. She is knowledgeable and I really liked how clearly she explained the process. She answered all my questions and I am surprised to see the difference after my session. It was great and I'll definitely return. Highly recommended

I had a really great experience. The space is comfortable and feels safe and very clean.
My facial treatment felt and looked great. I could see a noticeable difference especially on my droopy side (eyebrow lift).
I would recommend the treatment and the owner to anyone who is thinking about some self care services.

Anu était super professionnel, elle m'a en confidence très rapidement, j'ai aimé qu'elle prenne le temps de m'expliquer ce que le traitement fait en détails. Je n'ai rien a dire ne négatif.
Anu was very professional, she made me feel in good hands very fast, i liked that she took the time to explain to me what the traitement was going to do, i have nothing bad to say.

I visited Anu for the first time and loved my experience with her. Highly knowledge and sincere. Loved the Oxygeno facial and eyelift. Lovely spa room. Very relaxing. Highly recommended her to anyone!

I had the pleasure of recently meeting Anu and experiencing the OxyGeneo facial with eye brow lift. The facility is clean, welcoming and very relaxing. Anu is very professional and knowledgeable. She is passionate about her work and helping others to look and feel their best. Highly recommend Nakota Spa and I will definitely be taking advantage of other services offered.

The moment I enter Nakota Spa and meet Anu I felt at ease, the ambiance is so calm and tranquil that you immediately feel so relaxed n love the place. Spotlessly clean with chic choice of decor.
I've had many facials in my life but non with the results like this one. My face feels refreshed.and I saw immediate difference in my skin.
The high quality of products and equipement use are fantastic. Your face will feels so heavenly. Ispecially appreciated that every step of the process was explained to me sonI understood what the procedures were about as it was my first time doing Oxygeneo 3 in one super facial.
Take out time off U're busy schedule for a simple one hour coz the experience and service that u receive at Nakota Spa makes u feel rejuvenated and it is phenomenally exceptional.
I would highly recommend Anu for a perfect facial.

My first visit to Nakota Spa 2 years ago was very satisfactory. I have some facial blemishes since my early adult years and have been going to quite a few places to have these addressed and cleared. My visit to Nakota Spa was a wonderful experience with Anu explaining what was required to be done to improve my skin tone. I could see an improvement after 1 week from the initial treatment that I had. I do visit Anu at Nakota Spa every few months for other treatments offered and for skin rejuvenation. My friends do say that I look 10 years younger and I have recommended them to have a consultation with Anu and seek the results for themselves.

Note: I'm a busy mother of an infant and a toddler and rarely have the free time to write reviews but it would be remiss of me to not impart to anyone considering skin tag treatment in this spa to save yourself time and money by getting it done in a proper medical clinic.
I contacted this place after a skin clinic in Nepean recommended them to me to remove my one skin tag. I had another skin tag removed last year in skin clinic run by my family doctor located in Manitock and had a very positive experience from that treatment because the result from the procedure - which involved freezing, cutting and coagulating - was pleasing, permanent and immediate (and therefore good value for the $80 I paid and the travel time it entailed) but this time I wanted to seek treatment from a closer and more convenient location, and that led to treatment at the Nakota spa based on the aforementioned recommendation.
The residential location of Nakota - given what I was wanting to have done - came a little unexpected to me given my previous experience with skin tag removal involved an actual medical doctor performing the treatment in a doctor's office with staff. Anyway, I paid my $95 and Anu sprayed my skin tag with some sort of solution that I believe, along with many other commercially available skin tag sprays, have been shown to have some credible effectiveness for this application but they take time to work and, may not always be - at least in my case - completely successful. For me, I didn't have the satisfaction of an immediately successful result, and it cost me more than my previous adventure in this, and moreover I was told I might need to return and pay an additional $95 for another treatment. When I balked at the impending additional cost, the shock on my face must have been visibly obvious because she then told me any additional treatment would be free. It would still mean I would have to make arrangements to return and I really didn't want to.
It took more than two weeks for a part of the burned dried skin (the part she sprayed) to fall from my skin tag leaving a significant part of it remaining, visibly obvious and in need of further treatment. I did not want to go for a second or possibly third treatment, given the uncertain outcome and possible additional costs when, in hindsight, the much better option was to have it surgically removed once and for all and that is what I will probably opt for to finally be rid of it, given the prospect of reasonable success.
Anu made point of telling me that it is important for her costumers to feel happy with the treatment. I don't doubt her sincerity but that's a tall order here given that the treatment didn't conform to my expectations from the beginning and hasn't, as yet, really been delivered. I sent a reply to her asking for a refund (which would probably be the only way I could be mollified at this point) but haven't received a response.
She was certainly very pleasant and friendly but for what I needed it was not suitable. I would advise anyone seeking to have a skin tag removed to pay approximately the same amount of money and have a doctor refer you to a clinic to have it surgically removed in a single treatment.
