Thank you for making the fried crab leg. I feel the pho soup can be a bit more seasoned, but it's still very good! Surprisingly decent Pad Thai tho!

I was very satisfied with the food and service. In particular, the smoked meat are smoked better than most smoked meat restaurants. Their bun cha and Wings are to died for. It is now a ritual to come here 3-4 times a week since portion is huge and price is reasonable

Got the pho special. The broth was very good. You can actually taste the love that was put into it. Serving is good. Service was on point. Will be back. 10/10

If you are familiar with pho broth, you will know that Nam possesses the city's clearest and cleanest beef broth. Making it clear and clean with a meaty but delicate flavour is really difficult. Every two years, I travel to Vietnam, and I can state without a doubt that if they were to opened up in Vietnam, they would be among the best pho restaurants there. The quality and flavour were praised by every Vietnamese I know who tried them. Just a shame they aren't in North York where all the Vietnamese would be better familiar with Nam. Very proud to discover another Vietnamese pho restaurant in Richmond Hill. The space is quite small, so it's a bit cramped to walk around. The shop is in the style of minimalism, with little decoration, very clean, from dishes, tables to toilets.
I see that the manager and waiter are very enthusiastic, quick, running around the tables to meet everyone's needs.
I ordered the special pho with smoked meat, fried chicken wings, and filter cake. The restaurant is very tasty, full and creative. When I came back, the shop suddenly added a jar of garlic vinegar because my mother said she likes to eat garlic vinegar. Thank you for giving guests a good experience.

Ordered 1 pho, 1 bun cha, 1 spring roll and dry chicken wings.
Overall, all ok tasty but ask for utensils if you want to take out as they did not include ANY utensils even I requested on the app, I was not home, no chopsticks, how can you eat? No good.

2023 August 20th Update: Service greatly improved from last time, cleanliness, food improved. They renovated and made the place a lot cleaner looking. I saw server's would wash the cap of the sauces which is great. Definitely, recommend visiting again.

Been craving for Viet authentic food but it's hard to find one in Richmond Hill. First time in Nam and YOU have to go! It’s the cutest little spot with amazing food. The food is to die for. IT WAS FIRE! The service we received was good, they made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. And we will definitely be back again.

The pho is nothing special. Might come back to try other things. But I've had better pho. I ordered the dollar upgrade for "spicy" but I feel like they didn't add anything. The other soups looked and tasted better. If you are coming here, don't get the pho. The shrimp and pork dumplings on the apps section of the menu is bad, don't get it. Doesn't taste like anything.

Finally there's a authentic vietnamese food in the area. Totally recommend peoples who seek authentic vietnamese food to try this place out.

Visited on a Thursday night as a group of 2. I'm a huge fan of the Nam location at Kennedy and Hwy 7. Maybe I had high expectations, but I didn't find this location as good. The portions are smaller and service was just ok. There is also no patio here, so you have to eat inside.

Love the food! The service is amazing, everyone is friendly and quick, I strongly recommend the place.

Ordered take out chicken rice with egg. Waited 30 minutes and they got my order wrong with no egg. On top of that, they did not include any utensils. Nam 2 does a better job than them.

Shrimp rolls were okay except one small portionn at the end of one of the rice paper was dry and hard I thought it was a piece of plastic just had to spit it out all fine, I like the dipping sauce nice flavor to it. The grilled chicken and pork was good but the broken rice was too hard I think softer would be more enjoyable.

Exceptional value and amazing quality Vietnamese food. The pho and Bahn mi were so tasty! The pricing is good and the flavours are amazing.

The appetizers I found a bit overpriced and the spring rolls that came in my Vietnamese salad bowl were quite tiny. But other than that food tasted great and the shrimp chips we got were yummy as well.

Very disappointed! The quality and portion of the food aren't as good as before and the poor service from the waiter in the casher. Never goo back for sure

I've got nothing to lose as there are plenty of great Vietnamese places not just in York region, but all of the GTA to choose from.

Happened to have found it snd decided to try it out with my family. It was delicious and we would definitely go back for more.

Ordered pho take out with chicken. It was horrible. Cheapest parts of chicken mostly not even for eating. Noodles chewy. Broth was only ok. Also was some eggs inside which wasn't listed on a menu. I have been eating pho my whole life and never had no eggs inside. Horrible!
And no sir it did not say nothing about no eggs. I can read English. Its not a competition who ate more pho. Its the matter of consistency. But ok no worries

WE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE SO WE LEFT THIS NEGATIVE REVIEW HERE. Period. No right or wrong, but we did not enjoy ourselves.

We were being cut in line because their "call to seat" system is not working at all, no blame on other people, but it is the restaurant's fault.idk why owner is so mad at us for pointing out their mistakes and accusing us as the one who "making our own experience bad".

This’s the worst service restaurant that I have been seen. Very bad experience. We have been waiting for a table and leave the contact information. The waitress told us they will call us when they have a table. But someone later coming than us directly sit in the table. We came inside the restaurant and the waitress told us to share the table with the one coming after us. We felt very comfortable and angry. Why they don’t call us when they have a table? Why someone coming after us can sit before us. (Both they and us are group of 2) ? We drove for 1 hour to eat and had been waiting for 15mins. I wondering if I did not wait outside the door. Will they call us eventually?

My question are
-Why we sit after someone just came in?
-Why do not give us call? You said you will call us.
-Why ignore me when I ask those questions with the waitress.
BTW, I am willing and happy to share the table with others!

First of all, I never went to Yelp to post review of your business, My boyfriend did please stop accusing us for not willing to share table. Like I said, I personally did not mind share a table (maybe that is not the case for my bf, idk). The thing get both of us mad is we came in first and left our number on the board and we wait outside for you guys to call when table is available. But you never call or went out side to ask us to come in even when there is a table available.
You accommodate other two people who came later then us first than ask us to share with them. That is not ok. If we were the party who seat first and you ask us to share. That will be no problem at all.

The real focus should be why we come first and have a seat after people who came after us. Period.
And you never called us or inform us in any mean that table is ready. If you won’t follow the calling to seat process, why ask us to leave name and number at first place? Again, very disappointed
