Recently, I bought a property on the mountain on the Bench in Grimsby. Prior to that, Andrew took me on a tour of properties in Niagara based on a "wish list" of features I was looking for. If you are looking to buy or sell in Oakville then you need to speak with Nancy and Andrew. Communication is key and Nancy and Andrew are always quick to respond to my messages. No one knows Oakville better than Nancy. They are professional and trustworthy and approachable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

We can’t speak highly enough of Andrew’s role in both selling our condo and purchasing our new house. He was highly recommended to us by friends and family so we decided to get in touch. He offered helpful suggestions on small things that we could do to make the condo as presentable as possible for the listing and viewings. The attention to detail that was given to our listing was fantastic, going so far as to send a professional photographer who was very thorough and someone to take measurements and produce a floor plan despite the small space (550 sq ft). We had an honest discussion regarding the value of our condo and agreed on a fair but competitive price. Within 24 hours of listing we had received multiple offers and accepted an offer at just over asking.

Andrew’s patience and guidance throughout the purchasing process was also especially appreciated. We viewed dozens of homes over the course of a month and made numerous trips to Hamilton in our search, including a couple of revisits to the same houses for an additional look. Ultimately the house that we settled on was found and recommended by Andrew, and was in a neighbourhood that we originally hadn’t been considering but that ended up being perfect for us. We purchased our house at a price that was meaningfully below asking.

The entire process felt very relaxed and natural, and we want to thank everyone at Robertson & Kadwell for their outstanding service and for making us feel comfortable and well taken care of during what could have been a very stressful experience. We have no doubt that they will be our first stop if we ever undertake a sale or purchase again.
