My first experience ever for cutting but Aman made it so good for me. She’s so cooperative and talented. Surely made me obsessed with the place to come again n again.

I have been coming here for months now and I am so happy to have found this gem in KWC. They are so beyond accommodating, so clean, and the overall environment is so welcoming. The prices are very reasonable for the quality you are receiving in their services. The staff & owners make the experience so personable and uplift you no matter how you’re feeling. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Try them, you will not regret it!

I once travelled from Kitchener to Waterloo for laser hair removal, and the lady Nandi was running late. I didn’t mind waiting for her, and when she finally arrived, it was 15 minutes after the scheduled time. She performed my first laser treatment from my chin and cheeks, and they charged me $90 for it because it was my first and I had no idea what to expect. And the second time I attended, I was coming from Kitchener and was just 5 to 8 minutes late. At that point, she kept contacting me and acting rudely, but I chose to ignore her. The third time I went to get a laser with my sister, and she was quite dissatisfied to be in this salon for the first time because the girl doesn't have any certificate for laser and doing without having one, and I was paying $90, but the third time she and her mother said today you have to give $100 due to it's with tax now even though knowing that I pay with cash. Everyone knows that if you pay with cash in salon they never charge extra $10 for tax. I observed how she performed a laser procedure on my sister; she applied gel to one cheek and then utilised same gel on the other cheek. I was shocked by what I saw. The fact that they switched their mind from charging from $90 to $100 disappointed me. I won't suggest someone for a laser because they are so expensive plus no laser certificate, and right now I'm having my laser done by a certified specialist for less than $90. Please always take good care of your skin before having laser treatment on it.

Love going here. Never been disappointed. Been coming here for over 16 years. Punam did my eyebrow threading and it always looks amazing. Rhythm did my facial and it was wonderful. So relaxing with a back massage after. Skin looked and felt great! Thank you guys for being Awesome!

The salon provides good service. I have did facials from there and it was the best experience. I would recommend it to others it was worth one visit.

I got laser treatment done from Nandani. Initially I was very skeptical if I should do it, or if it would actually work for me.
After having gotten the treatment done, I have been surprised and amazed at the results.
They really make you feel very comfortable with the whole process. Clean, tidy and comfortable place.
I am summer ready, with no hassles of continued hair removal procedures. My skin is loving the treatment. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier.

I would advise not going to her because she would charge you 90 bucks for an amateurish haircut and threading.other than that, advice. I don't suggest her to anyone, despite the fact that I live nearby. She boasted that she was known as the "eyebrow queen, " yet she lacked manners and constantly spoke another language.stayaway from her service.

Facials - the Herbal facial and bleach, the weather can be so harsh on your skin, but this facial made me glow immediately. I am so glad I tried, the price was also great. The esthetician who did my facial is Rhythm. She was fun loving and take good care of my skin.

I had a wonderful experience here, they performed hair smoothening on my hair, and results didn’t come out perfect due to my already damaged hair, So they offered me free keratin treatment. They value customers and their money.

I have been coming here for my eyebrows threading and tinting and the service is amazing, I have also been to the other location in breslau for eyebro3ns and nails, wonderful service, I always recommend ir for family and friends

Booked two appointments for myself and another person. We arrived on time and were kept waiting as we watched those who came in after us receive service and leave (presumably her "preferred" clients). In addition, we were scolded about why we hadn't been there in a long time and that we should've come to help her business.nevermind that there has been an ongoing pandemic for the past nearly 2 years, and not many of us care to spend money on eyebrows during this time. She also chattered constantly on the phone in her native language while working, which was also disrespectful. Our treatment upon our recent visit isn't very encouraging for us to return again, so perhaps she can rely on her "preferred" clients to support her business until the end of time.

The waxing was really painful and the lady who did it to me was not clean. The wax was all over me and too expensive for the service they provide. It’s a hard no for recommending

Visited here for waxing, threading, and cleanup. It was a pleasant visit and a wonderful customer service. Owner is also a nice person and makes you feel comfortable. Kamal also did a great job with her services. She was also very sweet and professional, and made sure everything is done perfectly within my comfort zone.

Super fast and efficient service from kamal, She did a very great wax and added in a massage, I loved the finished service and I will be back for her specifically. 10/10 star

Always charge different price every time.last time I paid $45 for getting haircut and beard.
Started from $35 on my first visit went to $45 which is my last time. Every time they do increase $5 on every visit even if you are regular client.

I’ve been going to Nandani to get laser on my legs, arms, stomach and upper lip and at first I was very skeptical on if it would work and was worried about the pain level, but I saw great results after only a few sessions and now my hair growth is much sparser, also the machine they use has a cooling top so it doesn’t feel too uncomfortable or too hot. I was also made to feel very comfortable so it was not like I was dreading going to my laser appointments. I highly recommend getting laser done at Nandani’s.

Poonam is indeed the eyebrow queen! I have tried so many other threading/waxing salons and every single time I was disappointed. They always butchered them and made them way too thin and uneven. Poonam is the only aesthetician that is able to provide an awesome shape without taking too much hair. She is very warm and remembered my face after returning to her after years. (moved away to Guelph and Toronto). She is definitely the best in the K-W region.

Honestly the best salon I’ve been to in the area. Such friendly customer service and they made sure to satisfy everything I asked for. My eyebrows are always perfect when I leave there and very reasonable prices. I can always trust them to do a good job. I only go to this salon now!

This was my fourth time here! No doubt my first 3 visits were really good!
Although somehow the last one I had to get my hands waxed and eyebrows done, while waxing my hands they didn’t care to check if it’s too hot or not, no customer service at all. They were just doing it for the sake of doing it.
Eyebrows very sloppy job, I told her to fix it but it just looked the same. And I get it you must have had a long day but then decline the service don’t do a sloppy job when it comes to someone’s face.

Really disappointed and also very while paying they will do they small talk and be nice so we don’t feel the discomfort! But that’s totally wrong.

So pricy! But not worth the service at all…
