Typical Nando’s but chicken was a bit dry and floors were sticky. But overall food was good!

I ordered over the phone when came here they told me you order Over the phone you can't eat dining only at this location

I ordered the jumbo combo or platter.it was delicious as usual. And all gluten-free for celiac, fries and mash too. They gave me an extra side bc my daughter couldn't eat the garlic bread (celiac disease)

In conclusion, Nandos Peri-Peri offers an incredible dining experience. The chicken is mouthwatering, the atmosphere is vibrant and cheerful, and the service is top-notch. While the sides may not be extraordinary, they certainly don't detract from the overall enjoyment of the meal. I highly recommend Nandos Peri-Peri for anyone looking to enjoy fantastic chicken in a bright and lively setting.

Tried first time space for sitting is good. Chicken is well cooked. Bread is ok not like heart land's location. Will recommend to visit and try.

Everything is great except price, there are some other options in town of flame cooked chicken peri peri style with same flavor but lesser price.

I am giving 3 stars because when I ordered through door dash I got a bigger portion of mashed potatoes and also got what I ordered; 1/4 chicken breast AND Wing. I ordered online the website and a wing is missing and I only received half of the mashed potato portion. Maybe the Sunday evening staff is different that the Monday Lunch staff. Other than that the food is delicious.

Great food and wonderful service. You experience a bit of South African and an affordable price.

First time at Nando's yesterday and the food was garbage. Very little chicken in the wrap, so cheap for the cost. $15 wasted! Never again. BEWARE!

Food is ok
I'd probably stick with the regular menu items (like the chicken dinners) as opposed to getting the sandwich or bowl options. A little pricey for the desserts as well.
Also, they didn't have some ingredients (no whip cream for the overpriced dessert, and no avocado for their newly advertised bowls)
Overall, just meh!

First time to a Nandos and it was pretty good. The place is nice and clean they have been at that location I think for around 6 years. I liked the food but the Chicken Ceasar tasted like it had Honey Mustard instead of ceasar dressing. Good spice to the food as well. The server was friendly and the place had a good vibe. The order took a bit longer than estimated but it was worth the wait. Thanks.

This location used to be one of the best. It's very unfortunate to see a decline in quality and customer service at this location. My last few experiences at this location got from bad to worse. I ordered pick up a double leg+2 sides - medium. The chicken leg was uncooked and tasted raw. We had to throw away half of each piece because it was downright raw! Also, not sure what changed but normally, Nandos grill the chicken with the chosen flavour sauce, in this case, the chicken tasted like it was grilled plain, and then the medium sauce was given on the side. Very unusual based on the numerous times I've been to Nandos.

One of my previous experiences pre-covid at this same location, was on an order of chicken wings. We ordered 5 chicken wings, when it was served, it was 4 wings and the 5th was half a wing. Called the manager to show her, and got a response that 'these wings come to us from the factory as 1 wing, so it counts as 1 wing, because that's what the factory says', when it was clearly half a wing - regrettable customer service, we got no replacement and was left with 4.5 wings to eat instead of 5. No such thing as quality control, so if the factory tells them the sky is pink, it sounds like that's what they will believe 'because the factory said so' and they clearly don't use their brains and senses.

Decided to give them another chance last weekend only to get to eat raw chicken. I wonder how this location passed the health and safety standards. Never going back again. Nandos used to be my favourite, but these experiences are making me question this franchise.

Very bad customer service. Despite having Jansen and Jansen fully vaccinated I was NOT allowed to dine-in today at their restaurant as THEY claimed that it’s Not Ontario approved vaccine. We even showed the Ontario government website which claims that JnJ is an approved vaccine. We recently migrated from United States and Canada let us enter based on the vaccination proof we showed at the border. We have visited several restaurant based on this vaccination proof and we were never told that this JnJ vaccine is NOT a government approved one.

Awesome place to eat! The management was great and excellent customer service. The manager named Polina takes good care of me and served us as fast as possible.

Got take out the other day and the chicken is perfectly cooked and moist. I wasn’t a big fan of the rice but the peri peri fries are yummy

Took another takeout. Only reason I'm changing from 4 to 3 star is because they cheated us with fries. Legit gave 15 fries when we got the classic platter.

Refreshed my memories of amazing days in Johannesburg. Food was amazing. I missed the soft Portuguese rolls, i donno why they were taken off the menu. Service was little slow but taste overshadowed it. Will surely visit again.

This location is big and good seaings but paying in advance did not mke it like classy it feel like ur in some small shop.

Disrespectful service to those customers coming for dine in, staff is uneducated about covid vaccine ID info. Without any training the lady is left by the door (it’s the lady whose is on the heavier side)

Portions are pretty large and the price is good. Place is clean and atmosphere decent. There is social distance from other tables and you have to present a vaccination card for covid 19 to dine in.

No doubt they have no knowledge about checking for covid id. I agree with other reviews m. They are so slow by the door and don’t know what they are checking. The lady asked me about my passport like who the hell walks around with their passport. They have no idea how to deal with different situations regarding this covid checking. Had my ID on my phone they wouldn’t except it. How does the ID on my phone and in my hand makes any difference. It’s not like I drew my ID myself on my phone.

We were a big group of 10 with 3 kids. With some there and some still arriving. The staff were absolutely amazing and so helpful in bringing us the 10,000 extra things we kept needing. They also were very accommodating of other things we needed. It was great, thanks again!

1/5 due to bad food quality and portion size. I ordered half chicken with 2 regular sides. It's a shame what I got from Nandos. Cold smelly rice with 2 tablespoon of garlic mashed potatoes.
I'd highly recommend to go to Sizzlo'z Flame Grill Missisuaga for better #halal grilled chicken and best food quality and portion sizes.
I don't think so Nando's half chicken is really half, because if it is then they are probably slaughtering some alien species taste like chicken but looks like
I hardly find chicken meat on one piece of grilled chicken, the other piece was ok but together it can never count as half chicken. Are they given 1 leg in 1/4 chicken?
Customer service is 5/5 though

Went back to show manager Paulina what they gave me (you can see what kind of avocado is this) in chicken bowl I was shocked when she said it is my fault to get this bad avocado in chicken what? Is she blind? She gave exactly same price chicken sandwich as replacement nothing less nothing more but additional complimentary shocking reply that it’s my fault to get rotten, moldy and disgusting avocado? Is she a normal human being i bought the food from nandos they gave the food and Paulina said it’s my fault they gave me bad food. Just for the record, this isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. I was also served rotten and moldy avocado before as well and also almost black rotting lettuce. You had requested the date and time of this incident, it was on November 1 @ around 6: 10 pm (this was when I came back to change the rotten food I was served) and I was literally awe struck when Pauline said to me “You always have a problem with the food, ” which was truly shocking to hear as I had brought back the whole bowl for her to have a look at and even after seeing the rotten/black/moulded avocado she still for some reasons that I still cannot fathom had said that it always happens with me. How this is my fault, I am still wondering. There was also another employee of Nandos who witnessed the whole unfortunate incident, which I am sure u will be able to see on the cameras.

Out of 4 washrooms. 2 doesn't work, the other two were in miserable conditions.
No hand sanitizer anywhere for customer use, neither at entry nor exit.
One of the waitresses came to clean the table on our side, simply cleaned the top, throwing all the food particles on the floor and ignoring it.
Disappointing service,

Very poor and slow service.
Difficult to understand the lady at the counter.
Messy tables and dirty washrooms.
The mashed peas are disgusting but the brussel sprouts were not bad and the lemon herb chicken was very juicy and tasty.

Very nice and clean place with amazing service specially Kiran she is the supervisor and she is amazing, very kind, and helpful. We will definitely come back! Thank you again Kiran

Every year I do my daughters birthday party with family. Very clean, organized awesome customer service. Keep up the good work. I highly recommend this location on Dixie in Mississauga.

I've visited numerous Nando's locations across the world and this is by far the worst location. We were seated beside a table with half eaten chicken bones that was not cleared during the course of our entire visit. The store was not extremely busy so the waitresses had more than enough time to clear the table beside us. We asked for water to be served with our order and this was never brought to our table. I went to the cutlery station and noticed that they had plenty of forks but no knives. I flagged down a waitress and asked for a knife and she said that she would bring it to our table. This never happened so ten minutes later I walked back to the cutlery station and luckily more knives were replenished at that point. The decor of the restaurant was nice, and kudos to the management to have implemented more efficient non-gendered washrooms but they were disgustingly dirty. Every stall had toilet paper soaked in urine around the toilet seats, and there were puddles of urine everywhere. My wife also found a hair in her fries, and I noticed that the cook was not wearing a hairnet. I honestly think that the city health inspector should visit the kitchen one more time to see if there are any food violations occurring at this location. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Galito's located across the street. Similar food, and much better service.

Favourite place for peri peri chicken! Absolutely cooked to perfection and the best flame grilled taste. Great experience with takeout during the pandemic and before that dining in at this location was amazing too. Lots of seating area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to dine in here once things reopen.

Nando's is always a great choice for me. Non processed chicken. Grilled with amazing seasonings.

A couple new veg options. Mushroom Halumi Sandwich is a winner for the Vegetarian in your life.

If you havent tried Nandos its time you give it a go.

Dixie locations says 15mins they mean 10. Always efficient in this and my past experiences and no issues with mix up of orders etc. That says lots for the team and working under pressure in busy moments on evening rush.

Feels like it's hit and miss with this Nando's location when it comes to portion sizes. The quality of the items is fairly consistent and fresh, but the portion sizes seem to vary every time I visit. I most recently ordered the peri peri chicken bowl and kind of felt like there was way too much rice compared to salad, chicken, and what seemed like a smear of humus. The previous time I ordered this I was satisfied with the serving size which was larger. While I like the new bowl options, I think for the price (approximately $15 after tax) I would expect a little bit more in the serving, rather than mostly rice. I would still recommend it and try the location again though.

HORRIBLE.we ordered delivery thru Uber eats the familia bundle that says feeds 4. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH. COMPLETE RIP OFF.they charged us 62$ for a small container of rice that doesn't feed 2 and small container of fries that doesn't feed 2.like seriously? It's a single portion you gave us. I hope it goes under because this is a complete robbery. NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM YOU

I don’t understand why we should support you during pandemic when you don’t care to provide quality food to the customers. Are your employees not trained to prepare food the way it’s supposed to be? When we called them to give feedback, they offered us coupons. Cheap Nandos! This is not the first time it happened, they never take their customers complaint seriously.

I told the staff how much I love the hot sauce and to please include a lot of it.they went nuts! I was so thrilled. I couldn’t help but giggle at how many ramekins they packed for two people! 18 to be exact. I loved every drop of it!

Best chicken in Ontariooooo maybe they should work on well done chicken without burning it otherwise nothing bad to say clean washroom, nice staff, never wrong orders from them sometime they are busy the 15min wait turn into 30min but it’s understandable

Food portion was a bit underwhelming for the price paid, but overall good. The lemon and herb sauce for the chicken was a bit too sour for me but fries were good. Very friendly and great customer service from the cashier with blue hair.

We usually goto this branch of nandos and would recommend it. Nice ambiance and food, service could be better.

Would have given 5 but sometimes staff does not understand the meaning of well done, several times we have had to send the chicken back to be more cooked / charred - otherwise food is delicious

I used to frequent this Nando’s quite often, the staff is very nice and the food is good. I went to order lunch takeout for myself and 3 colleagues. I finally made it up to the counter after waiting in line for 15 minutes and they said they were out of dark meat! (Sorry, are you not a chicken place?) They said it would be 45 mins - an hour wait. So I decided to go somewhere else, after announcing to the rest of the line they were out of dark meat. Most people joined me in going somewhere else. Not impressed!

First Time Visiting Nando’s was greeted an seated as soon as we walked in was explained everything on the menu an pointed out best sellers by the time we paid an picked out our drinks the food was on the table waiting for us. Shannel kept checking up on our table to make sure everything was ok even though it was so busy she still kept managing to walk over to our table an ask if we needed anything else before we left. Thank you Shannel for going above and beyond an giving us unforgettable experience.

Very good customer service and very good food! They are a chicken restaurant but they also have great vegetarian options. I got the mushroom sandwich and a side of corn on the cob! My fiance and sister loved the chicken! All of the sauce options are very good as well!

The servers were friendly and nice. The restaurant could be cleaner though! The food was tasty and not oily at all, but it was served somewhat cold as it takes too long to deliver it to our table. The salad was not fresh at all.

Today I went to Nando's for the first time and it was an amazing experience from start to finish Thanks to Shannel from the time we walked in she was very patient an explained each an everything on the menu helped us order served us our meal an still kept attending us even though it was so busy to see if we were ok an liked the food introduced us to some next level mayo which was amazing she helped us pick out the best meal on the menu an just delivered top notch customer service Thank you Shannel for making our experience a memorable one appreciate it.

Literally end up here at least twice a week with colleagues. Wonderful service. The manager is super nicer along with the entire staff. They eventually got to recognize our face (we work in an office close by) and they're always friendly! Wouldn't definitely recommend. The restaurant itself is super clean and love the layout.

Very good service and the food of nandos is juicy and soft as usual. The customer service was really good and the food came in at no time. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Specious and hospitality was well above the mark. Food tastes was excellent, its a south African style food, taste different but loved it.

Close to blue lagoon. I've only driven people there, i swear.i mean think about it, if you don't have a ride you probably don't have a girlfriend either!
