Great place to hang out with friends and family for a delicious meal. Always busy with both dine in customers as well as take out clients.

We had a hearty meal at a reasonable price for the weekend dinner. The staff is helpful and friendly.

For the seating area, one can choose the table and then place order at the cashier counter. Food is served at the table, but one has to get the cutlery, drinks and sauces from the serving counter.

Their garlic bread and peri peri fries go very well with the chicken. We loved the chicken which was done well.

The restaurant walls display various art pieces and overall it offers a colourful view to the people enjoying their food.

This place used to be sooo good years ago but the prices rise while the service continues to decline. I am so disappointed in the service I received. They don’t greet you to a table anymore, you have to constantly ask for things that they miss, and the surfaces are pretty dirty. This place shouldn’t have the audacity to ask for tips.

The sides were stale and obviously not fresh. We were a group of 7 and we ordered a huge platter with a side of fries, salad, and rice. No dressing on the salad, old lettuce, stale fries, and the halloumi cheese was cold. I wanted to take everything back and ask them to remake it but my family told me to just ignore it. We will never return to this place again.

Of all the location, this location dint carry that actuall nando's taste, I am a big fan of nando's but got kind of disappointment with the taste, even the garlic bread was burnt out liver gravy was burnt to, all over the ambience is good and the service is amazing, we were served by gorgeous polite energetic friendly employee her name is Grace.she wass super cool took order and best serve. Every time I come here the wait is SO LONG. For no reason and custom drink machine is always out of service or missing flavours. This place is Understaffed and no sense of urgency. The food isn’t even anything spectacular either. Just a place that sells chicken. Go down the street a bit to Brickyard BBQ where the food is GREAT and service is even better!

Updated review. The food is great. We come here occasionally to dine in. Yesterday we called for picked up. When I approached the desk, the girl was on the phone coughing repeatedly and not once did she make the effort to wash her hands. She kept coughing into her hands and then preceded to hand me the debit machine and my food.

I recently visited Nando’s and ordered a chicken sandwich with garlic mash and peri fries. The chicken sandwich was cooked to perfection, with juicy and tender chicken that was full of flavor. The garlic mash was creamy and delicious, with just the right amount of garlic to add a kick without being overpowering. The peri fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a nice spicy seasoning that complemented the rest of the meal. Overall, I had a great experience at Nando’s and would definitely recommend it to others!

Very very bad service I ordered my food 6: 15pm and it’s 7: 18pm all I got was my garlic toast which is of no use if there’s no chicken. The restaurant is half empty and still I don’t get why it’s taking so long! Love nandos but this one had my patience level gone completely.

Portions for the sides keep getting small, and now it can’t even feed one person. Stop decreasing the portion.

Almost $60 for a Chicken, large salad, "large" rice and " "large" potatoes I honestly thought they messed up my order and went back because the rice was soooooo tiny and the fries box was the size of a medium fast food fry box so I thought they gave me the wrong food but was told that's the sizing. Please don't waste your money so many other way better quality restaurants with much bigger portions and cheaper! Check out Martin's instead or any other place that's not this! Horrible huge rip off so upset I paid for this.

This was by far the worst food experience in my whole life. Let’s start from the beginning, when I came in - there was no one to seat us let alone COVID screen us. We waited for 10 minutes clueless on the way to go, finally a girl came in with a water cup in her hand and asked us to order from the cash desk. We sat down, and got her the table number - the garlic bread came and for 4 dollars, you get 2 slices of bread halved each without any cutlery or napkins. After sitting for 30 mins, the food came up unflavoured when I ordered extra hot and was Luke warm to the touch. This was the first time ever that I had ask food to be sent back to the kitchen. It’s a pity that this establishment in one night ruined all my nandos experiences. The food came back warmer but left us cold. Extremely disappointed! As a student with limited budget, eating here felt like a torture.

Chicken and sides were very good. Very drafty, however. Your table (and food) will get cold when you sit even somewhat near the entrance.

Celebrating Thanksgiving today as a group of four thought we'd order the family platter at $49.99. The chicken as usual was delicious but we could not believe the portion sizes on the three large sides which come in the deal. The garlic mashed potato was no more than two ice cream scoops in the box, sorry two of us aren't getting any and the large fries was approx. 3/4 full in a smaller size box than expected. The rice box was the same box as the mash but was full to the top of a very dry textured rice. We needed to order pizza after. Giving you 3 stars based on the chicken only. Come on guys, you can do better!

Poor service/ shady management / unhygienic staff
What's the point of dining in when you have to order while standing with takeout customers. 9 employees working while no one gives a darm about hygiene. It use to be very good but poor management making brand suffer in Canada. Company wants to make more profit so keeping only corporate stores open. Go to other countries and you find perfect food with awesome service. Don't waste your money here. There are plenty of good Portuguese restaurants in Canada

I had made a catering order from Nando's Etobicoke. The process was easy and staff were very helpful. I disappointed at the portion sizes of the sides, I expected them to be much larger for a catering package. However, the general manager Chris was extremely accommodating and ensured I had enough food to cater my event. He also expressed his apologizes for the menu discrepancy and informed that Nando's are updating their menus. Food was delicious and cooked perfect and I cant say enough about the Staff.

Just placed an order for pickup and I had the worst experience ever, the chicken was undercooked and it had no taste whatsoever I also ordered some chicken liver which was even worse and the rice was soggy and watery.

Ordered the quarter chicken, medium heat with Peri-fries and seasoned vegetables.easiky the best meal I've had over the past year.

They say you eat with your eyes first but that meal didn't look appetizing I had better experience at other locations this one ain't it and this isn't the first time. I guess because it is a franchise each one taste different ‍️

If you have never tried Nando's food, you should do it now! The chicken and the peri-peri potato wedges are to die for! And the price is excellent as well!

I have always been a fond of Nandos outside of Canada and I am happy to mention that this branch has maintained the standard. The staff was super friendly, the service was amazing. The food was exactly as I ordered. Lovely ambience. Overall an excellent experience. This is my favorite Halal spot close to where I live. They've just earned a regular customer.

I ordered via Skipthedishes.com and out of 4 items (42$) i received only 1 item and that one was wrong! Nobody checks the correct order/delivery and nobody is available on the app "help chat" to fix the problem or refund! The chicken and fries were poor in taste, soggy and cold. Complete waste of money and time for deliveries!

What a wonderful experience that I have had at this location! The food was amazing and Sarah was such a sweet and wonderful cashier, she went above and beyond and made this visit one of the best ones for me. I will definitely be returning in hopes to interact with her again. Due to covid it has been very difficult to experience such amazing service and for that I wanted to give acknowledgement.

Ordered Variety Pack: They didn't have the wings (5 wings) available and proposed to give 1/2 chicken instead of 5 pieces of wings but canceled and said we can not provide chicken but we can provide you only 2 chicken skewer or extra sides.
Customer service was zero.

Good restaurant with polite staffs. Delivery portions are much smaller than same items that you usually get on their dining tables. Free parking space, are available.i have not seen any line up during my recent visits.

I always go to this location for a take out, but today, somethings change, their sides for the classic meal. I received some dinky fries and coleslaw which supposed to be for 2 and only end up for one. I never had a problem with sides before and If I knew it was like this I would have ordered an extra fries because my kids ended up fighting for it.

Thought I would be impressed. 4 months after my last debacle here where it took almost an hour and a half for my food to arrive. I decided to go back and give it another try.

8: 30pm went in with my wife restaurant was fairly empty. Still took 35 minutes for my food to arrive. A party of 7 arrived after I placed my order and their food arrived first.

When we did get our food the chicken was cold and the peri veggies were cold.

Give it a second try but they failed yet again. Won't be coming back to this location. If management is reading this you should go learn something from the original store in Leaside.

The taste is same good (as comparing to other locations I have visited). The staff is very pleasant when greeting you to your table. The food was warm and good.

From now on, this will be my favourite restaurant when I eat out. Highly recommended. Very much like the way they cook the chicken with lemon. Liked the rice too.

Just wow. These guys always deliver the best tasting chicken out there. Great place to visit for lunch. Pay 1st concept which is kind of weird.

The food is good. The restaurant concept is pick your things to the table like at home.they just bring the plate with food. You pay when you order.

The food is tasty and awesome but the portions are small (the chicken is more of a chic) and the service is slow.

Ordered a full pack for take out and when i got home i felt like i was robbed. The whole chicken missing a wing and part of a breast. So 1-5/8's of a chicken. The rice barely enough for 1-1/2 people. This meal supposed to feed three. I was embarassed as i had invited a couple of friends over and someone lost their rice portion and reduced chicken size (me). I called the store and spoke to Kelly as Chris the manager wasn't available. She offered to replace the rice.lol what a joke!
I was supposed to leave my guests drive 10 mins there and 10 mins back for rice and return home to cold chicken. Nice attempt Kelly! But far from acceptable. If you go there for take out make sure you take everything out and check it before you leave. The staff cannot be trusted with your order! $$
Best thing is to avoid Nandos on queensway Etobicoke. Spend your $$$ elsewhere.

I went here on a Friday evening and they had plenty of staff. It wasn’t very busy but people were coming and going so it was at least half full at a time.
I have been here before a few times and food service of almost always fast.

However, the staff lacks the prompt attitude to serve customers. Inbetween taking orders, they will randomly stop, even there is a line of customers waiting to order, they will start doing random things. Printing receipts, talking to one another, filling water. I can understand doing this when they are understaffed but almost on all occasions I have seen them do this. It has to be their training method which lacks the training of acknowledgment of customers and making sure they are served first.

Regardless, food tastes good. It’s a franchise so can’t go wrong.

They could improve on the ordering first and then seating yourself system.

Chicken tastes good, and it’s totally another kind of way for ordering food. Wonderful experience, acceptable price, but chicken was a little bit over cooked.

Food quality is very good, lots of options on the menu. Would give it a 5 if you didn’t have to go order for everyone at the front and then go to your table.

So I'll start by saying that the food is always delicious. No issues there. However I must say that if you order from this particular location, be sure to check your order before you leave the restaurant. 3 out of my last 4 orders from this spot have been missing items. If it wasn't for that, Id happily give 4+ stars. But at 25% order accuracy, I can't. Perhaps Ive just been unlucky.

I have been to several nandos across the city and this is the first time I have to complain about the place. We did a take out, asked for cheese in our sandwich and only one sandwich came with cheese although we were charged for both. Also the second sandwich was dry. The place was empty so really there is no excuse for such bad cooking.

Enjoyed lunch here with a friend. The chicken is of course delicious, and salads are fresh. I thought it was a bit odd that it’s a restaurant style but you aren’t served. Location looks a bit older now (the booth seats were worn out), but busy and worth checking out.

Of all the Nando's locations in GTA this is perhaps the best place to eat. The food is delicious and cooked to perfection. The hospitality by the staff surpasses as compared to all other locations. For parents with small kids, this is a must visit. A big fan and will be back soon!

I'll start by saying the food is good, nothing to complain about there. The problem I have is that the portions are really small for the prices I'm paying. Probably won't be ordering here again.

Food at nandoes is always great.service can sometime be a miss. If you love nandoes this is by far the best location to eat.enjoy food lovers!

Staff was lovely, informative and accommodating. We had the Mango and the Lime skewers. Really tasty! The potato wedges are also a do again. Oddly some of the rice was perfectly done, but seemed like uncooked rice was thrown in, so there were oddly crunch rice grains. Odd. Going to put this down to an anomaly based on how good all the other items were)

Pricy and small portion. Service is good. Pick your own level of spice needs better, the hottest spice is still not hot enough.

The staff are lovely, the drinks machine is good, food comes out promptly. However, the “extra hot” is noticeably blander than UK Nando’s, the peri peri on fries and wedges isn’t great here.

I ordered 3 take out dishes. They missed one of them. I realized later. Check your bag before you leave if you order take out here.

It’s always good to have a good piece of chicken and listen to relaxing Afromusic on the background great staff

Great place and delicious chicken! I highly recommend this place if you want a good vibe restaurant and well prepared and cooked chicken. Its on my top ten list of chicken spots in The GTA

Great place for takeout and for anyone that wants takeout. Food came in a timely manner. Everything was great from start to finish

This was my first time at the Nando’s Etobicoke location, and wasn’t disappointed. Looks like a typical Nando’s inside however more private booths making it feel more cozy and enjoyable! Extremely clean inside and great service. Definitely prefer this location over the Dixie and Eglinton one.

Do not order for take out!

Been on hold for over 12 minutes, rude customer service and quality dropped. The management does not act professional and does not care about customer service. They kept saying issue will be solved but keeps happening. I recommend going to another location that has a better corporate structure and care about their customers. I own a business and I would never treat a customer as a number
