This Nandos displayed excellent customer service along with great tasting food. Deepika especially was a great help, constantly checking up on us. In addition, the rest of the staff are very well prepared and considerate. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Nandos is such a friendly place to eat with your friends and family. Spacious space and the staff are very nice. The chicken comes fresh to order off the grill and the sauce is readily available to use. Shabnam was nice to come by a few times to make sure our experience was great! She always had a friendly smile and took her time to listen to what our needs were while we ate here.

My orders from here have never been correct and staff are really unfriendly. I never complained about the order being wrong but since it has happened every time, this time I decided to call and let them know. Manager sounded annoyed with me but I still asked if they can give me what I ordered. Instead he offered 10% off my next order.as if I would ever come back

Do not ever depend on this guys, that you would get your order straight if you ask a delivery from skip or uber, they always messed up with your order. The Food has gone down at its lowest level chicken is under cooked they always missed orders or just put anything in your order that was'nt supposed to be there very un-managed restaurant. All I can say is because of demand of this restaurants I mean all of them they just forgot to put there customers first because if they are all that bad and they are still busy it is our fault as consumers. I am not ordering from this location again. ZERO STARS!

1 star because there is no option for 0 stars. Worst service ever. I order an hour ago and after that they ask me what did i order. I had to wait for another 40 mins for my order. I left the order cause i got late for work.

Decided to pick up some dinner from this location on Bovaird on Brampton. Walked in, waited in line for about 15 minutes. Placed my order. Staff didn't advise that it would be a long wait, being a Friday. Which they should if the wait is going to be excessive. This is customer service 101. I waited for an hour in my car before I finally got my order. Checked to see that the fries were cold, obviously. Asked the girl at the counter to get me fresh fries. That took another five to ten minutes before I had to flag her down and remind her about my fries.
I get home and check my peri peri bowl. There are three tiny, mcnugget sized pieces of chicken in the bowl. The quantity of the bowl overall was completely unsatisfactory for over $16 plus tax. It wouldn't even fill up one person if they ate it as a meal. They clearly haven't tried bowls from any other place in the neighbourhood to see what other restaurants are serving and the quantities.
I called them the next day and shared my feedback. The supervisor didn't really seem to care. It seemed like they get these types of complaints regularly and now it's just routine for them to offer 20% off the next order to an unsatisfied customer. I advised her I'm not after the 20% off, but that the overall experience was very poor and they should take the feedback seriously and improve on the execution of their core function - good food and decent service. I asked to speak to the owner. She said the owner would call me back. It's now been three days and still no phone call. I don't think this location really cares about customer service. They know they're the one Nando's location in the area, so they've just stop caring about customer service or anything of that nature. That's the impression I've gotten.
I'll be waiting for a call for another day or so and then I'll be reaching out to corporate to share my experience. If customers are paying a decent amount of money for their meal, they expect a decent experience. This is not a radical expectation. These are the basics.

Horrible service. It was a pickup order. I placed the order at 6: 00. They said to pick it up at 7: 00 I reached at 7: 10. They billed me and then tell me it will take a long time before I get my order. They should not have billed me. Everyone wears waiting here for more than 45 minutes. Will never ever come back here again

Edit update 2021:
I used to celebrate most of my birthday dinners here. But this location has gone down. They hire people with no soul and no customer service (really bordering on rude when asked for Vaccine status and certificate). Visited on a chilly fall day and the heat wasn't even working. Guests in the restaurant kept their jackets on to try and enjoy a meal. The floor had food all around and didn't look like they care to sweep it.

Waited for about 20 minutes between ordering and getting food on the table, all the while freezing. We were really contemplating on just getting it all packed and leave at that point. They had two of the sauces bottles on the table (garlic and hot) and when I asked for the extra hot sauce, I was told they don't serve those anymore. I probably have more Nando's sauce at home than they do at the restaurant. The chicken came and was dry - not drizzled in the sauce you choose as it used to be. The casa salad had no dressing at all.

I'm sure the restaurant has changed ownership since the pandemic or before because the quality of food, ambiance and customer service all went really down. Overall a very bad experience.

Tried the food here, it was absolutely delicious, the staff were extremely friendly. I can only say great things and absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a healthy meal.

Total wastage. I ordered at store and the person who took my order said it will take them an hour to prepare the order. I still went there at 45 minutes and my order was ready. I didn't receive any call which they said they will make when order is ready. I picked up my order and reached home in another 10 minutes only to realize the everything was damn cold. Seems like order was ready for such a long time but they didn't notify me and handed me a cold order. Total wastage of time and money. Would never recommend for pick up.

Terrible service. Wait is for ages then the meal is super cold. You sit to dine in and wait but they prioritize the takeout orders and it takes them over 90 minutes to hand in the order to you. In addition, it seems that if you have connections with the manager or the employees, you get served better and faster. Would never ever go or order from here again.

I haven't been in years but I had family over and one said they wanted Nandos. I ordered their full pack for $40. I could not believe the size of the "large sides". They looked like a single serving. Sadly it was the "large" because their was a smaller container that had hummus. I heard portions have gotten but this was ridiculous. Chicken was ok, not like before but what a waste of $40. People say it varies location to location but as a chain, containers will be the same size.

Waited 30 min for 2 quarter chicken meals, nobody ahead of us. Food was good but took way too long to actually get it. Staff were pleasant and restaurant was clean. They have a Coke Freestyle machine here which was nice too.

The "green" level of spicy is about as spicy as a medium salsa or sriracha.

Do not go here they messed up my order forgot to give me 2 items I called back and told them, employee told me to bring the food back and they will make it agian.when I lived 25 mins away. Then the owner of the store told me he would give me 10 percent off my next order but wont give me the same order for free. I've been going to there establoshment for 2 years and would think they would do somthing but they didn't. Do not support this play they are horrible

They r selling 5 spoon of rice for $9 I couldn't believe it. On top of that the Manger was extremely rude, arrogant and has no clue about custom service. I am a custom service manager my self I was shocked to see the attitude and behavior of the manager the way she treated us and other customers. Of ourselves the rest of the is going to be rude and arrogant to the customers too when they see the manager presenting herself in such a unprofessional manner. Tim horton staff is even better trained then these guys where we spent $2 on coffee.i wonder if the owners know how unprofessional stuff they have.

I order the family pack and a few other items for $92 from this location. When ordering the person taking my order was rude and was rushing my order. I received my fries and requested for 3 large fries and only received one in the container. I called back to see happened and was met with hostility from the person attending the phone. Rather the blame for the minimal fries was attmepted to be flipped on to me for not requesting for seperate packing. I have order the family Pack countless times and know how much the portion sizes should be but the policy for customers are always right dosent apply. The behaviour and hospitality in this location are poor.

Waited 45 minutes for a leg and thigh with one side. Ridiculous. Plus the chicken was raw. It took them 45 minutes to cook yet the food was cold and raw. Don’t tell me it’s going to take 15 minutes and lie to me. Train your staff please.
Don’t ever go to this location. They are just getting worse each day.

My family came here as it was recommended to be good food. Although the food was delicious and their sauces were unforgettable in taste, the service was odd. The employees were polite, but attending to customers accordingly was poor. Plates were dirty even when exchanged, and they were at the ready to clean the table after seeing us shuffle seats.even though we barely sat and placed the order for our food to come. Perhaps it was understaff, but better management towards the employees is needed. Food was still good, just needs polishing. Thanks and I hope it gets better for another visit, so delicious. ^^

This location is quite different from Bay and College.
The order taker forgot my sister's order after 25-30mins of WAITING. We thought that it was the process however, when I received my meal after ordering after her.we realized that something was not right.

We would have appreciated it if they, the staff would have acknowledged their error. However, they tried to cover it up.
While the chicken was tasty.we could have dined at Swiss for the price of 1 chicken and be guaranteed a better experience.

Much training is required for this location.and where are the mature staff member's? I do not discourage young workers but training and professionalism must be a part of the hiring process. A balanced team is at the heart of every successful business. No discount or offer of anything was extended.which is very poor!

Sadly, I would not return. And my review echoes the sentiments of many others. So there is definitely a problem here.

I am the biggest fan of the food at Nando 's. The food I will give five stars but when it comes down to handling customer complaints, they lack training. The staff are trained very good to provide immediate customer service when it comes to taking the order but when I mentioned that on my last visit, I ordered the same classic combo but when I reached home I did not find the garlic bread. I live far so I couldnot come to pick it up again but if you can kindly fix this problem from before. The cashier in the sweetest tone said, we will make sure that you get your garlic bread that you ordered today. I am unsure if she realized that I was asking for the missing item from the last order. I didn't bother about it as I still love the product and will definitely return back.

The chicken was the worst I've ever eaten.it was awful and it wasn't completely cooked.

The chicken had no colour except for the burnt spots and to make matters worst they put this god awful sauce on top. They had 3 bottles of sauce with different labels but they all taste the same except that they were hot.

As for the seasoned rice it was sour and the fries were salty. This was my first visit and you couldn't pay me to go back. I would never recommend; not my friends or anyone to eat at that place. I gave it one star but to be honest it's not ever worth a zero.

These guys undercooked the chicken and for take out they were cheap about giving sauces.
Phone order I requested to put 4 to 5 hot and 4 to 5 mild sauce.
For two whole chicken gave two little sauces friends were dissatisfied. Tasted like paper mash potatoes were soso
Toronto and mississauga by far is the best.
Recommended BPC, Very peri peri.

I went for my daughters birthday and I asked for a slice of cake so I could surprise her also the birthday dessert is free and one of the horrible partners there charged me for and didn’t even make it look good my daughters surprise was ruined also the food not even that good WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I never wrote reviews. But this was not good.
The fries and rice were hard. Told the employee but he seemed to not care. It's sad because they act like they are giving free food. If they just put in alittle effort for the food they make, it might actually be worth it. Like we work for that money and when we don't get what we pay for than what's the point of customer service.

Really disappointed.

Horrible service! Stay away from this location. We like Nando's and we saw it on our way so we decided to go. They completely messed up our order, we were a group of 10 people so we kinda understood but it was their approach that disappointed us. We asked our server to get the manager to explain the situation to him, she went up to him, he gave her attitude and sent a different server to our table.we asked her if she was the manager she said yes, we asked a different waiter and she told us the manager was the guy name (Parid or something). At that point we realized the manager had no sense of customer service, and we let our server know how disappointed we were with the manager. She went to talked to the manager once again, he came to the table with attitude and blaming head office for everything we complained about, horrible. This was for sure the last time we ever go to this location.

I have visited Nando's in different countries and the food has always been consistent. The chicken over here was well marinated, fully cooked and soft. The sides were also good. Price is nominal compared to Nando's in other countries. The service was good, the team took good care of us. Remember to choose your spice level, as it will determine your dining experience.

The only concerns I had were the lack of self serve Peri Peri sauce and the way tables were assigned. Other than those, I think this would be a great place to eat.

I normally don't bother writing reciews but these guys really struck a nerve with me. I just left this location. Placed an order an hour ago. Get to the location to only be told that it will be another hour and a half wait for an order I placed over the phone an hour ago. Who has time to wait 2.5 hours for chicken? Also, I get it gets busy at times and stock runs out but how does a place that has primarily chicken on their menu run out of chicken? Also, If you have run out of chicken then why take orders over the phone or for walk in customers? And If it is taking 2 hours or more then why waste my time by making me come there by telling me it will be ready in 45 minutes only to not have it ready at all and tell me there is another 1.5 hour wait?

Management needs to figure this out because this isn't the first time this has happened. Super disappointed and what a colossal waste of time.

I just left this moment. I found a long black hair in my vegetables.actually it ended up in my mouth. I brought the hair to the manager and all he offered me was to replace my side. Kitchen staff doesn’t wear hair nets. In the end the manager didn’t care to offer me anything just the $4 back for the extra side I bought with a side of hair!

I went to order food and the girl was new and was in training. I asked her what's popular and she didn't know - I don't blame her. She has staff there watching her struggle and no one is helping her, instead they're all just talking, even when she looked over for help, she was ignored. I can't support a business who doesn't support their staff. The food was good though.
