We really enjoyed our experience at Nandos today. Super friendly staff and excellent food!

I lived in South Africa which is the home of Nandos, they make a good Nandos meal, this excuse for a Nandos meal is a joke, it’s tasteless, bland… I make a better Nandos burger!

Atmosphere is utterly terrible, it’s nothing like a Nandos!

This place should not be allowed to call itself a Nandos…. It’s not.
Exceptionally bad representation for the Nandos Brand.

Don’t waste your time coming here.

Please get a trained staff, who know how to communicate with the customer. I was there Friday night with my family. The girl who took our order seemed like she's being forced to work there. Her attitude, her way of talking was really rude.she came to our table and asked are you done? There were other people who came when we came, she never went to there table.just to mention It wasn't closing time and there was no costumer line up still It felt like she wanted to kick us out? There was another girl with her who was clearly embarrassed with her behavior and smiled and asked if we need anything. I have been here before and never experienced anything like this, but I was very disappointed after this visit.
Food tasted good like always but her behavior ruined the overall experience.

I often go to this location with my husband snd 2 kids. The food, atmosphere servoce are all good. We think Suraj is pretty awesome. He is courteous, and does a follow up on each customer by checking if all is well with their food and service. Thank you suraj and all of the team members of nandos chicken at stone church.

Don't understand how are people even wanting to spend money on this much food.

It's really not worth to eat at certain places these days.

Restaurant owners are also finding it hard to curb the prices but eventually its of no use as people are gonna end up spending anyway.

Its a new place and its really good we enjoy our visit will come back again from Brantford.

Nando's. The way to my heart. When the food is good it's GOOOOOD, but it's kinda touch and go at this location. Sometimes you get perfectly cooked, juicy, and delicious chicken that melts in your mouth, other times it's quite dry and unappealing. Sometimes you get awesome portions of mashed potatoes and coleslaw and other times your container feels like it has just a few bites in there. I give it 10 stars when it's juicy and side portions fill the box. It's my favourite in the whole wide world, it's that good. I gave it one star less for the uncertainty, because sometimes it's just disappointing. It's a gamble I'm always willing to take though. The sauce is amazing and I have two huge bottles in the fridge at all times. Do recommend.

Awful. Where do I begin. The fellow who took our order took it wrong and told me that I was wrong when he input it in correctly. We ordered the most mild of chicken for my son and it was spicy we ordered mushroom and halloumi Sliders and they came with no halloumi cheese on them when we ask for the halloumi cheese was I said are you sure there's not on there so they don't know their product. The sliders came with three mushrooms but no halloumi cheese when the way to realize that there was no halloumi cheese she asked if we wanted it on the side we said sure when it came there were two pieces of halloumi cheese. I ordered a quarter chicken with medium sauce rice and vegetables I got a quarter chicken with no sauce rice that looks like somebody threw it on the plate and relatively decent vegetables. Minutes after my Main came my appetizer showed up which was even more awesome the olives were good but they were so late I didn't even want them anymore. The quarter chicken was cold in the middle and barely cooked on the outside obviously precooked and lackluster at best. When I got home nandos was evacuated never a good sign after eating at a restaurant of which I will never do again if it's a nandos.

Great place. It was a little empty during lunch time. We ordered the whole chicken. The price is similar to UK as well. The chicken was very juicy and perfectly cooked. The garlic sauce and the hot sauce is a must. The staffs are very friendly. They are maintaining the COVID protocol pretty good.

I drove all the way milton with my family after being told that i should have enough space to eat, after arriving and waiting for over 30 mins i was sat with my family on a uncleaned table and served our meals in cardboard boxes without utensils. The waiter kept rolling their eyes and ignoring us for service, even after me leaving a handsome tip on my bill. This is the worst service I've ever had by a restaurant!

Do not order from this place. Their menu suggest portions to feed 4 ppl as a combo order but feeds only 2 ppl. The rice is not even enough for one person. Ordered through Skip the dishes and called restaurant after receiving the order and he was a total a$$ and was not helpful at all. I will never order from this place again.

Unfortunately this is our closest Nando’s after the one in London closed. So we only go about once a month but its worth the 1.5 hour drive!

I am extremely dissapointed at this location of Nandos.
Nandos is my family's favourite. The first time we ordered from this location, we were really happy. The chicken was cooked perfectly and they were GENEROUS with the sauce (which is so important) and they even gave us sauce packets; we were really happy esp my parents. So for my parents anniversary on June 30th we decided to order from them again (this is also my moms favourite restaurant). We were really excited but when the food came, it was just complete DISAPPOINTMENT! The chicken was extremely dry, there was literally NO SAUCE NOTHING! They didn't even give us sauce packets on the side! We ordered from our favourite place for a happy occasion to surprise our parents and it was just so upsetting! Why is it that one time the food is cooked so well and delicious and the next time from the same place it was the opposite!

Would I eat from here again? Yes
Would I recommend Nandos? Yes
All day yes, everyday yes!

The few times I have been here the staff were quick to help me. The food has always been ready on time and even when requesting substitutions the staff were always happy to make changes. The food has always been fresh tasty as well. I have not had an opportunity to eat in however the space always look neat and tidy whenever I have gone to pick my food.

So good, one of my favourite places for healthy take-out:) No complaints on the food, I just wish the prices were a bit lower since they are kind of high.

Pretty frustrating experience. Twice now my order has not been accurate.

Generally the whole chicken etc is fine but don’t go for the chicken sandwich - made with hard, stale buns

I visited a few weeks ago and it was wonderful!
The staff were very nice and the food was delicious. They followed all the Covid-19 restrictions and it was honestly great! I wish they had not closed the location in my home town.

If you are in the area, highly recommend checking them out. Would have added a picture but the food was gone before we could take it.

Chicken is really really good, tasty, well seasoned and grilled, honestly the best chicken I have tasted, the variety of sides are also very good, the garlic bread and the chicken ceaser wrap was very delicious, quantities are decent, prices are fair, people who work in there are really nice and helpful by all means specially Josaline was a great help in choosing our sauces and explaining everything and gave us all her time and attention until we knew what we wanted.
Totally recommend that place if you are a chicken lover and want a decent meal.

Quick pick up.usually scrumptious food! However, last few meals have order mixed vegetables have been very spicy. Attention to detail lacking.

Having moved from Burlington it’s nice to have a chicken at the ready from a familiar place, the service was friendly and professional thanks for a short 20 min wait!

They have very good chicken here. It's not the same, not being able to dine in. The prices are still the same, but I feel those prices are for the dining experience.

If you are looking for spicy, flavorful chicken then try Nando's. I visited this restaurant for the first time on September 24th for dinner and i was very happy i decided to check them out. The restaurant is a very relaxed environment with friendly staff and good food. I had the leg quarter dinner with spicy rice and fries, yummy. I enjoyed the food here so much that i have been there once a week since my first visit. I highly recommend this restaurant!

This is the first time I ordered food from this location and absolutely loved it. Very flavorful and fresh. My wife is not a big meat eater but even she loved the chicken and halloumi salad. Seating area looked great, too bad we couldn't dine in due to the current restrictions. Will definitely order again and try more varieties.

For the same price as Swiss Chalet, you are getting a much more flavorful and juicy chicken.along with a much more diverse choice of sides. This place seems to be perpetually busy - deservedly so.

Just had food from here, they don't have items mentioned in the menu and they don't care to update the menu before anyone ordering.

Food was better then most other nandos

How ever service from door to table was lacking, zero Covid compliance was very scared. No one took our names or number to do tracking no distancing very disappointing I would advice owner to wake up and value the customers health and safety as well as their own self and their staff

For those asking if it's Halal I called the location today and the lady confirmed it is HALAL.
I ordered lime and herbs flavored chicken it was okay not very tasty, I got mashed potatoes which was not bad but the portion was unbelievably small which is disappointing, I ordered fries but I couldn't finish them as they were very salty and tasted really bad! I also got some garlic bread which was tasty and the portion was good as well.
Bottom line it's not bad if you are looking for a quick bite, however if you are looking to treat yourself with something REALLY delicious I advise you to go elsewhere.

Beautiful interior. By far the best chicken in all of ontario. Moist, flavoured, real sized portions. You will literally not be disappointed.

Went from Toronto for dine in service to this location. Was not disappointed at all. Conveniently located near Highway and Albion falls. Well to be honest I have tried Nando’s all over Ontario, so far this location food amazed me. Really tasty. Service was excellent. Well maintain physical distance. We tried plater which was outstanding. Will definitely give a visit again soon.

Their chicken is very juicy and delicious. I don't like the rice, and the fries are always too salty/too much seasoning.

This is one of my favorite restaurants, the food here is amazing. However I wanted to leave a review because the staff is so friendly! I've been to many different Nando's and this has some of the nicest people working here, I have to stop here every time I drive through Canada.

The food was delicious. There was a slight issue, which they corrected immediately, and gave us a couple of free apps. I'd go again.

Had an excellent lunch here. The place was very clean during my visit, staff was very friendly, and the chicken on my sandwhich was cooked perfectly.

For a chicken restaurant, they don't know how to cook chicken. My meal was very dry. Plus there was way too much packaging used when I ordered takeout which adds to waste

They have nice chicken with variety of sauces, you have to order first once you get in then sit on a table and wait for your chicken.

Tried this location for the second time. Didn't think the chicken could be any drier or more overcooked then the first try. I was completely wrong. I've never had worse chicken. I've always had amazing experiences at other locations. Do not go to or order from this location.

I love Nando’s, there location is perfect! It’s a very cozy setting, the food is amazing, it’s always cooked perfectly and they have extra sauces if you love saucy chicken. Other than the fact it’s a little overpriced and the service is ok. This place is amazing.

This was the second time placing a deliver order with Nando's. Both instances there was food missing. I called the restaurant and was told by the server that I recieved what I ordered. I asked if she could repeat back to me what I had ordered, she said every thing except my meal. I asked her then why I had a reciept that was different then hers. All of a sudden the manager comes on and tells me that the kitchen did not make my meal because it wasn't wrung through to the kitchen correctly. The manager then stated that all he could do is credit the money I paid for the order so the next time. I came in I would eat free. Which doesn't make sense because I just paid for the meal, how is that eating free. I had to tip the driver as this is a must for door dash the service they use for delivery. Plus the delivery fee, oh and I don't get my meal. I ask to speak with someone that could make this right, as it's wasn't the first time this happened. This is the second out of two times. He gave me a number to call, the owner, apparently, no response, reached out to Nando's head office no response. You spend Money not just on the food itself but the service. I didn't and have not recieved either one as of yet, if there was a zero star that's what I would rate it.

Not the best Nandos i have eaten the place is a little dirty e there is a lot of fat in the chicken but it is nice o have the freestyle drink machine which lets you refill your drink as many times and whatever drink you want
