Great service from Ravinder. He was very helpful & did the needful. He is a very efficient worker. We should have more people like him at customer service.

Old man gives more priority to phone calls than customers in front of him

One of the worst experience I’ve ever had as a customer they were serving people on the phone with the lineup out the door and one guy didn’t help anybody and then when he was asked to help somebody he went to the back and then come back for 20 minutes

Negative experience with your customer service team (parts). I was put on hold for more than 40 mins. 7 times different staff attended my call and put me on hold just saying “one minute please” Why do they come for work if don’t want to do a proper job? You should learn from other companies/shop…. Just a waste talking to your staff.
Unfortunately there is no option for a Zero rating, u don’t deserve even 1 rating.

Charla was very knowledgeable and pleasant i would be back to this store just because of how she treats customers.

Horrible customer service. I got transferred around the phone 10 times and nobody wants to help lol. I’ve always stayed away from Napa but thought I’d give it a try since it’s been years of dealing with you guys. Nothing has changed, and nobody likes to talk to customers…
