NAPA AUTOPRO - Glendale Motors

Used Glendale Motors for the first time yesterday and I am totally impressed by their professionalism when it comes to knowledge, customer service and communication. Not only was the required repair carried out promptly and efficiently on time, but I was also provided pictures detailing the repair process. Exceptional! And all at a reasonable and fair cost.

Full transparency; they never go ahead with a pricy repair without contacting you for approval. So friendly, with really good repair tracking in their web system. Love these guys.

I recently had been experiencing some engine trouble-flashing CEL in my Q5. Scary!
Not for the guys at Glendale Motors They were able to diagnose and repair all in the same day. In my experience with other shops this would’ve been a 2-3 day job. I was very impressed with their prompt and high quality service and genuinely would and do recommend this shop to friends, family and clients.

Awesome experience. Attention to detail was great. Got me in and out in less than 24 hrs on a friday with some major repairs. Ben and Dave were extremely helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place.

Experienced AC not working on 2005 Smart car. Initial visit was to determine potential leaks after system pressurized. Returned couple weeks later to address leak at charging valve. After a week or so, returned when system was not working. Vehicle was fully inspected and kept to confirm system was working as expected. Very helpful throughout the process and kept me updated on their findings. Addressed my concerns to my satisfaction. Would recommend this service to others who are seeking vehicle repairs or diagnostics.

Adequate service when not in a hurry, and expensive: 275$ for engine & brake oil change! Nice free car wash service! However, 2 weeks' wait to swap winter to summer tires (10 min job, already on rims). Staff hangs up on clients. Impersonal attitude in general. Not impressed but can't say that elsewhere is much better - good client service days may be gone.

Had a screw in my tire and had to get it fixed before 2pm that day and they had it back to me within the hour! Much appreciated!

Starter motor replacement. They finished early and their quote was exact! Ben and Doug are great to work with. Very honest and trustworthy. I have been going there since 1987. Never had a problem.

After visiting both a reputable vw dealer and a small owned auto garage to have my Tiguan repaired I was at a total loss and very disappointed with how I was treated. I visited Glendale motors and after speaking to Andy I became very much at ease. He asked a ton of questions about all the issues I was having and explained the best way to repair it. Explaining they would send us videos of what things looked like. Andy was very thorough through the whole process and at last after 1 year of issues my Tiguan is fixed and fixed right!

Glendale motors went above and beyond to make sure my experience was a happy ending, and was very accommodating of me having no other means of travel. Thank you all for your time, expertise and for always going the extra mile.

Very friendly group, excellent service for Mercedes-Benz, and provide a loaner if required.

Absolutely a 5 out of 5 Doug. Andy and Ben are the best frontline pair that you've had in years. Nothing but quick and courteous service. Devon performed old school trouble-shooting on a tricky wiring issue with my F350 and fixed everything. Obviously your mechanics are top-notch too. There is a reason that I have been bringing my vehicles to Glendale Motors for over 30 years!

A well run car repair shop that services all makes and models of vehicles. We have been taking our vehicles to Glendale Motors since 1986. The entire team is easy to talk to and they readily give alternative repair options. What really strikes me is how polite and courteous the entire staff are. Our long relationship with them means they are doing something right!

I’m new to the area, with my home shop being a Mercedes AMG/Lamborghini shop in Oakville. Finding somewhere new was difficult, but a friend recommended this place, so I checked it out. Ben and the team over at Glendale AutoPro are incredibly professional, have a great sense of humour and are honest people. The work they do is up to factory standards, which is a big deal on a vintage AMG or modern Mercedes. As a die-hard car guy with some rather valuable performance & luxury vehicles, it’s incredibly important to be able to trust the shop that takes care of your cars. This is the place to go. 100%.

Staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. From tire changes to oil changes and lots of other stuff they will be able to help you out

Truck over heating. Thought at first was radiator. They work on truck and found it was hoses and clamp issues. They where very honest saved me money. Andy was excellent.

Excellent pricing! Significantly cheaper than what I was paying at the dealership, with just as good if not better quality. Great customer service, they worked with me when I wasn’t able to pick up my car by the end of their working hours and when I wasn’t able to find my extra set of keys they texted me ASAP to let me know where they were. Will definitely be using them as my go-to from now on!

The communication and transparency are amazing. The email summary of what needs to be done as well as the pictures of the issue areas are perfect. Better than walking into the shop and seeing for yourself. All employees are very friendly and helpful.

Great place with fantastic service and great prices. Check in was quick and socially distanced and all employees wore masks. My tire repair was quick, the mechanic was very polite (also masked) and the best part was there was NO hidden fees, or markups, or "oh by the way you need x, y, and z done to your car and if you do it today it's half the cost". Took my Honda Odyssey in for new tires and oil change. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and they finished on time as promised. Definitely will go back.

Service here is great! I initially went because it was convenient and close to home, but I continue to go back due to the excellent service.

I always get great customer service, and they are always reasonable. I don’t feel like I’m being overcharged for what is being done to my car.

I don’t know much about cars, but they always tell me what is going on in a way I understand without making me feel unintelligent (like the dealership would do)

All the people at Glendale Motors are very polite, courteous and honest. They have excellent work ethics and care about their customers. They charge very reasonable rates and the office is always clean and organized with beautiful trees and plants. I was able to use one of their courtesy cars so I could drive to work. They are just super nice, knowledgeable people. I am so happy I finally found an excellent, honest, caring place to care for my car. Thank you so much Glendale Motors!

Amazing service! Dropped my car yesterday night for an oil change and made a note about one of my parking lights that needs to be replaced. Went to pick up my car today today but they forgot to replace the blown light bulb. Told Ben about it and he replaced it for me on the spot, free of charge! Very friendly and professional people that deserve your business.

The young man I spoke to in order to book winter tires to be installed was friendly. None of that attitude I sometimes encounter. Gave the cost, how long it would take and booked me in sooner than I expected. This shop also stores all season tires. Bonus.
When I arrived I was happy to see all covid protocols in place. I told the gentleman I would go over to Timmies to wait. He texted me my car was ready. Bonus.
I paid the invoice, $55 less than other places I called. This was for tire exchange, balance and storage fees. And a free car wash at this location. Another bonus.

Had a flat tire on my right rear. Doug’s very straightforward and booked my appointment. Wait for tire repair is short and reasonable and much welcomed.

I went to the Glendale tire services to get a tire repair. It was urgent because the air was leaking. My car was taken care off in almost half an hour without an appointment, because I had to wait outside in the cold weather.
I am really glad with the fast service. The questions I asked were also answered on the spot. I would definitely come back when needed. Also the price was reasonable.

The guys at Glendale are the best - always friendly and doing their best to help you with your situation. They got our vehicle fixed quickly and were able to provide a loaner vehicle for an emergency we had.
