I’ve always taken my vehicle to Trillium Auto, compared to Dealerships, they assure you of a safe, fair and trusted quote on your required repairs. They are well organized and all the positive reviews show why they’re successful. It would be advisable to book ahead (if possible) for any scheduled repairs, as they are always busy. Find them friendly, trustworthy and accommodating business. Dylan on the front desk, explains in detail your situation and doesn’t press for any unnecessary repairs. I’ve been going here for years, and would highly recommended this shop for all your auto repairs!

I've been taking our little putt putt to Trillium for a few years now and I have no regrets. Quality service, friendly faces, very accommodating and (as one would hope) our car is still going, which is pretty good for a 2010 with ample mileage. Last time I was in, they caught some issues in my suspension that if left unchecked could have caused some serious you-need-a-new-car damage. Crisis averted. Thanks again guys!

Great staff, great service and good prices in my opinion. I was always leery of finding a place to take my vehicle, you read and hear about scams. When I moved to the location which was right near Trillium back in 2005 I didn't have a regular mechanic or garage I took my vehicle so I tried Trillium and been going there since.

I've since moved from that location and although more difficult to get there instead of just dropping my vehicle off and walking home, I'm definitely staying with them for there services

Trillium auto service is the best garage that I have ever used. They make honest and clear assessments of what is needed. There is no extra padding or upselling, completely honest, straightforward and best of all quality work. The staff is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable as well. I have never had a negative experience and have been using them now for 6 years.

I’ve used Trillium Auto Service in the past and no complaints, I don’t drive my vehicle that much (retired). For some reason I forgot about Trillium Auto and I made a mistake of going to a dealership for my last repairs. I am fully aware of the pricing of parts, labour, disposal fees, and all taxes etc. My last visit to the dealership I got the “I’ve been hosed feeling” and I did! Long story short I took my vehicle back to Trillium today, had some brake issues (I thought I wouldn’t be experiencing since just 6 months ago and I’ve only put 2500 kilometres since my last service on my brakes) I believe it was Dylan on the desk, I had made my appointment and they found the problem on my vehicle after troubleshooting (the entire brake system). The problem was explained fully, and even had a mechanic go with me for a test drive. The problem was resolved and they even checked my tire pressure and it was way low. Saved my new tires, needless to say I was a satisfied customer. I think by all the positive reviews on this business, you get the gist, it’s one of the best Auto Repair shops in the Hammer you can rely on. Hopefully I don’t require any more repairs, but this time I’ll remember to take my vehicle to Trillium Auto Service!
