They inspected my car and told me that they cannot do the job as the job can be complicated and they charged me $80 for that.

Terrible place, they are not thinking for you or your car.they are only focusing on business to get money.very bad services.i warned for people who wanna come here.i am not coming there from next.

Great experience as usual. They alerted me to the fact that something chewed up my Air Cabin Filter.so gross. They go above and beyond to make sure your whole vehicle is in good running condition. Thank you folks.much appreciated.

I have been going to Jerry Zister's Sales and Service for well over twenty years. I find the friendly staff to be most accommodating and eager to service and repair any problems that i may have. The office staff are excellent in scheduling times for service according to my availability. If any problems should arise during the service call i am informed as to the situation and work will not continue without my authorization. Over the years i have recommended Zister's to many of my friends and relatives. Their friendly and excellent staff and service is what keeps me coming back and will for the foreseeable future. It's because of this that they are celebrating "50" year anniversary and i congratulate them for this accomplishment.

I absolutely love the team at Jerry Zister’s. They are so wonderful at communicating and sharing detailed descriptions of what is going on in a way that feels approachable. I don’t know anything about cars, but I don’t feel like that’s a problem with this mechanic. They help me contextualize the information in a simple, direct way. The service is so quick and friendly. I’ve never had a mechanic experience that felt so low stress.

Always have great experiences with getting maintenance done on my truck here. Been going here for almost 20 years now and I Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I am pretty sure all positive reviews are fake. I would have a long and very sad story to tell about my terrible experience with this shop, but I have decided not to because I already wasted so much money and time on them. It is absolutely essential NOT to go there for any kind of A/C diagnostic or work. You have been warned!
UPDATE 1: Please also disregard the response from the business owner, the issue I encounter many months has not been resolved, just ignored, as you would expect from shoddy business like this one.
UPDATE 2: I have submitted a complaint to NAPA AUTOPRO almost a week ago. Let's wait and see if anybody from NAPA AUTOPRO is going to contact me.

I had a great experience with this mechanic. They were prompt with their service and called with information on my vehicle as soon as they knew it. I was very impressed with how quickly I was able to get my car in for repairs and how quickly the repairs were completed. I will definitely be using this mechanic again.

I will definitely be sticking with Zister’s. From the auto repairs that I needed, it was done in a perfect time frame and has better yet made my car run more smooth. Running into issues with my car is not as stressful when I know I can rely on good service and better people.

The BEST auto shop you could find in the region!
They are honest, respectful, and they only do what's actually needed.
I would recommend everyone to try out.

From the time I went in to book an appointment to when I picked up my truck I was treated with respect. Staff is very polite and knowledgeable. Janice was terrific in how she treated me and the excellence in scheduling my work. Along with making sure all went well. I found their prices very reasonable also. Great job! I will be back. I have only been to this shop a couple of times so far (2011 Mazda3), but I will be going back. My experience of them so far is that they are trustworthy, fair, and friendly. Would recommend.

Had summer tires put on. Front brakes replaced. Good service. Called with update And price, which was accurate. Friendly service! Thanks to all.

I have only been to Jerry Zister's Napa Autopro twice now. The first time, I brought my car in for an oil change and I also requested that they check my car over because I knew that it was making a noise and it just wasn't running properly. They were quick and thorough and found the problem. It turned out that my lower engine transmission mount needed replacing. I was really pleased with their service and with their overall kindness to me. I especially love speaking with Janice. She is really friendly and kind. I would definitely bring my car back here in the future.

Very welcoming familiy owned business that goes above and beyond with customer service including drop of and pick up to and from my home while my car was being serviced; I did live in neighborhood (6min drive) so not sure if everyone can receive such service. It was much appreicated; Really loved the friendly and energetic lady at the front desk (forgot the name). Thank you guys!
