I have been a regular client for many years and decided to check your reviews. They are excellent and well desearved. The vast majority of your ratings are a 5 stars for your professionalism and excellent service. With over 150 reviews you only have a single 1star review. A women, who isnt a regular client, drives her 'dangerous' car to your shop and without an appointment, demands she gets her brakes fixed immediately. Her reviews are 1/3 a rating of 1*. "I don't get what I want so I leave a bad review". Keep up the good work guys!

Had a different shop do some work that left me stranded. The guys at Northtown Autopro in Barrie saved mine and my family’s cottage trip. They squeezed us in and stayed late. Great work and fair price. Thanks again!

This is the only auto repair shop in Barrie I trust with my business. They are extremely knowledgeable, do the job right the first time and their rates are very reasonable. They treat you like family here, and give other techs a good name. 5/5, highly recommend this shop.

I always used to go to the dealership for the regular maintenance of my car. It was like being robbed at broad daylight ($800+ for repair of rear brakes). When I decided to buy out my car. I went to North Town for a maintenance and safety pre-inspection. I met Jay and explained my situation. Just like a good neighbor, he did the pre-inspection free of charge and offered to do the safety cert but half the cost compared to the dealership. I bought out my car without any issues and managed to save a fair amount of cost thanks to Jay and NAPA Autopro North Town.

Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. Their prices are affordable, cost just shy of $40 to have a tire patched (about $30 cheaper than all the surrounding shops). Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend them.
