Shifting my vehicle maintenance from the dealership where I bought my vehicle to Grant's has minimized my stress around vehicle maintenance. I know longer worry about costly 'surprises', because Grant and Amy always provide a heads up about future repairs and potential issues, which allows me to plan for those expenses. Whenever my vehicle is in for service, they provide courtesy rides wherever I need them, even with my young child in tow. This business is a local gem and the owners are truly wonderful people.

Grant’s is wonderful. The customer service is fabulous. The work done is flawless. They are fair, honest, and allow you to budget the required work. Nothing is done without your consent. Advice is free and there’s no “nickel and diming”. I’ve been a loyal customer for 4 years and will continue for many years!

The tire on our loaded trailer went flat last week while on the way to deliver equipment for a customer. The staff at Napa graciously fit us into their busy schedule to get the trailer jacked up and the tire replaced. We were back on the road and en route to our destination quickly. Thank you to everyone who made this possible, you went above and beyond!

I have been getting my vehicle serviced at Grant's for some time now, I also rent a storage unit from them, and have for a year now. The units are clean, dry, good sizes and affordable! Grant and Amy have been extremely accommodating, professional, and give you that "part of the family" feel. I highly recommend all of their services!

Very friendly staff. Quality work is completed in a timely fashion and last but certainly not least, they're HONEST! Perhaps a rare quality in alot of mechanics shops these days.

Amazing people. Broke down in the Tim Horton's next door because of the gear shift and were stuck in drive. Couldn't park or reverse. The guy came over and did a quick fix to get us home and only cost me a coffee.
