Naples Pizza

The owner of this place is absolutely incredible. So supportive of the community. And the food is always great. Even on the busy nights the food is always quality.

I had the pleasure of placing an order with Josh (I am almost positive that was his name) who was so kind and accommodating. The orders of boneless were delicious, the best in Essex County! Thank you Josh for providing incredible customer service!

Stopped here for a quick small pepperoni pizza and was pleasantly surprised! The pizza was cooked quickly and thoroughly! Never had sliced pepperoni like this before! I mean the round slices were thinly sliced into thin strips and distributed evenly over the pizza. Pepperoni in every bite!

One of the worst pizza I had.its like a raw dough bro.go and try red swan pizza. I don't usually complain about food as am in food service industry but you guys you need to do something about it.sorry to say

I wanted to shout out this ginger dude who works there. Great at multitasking as well as memory (he took my order while also carefully making a panzerotti for another order) and my order was made perfectly! Thanks, ginger dude! U made a bad day better:)

Usually good subs. Been getting skinnier, and I seem to always get hard buns now? Ordered some in person last week. Went shopping for over an hour. Went back for 2 subs, and the worker said. "Oh, ya still want them"? Of course I didn't! Well after spending alot of $ here. I think its time for a change with all the others options now!

Pizza was burnt, pretty much un edible. Toppings were missing. Never complain, called and was only offered a 10$ credit for a botched 70$ pizza.never again.

Love their subs! Few times ordering them & they’re always fresh & great value especially for pickup:)

Terrible service.
—Ordered delivery on a regular Sunday evening at 5: 30. They said 45mins-1hr. I called at 6: 40 to ask if the pizza was on its way, and the worker said “Yes, he just left. Give him 5 minutes”. He showed up 25 minutes later (after 7: 00 pm).
—Ordered delivery tonight (Saturday) at 4: 15. Medium pizza. Again, they said 45mins-1hr. Pizza still was not here an hour and 15 minutes later, so I ordered from another local place in town and cancelled Naples.
I will not order from there again.

I ordered a large pizza pepperoni and cheese and I seen delivery pull up and leave and then came back later with a cold pizza and hungry kids.

Man. They are getting cheaper by the day. Kona has to be their #1 priority. Got subs and poutine. Poutine gravy has changed. Terrible taste. No gravey little cheese and fries are gross. Subs 2 weren't cut and topping were wrong. So, I work hard for every penny and have to just be ok with terrible food. Called to complain and teenager on the phone could care less. I used to get pizza burgers from them. They are going to lose more more customers and I don't like sushi so I believe our relationship is not going to be anything anymore. Good luck to you guys.
