Had an amazing evening. The food was fabulous and the service by Joe was outstanding. The atmosphere was intimate yet entertaining. I would highly recommend Napoli; a true gem in Niagara.

My wife’s pasta was very good unfortunately I ordered the pizza which I have had in the past, different crust I believe it focaccia now, hope they come back with the 00 dough again, great service btw

In town for a several day family vacation with 10 people + kids from the US. Had multiple solid recommendations for Napoli prior to the visit. This place did not disappoint. It has been here since 1962 and I can see why. The excellent service, slightly-off-the-beaten-path (but not-too far) location alongside the excellent food made for a great meal. The arugula salad was outstanding for starters. Pizzas are wonderful and authentic with a flavorful crisp crust. Sausage is house made and toppings are super fresh. But don't sleep on the house made pastas; the bolognese will change your life. The creamy mushroom with goat cheese will take you into a different dimension. The best eating experience we all had, unanimously, during our entire stay in NF. Maybe in all of 2023. Maybe ever? !

As a reply to the manager's previous message:
When we first asked to speak to the manager, not realizing it was you who greeted us, you approached the table with an attitude about 'what's wrong here'… It was not a warm approach when a customer has a concern, especially females with a baby. You stood there defensively debating the pasta size and the price for a child.
Overall, as a manager if you see that you have a large party upstairs, you try to be more attentive to the remaining customers who for some reason should be understanding while waiting longer on their food. Yes, you did forget our appetizer, and our main course was over an hour late. We did not make a scene over this. We actually just sat there eating bread and olives waiting on our food. However, you could of offered a compensation such as a dessert or took an appetizer off our bill to show your respect, as a respectful establishment would.
We do go out often, so we understand and respect the restaurant’s rule and the fact that an iPads playing maybe annoying to others. However, what we don't understand and what is not acceptable is the fact that your service was horrendous, and the last issue that day was my daughters iPad volume, which was extremely low to begin with. Once again the ambience was far from a quiet dining room.
You did not need to hover over my child as if you are nervous or bothered by her, as well as your staff, or even come close to tapping the iPad, she is a toddler. This is the first time I felt uncomfortable being at a restaurant with my child.
I’m sharing my personal bad experience at your restaurant, which most importantly has to do with the customer service you failed to provide, not anything else. Your response as a manager/owner to my review, should just be an apology, not a long explanation defending yourself with standard service norms you provided. Providing a high chair and an opportunity to switch tables is normal procedure at any restaurant, this is not exceptional service. We did not take anything out on anyone and even tipped your staff well, but your negative demeanor is something that had to be expressed and given feedback about. Lastly, I’ve made several attempts to call the restaurant trying to speak to you directly, unfortunately no one answered. Perhaps if you were more approachable and actually cared for the people that visit your restaurant, this could of been avoided.

The staff is extremely friendly and caring of your experience while you're there.
The drinks were a little on the pricey side but were very well made.
The complimentary bread and dipping oil was a great way to get us started and hold us over for a bit.
The main course was nothing like we've had before. Everything was just like mother used to make, creamy ravioli, crispy well cooked pizza. And the appetizer calamari was crispy and was a great portion for the price.
There was an issue with a power outage and their systems went down for a bit, but they were still serving customers the best they could and making sure everyone got to their table.
Our experience there was like being at a families house for dinner. Welcoming atmosphere and fancy dining area makes this place a go to location when visiting the falls
P. S highly recommend booking a reservation as this place gets packed

5 stars! We decided on Napoli for our anniversary and have no regrets. Staff was amazing, kind, and attentive. Food took a while to come out but we savoured every bite. Pizza and pasta, AMAZING. If you like seafood, we also recommend the calamari as an appetizer. Wish we had room for dessert. We are about an hour drive away, but would drive out again just for the food! 10/10 experience.

I have eaten here before several times years ago and the food was always great. Haven’t been to Niagara much recently but wanted to come back for the food. Our reservation was for 730 this past Sunday evening, which was the holiday weekend so understandably busy. We arrived right on time, but it literally took two hours from arrival until our pasta came which was disappointing to say the least. I honestly think they just forgot our food because we had to ask is it going to be ready soon? The waiter said two minutes and it still took ten more minutes. We were starving and I’m 4 months pregnant so it wasn’t enjoyable to wait two hours for pasta. I’m not exaggerating when I say 2 hours. We noticed that other tables were being served and I felt like we were just being ignored. The food was delicious but it’s not worth waiting 2 hours for it. I was disappointed. Normally I would have ordered dessert but I just didn’t want to wait any longer. So we paid and left. We won’t be back.

This place is a gem! We were feeling Italian food for dinner and came across Napoli. We honestly were not expecting this level of quality this close to the strip. Everything we tried was fantastic from the pizzas to the gnocchi to the tiramisu. Will definitely be back next time we're in town.

Decided based on reviews. Asked people out front if it was really THAT good. It was. Food was fresh and authentic. Every bite was enjoyable. Delicious. Staff were attentive and cordial. It was welcoming and clean. Will return ASAP.
Two years have passed since my initial review. I have returned MANY times. I order my favourites and confidently try new dishes. The food is incredible AND consistent. ANY time Italian food comes up in discussion I bring up Napoli. I’ve met others who have been who have the exact same opinion. If ya know, ya know.

Definitely a 10 plus experience!
Was my first time and definitely will
not be my last -:).
Anthony and every staff member are very welcoming, making you feel like you are part of their own immediate family!
A shout out to Sebastian our waiter always making sure all was to our liking, as well as Anthony!
This is a definitely a family restaurant in which nobody will be disappointed, the children had pasta and they definitely did not leave any behind!
The food items selected, were very authentic!
From fried calamari, and rice balls!
Well done keep it up till the next experience!

Excellent service from the time we walked in. The wait staff was very friendly and went above all expectations.
The food was delicious and fresh, authentic Italian. Was a great start to our weekend in Niagara Falls. Thanks again for the top notch service! Would highly recommend.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Owner is a joke. Food is atrocious and only 1 cook in the kitchen which explains the enormous wait time. For a family of 4 with small children owner was disrespectful if front of my kids so do not recommend this place with kids. Absolutely not an authentic Italian restaurant. Antica down the street is more authentic. If I could rate less than 1 star I would. If you choose to make reservations beware they will not hold up. Walk ins are told absolute crazy time for wait or like our situation, 15 min wait turned into 1 hour. STAY AWAY

With amazing food and great staff, we really enjoyed eating at Napoli's. There food was so good and left you full but not heavy/tired of eating.would recommend.thank you for being kind to my little boy

Service and food is literally beyond words. 20/10 recommend. Authentic Italian food that is so delicious I always have such a difficult time choosing what I want. Every employee I've interacted with has been wonderful and very knowledgeable on the menu!

What an amazing food experience. Wow everything is homemade. Foccacia is wonderfull, wine selection perfect and the service was A+. What a step up compare to other italians restaurants in niagara. Bravo chef.
