Napoli's Restaurant Pizza & Pasta

We came twice and both times it was the best pizza we had ever had.the drinks are affordable and the service is always good.they are always kind and a joy to be around.

I am so impressed with Napoli's. Amazing pizza, and professional staff. I will be going here more often.

Ordered takeout. Hawaiian pizza, fries and wings.

The pizza was soggy. Likely because the pineapple wasn’t drained well before adding or because of the sheer amount of toppings (I liked that part at least).

The fries were VERY dark. It’s very clear the fryer oil wasn’t changed when it should have.

The chicken was unseasoned and overcooked which made it a bland and chalky experience.

Likely won’t be making another order but who knows, we might get bored and give the place a second chance.

Great family run business in the heart of Westboro! Pizza is always served up fresh and hot!

First time as a guest and the food was amazing! Such a friendly staff and cool atmosphere! Will return soon for sure.

Ordered for the first time. Delivery was great. Pizza was hot and delicious. A little too much cheese for me but otherwise was very good

I came at a time of the day (shortly after noon) and I would have expected the place to be full of lunchtime eaters. There were three of us. On the other side, the kitchen was slammed with takeout orders (mine included). The service was friendly and generous.

We had my daughter’s birthday dinner here last night. The food was amazing and the service spectacular. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for your neighbourhood Italian spot!

The large pepperoni and bacon pizza was not made with love…. I read that this was the best pizza in ottawa and was seriously disappointed with the pizza. I’m pretty sure they put beef jerky instead of bacon! I wish I could have given a better review but please Napoli pizza do better!

I rarely leave reviews but I decided I had to review this pizza place. I ordered a pizza tonight for the first time from Napoli's and the pizza was amazing! The cheese, pepperonies and crust were all excellent, plus it was great value! The delivery guy was super nice (we ordered direct by calling) and the pizza was delivered piping hot. For reference we ordered a large pepperoni pizza and wings. Great job Napoli! You're my new pizza place!

Listen, I was going to make a cheesy pizza place mafia joke, but Napolis is so good that it deserves your respect. We strolled in on a warm August evening. We were greeted with a smile, and garlic bread for the table. The garlic bread was fought over by the kids. I almost lost a finger in the battle. Next came the pizza. What a pizza it was. A secret cheese blend, huge and tasty awesome pepperoni, sauce that was just right, and crust that demanded to not be left behind. Forget the hipster Westboro pizza joints and come visit Napolis. Warm service with great conversation, and pizza that's a slice above the rest. No wonder they've been around since before the hipsters were born. Next time we visit Ottawa, Napolis is a must.

We called ahead to make sure that we would be allowed to order as we were coming in 1 hour before the restaurant closes. Got there before the kitchen closes. No formal greeting at the door as we waited for a server. Server comes and tells us “kitchens closing so be quick to order”
Rude and odd experience right at the start. We waited patiently 10 mins until we finally signal the very busy server. Our food comes, it’s undercooked.

The pizza is watery, the ravioli had to be returned because it wasn’t even Al Dante, it was literally raw. The pasta I ordered was beyond disappointing. Not fresh at all. The food was so bad and the only thing we felt was embarrassment because we came in late, and we’re being rushed so we can’t really complain about food except we had no choice to give back the ravioli.

A very rushed experience for an “upscale” restaurant. They did have other customers even after we left but they didn’t seemed rushed at all. Super disappointed and will not be coming back as the service isn’t great, and the food is NOT authentic Italian.

Went for the first time since the early 90's yesterday. The pizza was as amazing as I remember it. The service was very friendly and attentive. Only ran in to an issue with the Interact machine where it didn't seem to be working and declined my card so I paid cash. Turns out the payment did go through and that meal was $112! LOL Not their fault and will sort it out with the bank.
I will definitely go back, but paying cash only next time.

Cathy & team Napolis took care of us all through the pandemic. It was so comforting for Andrew and I to know we had beautiful food and beautiful neighbors in such dark uncertain times. We can't thank you enough! Except by trying to buy pizza every week!

Some of the best pizza in town. I really enjoy the California Chicken pizza, delicious. The staff is always great and friendly.

Ordered the baked spaghetti and a chicken parmigiana for take out. Spoke with the owner who is an absolutely wonderful man. I've had the food before and it never disappoints. This is my first time speaking with management and I can see why this place is so popular. Great food and great service go a long way! Keep up the good work and I hope things pick up after these unfortunate lockdowns.

Napoli’s has been a staple In our family. In the heart of Westboro this gem has been serving the community for years and we understand why. They FOOD IS AMAZING! One of the beat pizza’s in the city. Got both the Napoli special meat and veggie

Some of my favorite things to get from Napolis is their pastaaaaa! Especially their Alfredo Fettuccine and it’s sooooo creamy and delicious! I also really enjoyed their Bruschetta!

This place only permits take out from 2pm to 5 pm (No dine in), despite an old gentleman made an excellent arrangement. We ordered alfredo sauce pasta. It was amazing and tasty. He packed the food properly, gave us two glass for pop, bun, napkins and cutlery.

This place is must try.

Ordered chicken parm with spaghetti and garlic bread with cheese via UberEats. The food stayed hot for so long and was packed with care. Everything was SO fresh, delicious, and cooked perfectly. Very happy with the price as the portions were huge - the garlic bread slices were thick and twice the size I expected. Will definitely order again, hopefully in person next time!

Wow. What an incredible pizza! Easily the best pizza in Ottawa. Love their thin crust veggie options! The employees are so kind. Highly recommend the Canadian Veggie and Popeyes!

Their combination pizza is the best. They put tons of fresh cheese, mushrooms, green peppers and pepperoni. This place is excellent.

What a disappointment this was terrible. Ordered spagetti with meat sauce. There was sauce with no or very little meat in it. It was terrible. I had the pizza before which was excellent

Incredible. Generous amount of cheese. Right up there with Colonnade, Louis, Bobbie's, Gabriel.

Order a lasagna and Alfredo pasta with shrimp today. Lasagna was pasta only, layers and layers of pasta, Alfredo sauce was “cream sauce” not even mentioning the 4 shrimps on the plate. On top of everything we have been sick no being able to get out of the house because of the food! What tf did we eat!

Overall nothing remarkable. It sounds like it would be more authentic; however the pizza and food is pretty standard. Lots of better options in my opinion.

They also messed up my order and I was forced to eat olives which you can never truly "just remove" likey my wife suggested. I hate olives.

Best pizza in town! Only place I know that has garlic as a topping & makes authentic Italian wood oven pizza in a size large. My go-to weekly pizza night spot even through quarantine! I recommend a large chicken, garlic, spinach and mushroom:) yum!

Amazing pizza! It is a staple for our family. I have not had a better pizza in Ottawa. Beyond the food, the staff and service are second to none. They make you feel like you're part of the family when you are there, or even picking up.

If a million dollars and Napolis lasagna was hanging off a cliff. I would save the lasagna everytime. Having that lasagna in that moment is way more important. Can we givr 10 stars?

I called the restaurant and the person that answered the phone was really rude. I couldn’t even say why I was calling and the person complained that I was calling midday - during lunchtime. So, if want to have lunch or dinner there, better not go because you will be bothering them. Unbelievable.

Friendly and prompt service. Delicious pizza! We visited before this last visit, probably about 15yrs ago, and it was as good this time, as we remembered.

A very warm and welcoming environment. Lovely staff that are attentive. But the food is only ok. The French onion soup looked microwaved and the pasta was not fresh.

Recently discovered and love this place. Have had a lot of Ottawa pizzas and this one is at the top. Generous toppings and great taste. Also love how they don’t ask for tips on the credit card machine for pick-up orders; this can be awkward sometimes and they don’t force the issue. Totally recommend Napoli’s!

So tasty! My wife got a pizza an I got pasta, the bread was great the portions were huge and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and ambiance as a whole. Clean place and respectable people, if u haven't tried it yet you absolutely should!

An Italian family owned restaurant in Little Italy - where could you go wrong? Well we did.
I don’t know if this is normal for pizza in Canada but the base was nice and thin bread but then it was stacked high in vegetables and covered in a slab of mozerella, the mozerella didn’t leave enough space for the vegetables to cook so we essentially got a piece of bread with raw vegetables and then mozerella on top. It was so massive, a knife and fork pizza as we described it and one pizza had almost 1cm chunks of raw zucchini on it. It was not great to be honest.

What happened to the classic nice wood fired thin pizza with sam ratio of cheese to ingredients to bread?

Disgusting! Went for dinner with my wife and as we are eating, my wife grabs some bread from the bread basket and there was a half eaten lollipop under our bread! Totally grossed us out so we stopped eating, paid the bill (which they discounted 50%) and left. The staff were so nonchalant about it - it was scary! TOTALLY GROSS!

Love the fettuccini Alfredo with Chicken as well. Definitely the best Italian restaurant I’ve tried in Ottawa!
