Best place in town by my opinion.staff is great, pleasant and knowledgeable.they let you feel at home and explain things so you don't have to ask.the work performed is awesome as well and more than reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Love these guys! They have been looking after our fleet for about a year now and unlike other places we've dealt with, they don't "fix" something so something else breaks in a few days.

Dean & the guys were awesome to deal with. I 3xperienced a major breakdown going thru Nipigon. Dean arranged a quick emergency service, even tho it was a long weekend!
All the guys are super friendly, knowledgeable, and were very professional in explaining the whole process!

They are thieves. My semi truck driver side windshield replacement: they charged me 1300$ for an on call of 40 kms.
Discussed with them before getting an on call for service replacement 425 $. Even though he said he has just got a old window can’t find a new one, Still I agreed but they said their policy is to first have a pre auth for 2000$ before coming on call. I agreed for that too.
And the guy came after couple hrs. Took 35 to 40 mins. Ripped open my seals of the door however he wanted and fixed the window, didn’t care to put the seal back.
And then he said all good it’s done will email you the same invoice in sometime.
And then in the late evening they send an invoice of 1300$ instead of 425$.
And then next day I called them, from morning 9 am to 2 pm kept saying I will get back but never.
And then finally at 2 pm the Mr Wayne the guy involved all this scam says this how they charge according to work.
Also called truckers thieves thats why they pre auth. I don’t know who this guy is, be very careful. I would say just avoid them.
I have filled a report on them because he never agreed to give my money back.

Just waiting to teach him a lesson.

Worst worst worst service i had ever. I call them for fix my truck in morning 8am but they send machanic at 5pm and when i call them they make exuces everytime.

They are super professional and absolutely know what they are doing. Whenever my trucks experience any issue in Thunder bay area they are my first call and I never have to regret any call. Keep up the good work guys!

Our van was making horrible noises when we were driving through Nipigon. The guys from Narvi's service dropped everything and took a look at it. They knew it was a big job and weren't able to do it there but they said they would phone ahead to their Thunder Bay location if we wanted. We drove to Thunder Bay and they were so friendly and knowledgeable. A flex plate had to be ordered in and we scheduled the appointment for when it would arrive. They fixed it for when they promised and at a very reasonable price. I can't say enough good things about the entire staff and I highly recommend them.

First time at Narvis, and I brought my Honda CRV in because of a battery that constantly drains. I was unsure of what was actually causing the drain, pretty desperate for a solution. The guys at Narvis patiently listened to my theories and also gave me their thoughts on the potential problem. They told me it should take roughly 2 hours to diagnose, but when it ended up being 3- they only charged me for 2. The guys did a good job at solving the issue, explaining to me what was done and were timely and patient through out. Would definitely recommend this provider if you are dealing with a Honda.

I absolutely love them. The price is right and the service is excellent! It's hard to find a shop you can trust - I'm very picky and have always been happy with them.

Brought my danger ranger in for a much needed brake inspection and turned out it needed a lot of work. It did take longer than anticipated but that was at no fault of the staff, my truck was simply full of surprises. They provided me with a detailed estimate beforehand and only completed the work I approved without being pushy. They contacted me regularly to keep me updated on the progress which was greatly appreciated. They ended up completing all of the necessary work at a very reasonable price. The staff were friendly and personable. Would definitely go back!

I had been going to a reputable tire shop to get my wife's vehicle tires resealed whenever a slow leak developed. They eventually refused to do them anymore and said I needed new rims. Somebody recommended to go see Brad at Narvi's and he'd fix us up or at the least get a second opinion. Turns out the tire company had never been "resealing" the beads and merely cleaning the rim and remounting the tire. Brad took all 4 rims, cleaned and sealed them. We are now Narvi's latest new customers.

My Jeep broke down while at the hospital, Narvi's arranged a toe to their shop so my vehicle can be repaired. All this in under 2hrs, now they are gonna repair the Jeep. Thanks Narvi's.

Travelling across the country and started to have trouble with one of the belts on my car.
The awesome folks at Narvi's Auto Service took my car in that morning, and had it back on the road by earlier afternoon so I could get on my way again. Also called ahead to their other location in Nipigon to get the lugs on my wheels after 100 km.
Friendly staff, had some good advice for local areas to visit while I was waiting for my car, and they were very welcoming to my dogs as well!

Top notch service, a tad pricey. 170 for a safety with certificate, about 50-60 dollars more expensive than other shops in town, but again, service is top notch.

This place literally saved our vacation. They went out of their way to help us out and turned our luck around. Great people.

My son and I were driving from Ottawa to Vancouver when we started having motor problems outside Thunder Bay. The local Ford dealer suggested we try Narvi's for service. Narvi's looked at our truck right away, and were able to diagnose a tricky problem quickly. They got the necessary parts in and made sure we were safely on the road by the end of the afternoon. The staff was very friendly and had a genuine desire to get us on our way ASAP.

Great customer service, no BS they fix what needs fixing and do not over sell. Would recommend them to anyone.

My experience was amazing. I was brought home and picked up by "Pete" thank you Pete.my car was ready when they said it would be. Darryl kept us informed on what was happening.could not be happier!

My big rig broke down, staff was very nice and helpful, great service, technicians were very nice and went above and beyond what was required. They got me back on the road fast.
