I'm eternally grateful for Dr. Dreckmann and the service she provided. For over two years I had been dealing with an extremely testy and painful growth in the middle of my chest that many doctors (gp, walk-in, emergency) loved to poke, prod and test but never remove or point me in the direction of someone who could. Through my own research I found Valespring and booked a consultation with my last wits about the situation (and availability in less than two weeks!). The growth had gotten angry and painful, keeping me up at night from the slightest movement to my chest in any way and making my day to day work at my physical job almost to my breaking point. Dr. Dreckmann showed concern over the lumps location which I appreciated, and after discussing previous testing I already had done on it, she gave me the option to remove it same day. Hallelujah! The surgery itself was clean, quick, and as painless as possible (the lump was very angry so difficult to pain manage but doctor and nurse were very in tune to my pain level even as I told them to not worry and refroze the area multiple times even though I'm sure it was annoying to resterilize each time). The incision is very well done and curves to hide in my natural chest line, in a few months I expect it to be barely noticable. All in all I think I was in and out in less than an hour and went home for a nap to sleep like an absolute baby for the first time in a long time, the pain that plagued me was instantly gone. Follow up appointment was also quick and easy. Thanks again doctor and staff!

I had eyelids xanthelasma removal last week. Dr. Dreckmann’s professionalism, expertise and genuine care for patients truly set her apart. Friendly staff made me feel comfortable.

The nurse at this clinic is amazing she is compassionate, kind, helpful, and empathetic. The actual surgeon Stephanie has zero compassion zero sense of humor and zero empathy. I won't be getting my mommy makeover surgery at this clinic.

I have done bilateral plastic surgery for my lower under eye bags with doctor Stephanie Derkman. I’m really happy with the results. From 2016, these eyebags were bothering me a lot. I have no words to thank doctor Derkman. I really love her and her team. The receptionist were extremely nice and respectful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Conrad's for approximately a decade. With everything we have been through together, and over such an extended period of time, he practically feels like family at this point. I trust him implicitly for all things cosmetic surgery-related.

I was initially looking for the best surgeon in Toronto with regard to revision rhinoplasty. Dr. Conrad came highly recommended by a trusted friend. Upon meeting Dr. Conrad I was instantly confident in his professional achievements (he is a seasoned surgeon and renowned for cutting edge research in the rhinoplasty field), his vision of what was possible and his proposed plan for executing it. Cosmetic surgery is not just a medical procedure, it is also an art form. Dr. Conrad is rare and so special because he excels both as a surgeon and also in terms of artistry.

Dr. Conrad is patient and exacting. Rather than 'rush' my revision, he broke it down into three separate surgeries. My case was a very challenging revision and Dr. Conrad's approach allowed me to heal and then to fine-tune anew through the subsequent surgery. It all paid off in the end. I absolutely adore the outcome, and look and feel like my most beautiful self.

My initial experience with Dr. Conrad was so positive that I continue to consult him with regard to cosmetic 'maintenance' procedures (i.e, facial, skin, etc.). As I mentioned, I fully trust in his vision - and he has the most advanced techniques and technology at his disposal. It's funny how often people comment on how I am 'magically' getting and looking better with age and ask me what my secret is. I usually just laugh, but here's my secret: dedication to personal growth, fitness and a healthful lifestyle, and Dr. Conrad.

-1 Star: Felt compelled to advise you that Dr. Krzysztof Conrad is not the best. He is Fired as I have yet to build up the guts to undergo a ``3rd`` Septorhinoplasy. February, 2012 Dr. Krzysztof Conrad did botch my Septorhinoplasty on right nostril - the pain and suffering. February, 2012 1st check-up appt.he advised he did not get it all - need some tweaking - a second surgery was booked a year later in January, 2013. Subsequent to surgery, I sustained traumatic glaucoma and put on eye drops, a very narrow nostril that constantly plugged up, hard to breath, rot or bad smell, infections, antibiotics. February, 2013 1st check-up appt. (lol he assumed he did a great job, yet my right nostril opening was still collapsed and inside the nostil was still very narrow). You know what he said to me ``you came in here looking like that``. Yup I did come to his office looking bad and unable to breath as I broke my nose on my Cube Van door in 2010! I refuse to go under the knife with that rogue a 3rd time - no way in Hell! To date, it is still hard to breath, feels plugged constantly, have a rot or bad smell in right nostil, get infections, take antibiotics, take Saline, take drops for traumatic glaucoma and the collapsed nostril is not symmetrical to the other which looks odd and does inhibit breathing. Use him at your own risk as you sign the waiver.

Dr. Conrad is the best surgeon this country has to offer. He is to plastic surgery like Michael Angelo is to paint.perfection. Have known him and has aided in my anti- aging process for many years. Kind, compassionate, but mostly skill like no other. He is the only plastic surgeon one should turn to if considering anything to be done on his or hers face. My hero!

Dr. Conrad is an amazing Plastic Surgeon who is very supportive and definitely a ‘miracle worker’.
Recently, I had a bad fall where my nose was shattered when I hit a cement block and I was very worried that I would have to live with the disfigurement for the rest of my life. Luckily I was accepted as a patient with Dr. Conrad who gave me confidence that he would not only repair my smashed nose but also include a procedure to allow me to breathe through my nasal passages normally again. He actually put my nose back together so well that my friends and family (even my own mother) do not notice that I had been injured in the first place. Now thanks to Dr. Conrad, I can also breathe normally again!

I received a nasal septal surgery by another doctor 10 years ago, but after that my breathing was still not smooth and uncomfortable. My family doctor and friends introduced Dr. Conrad to me. He said that I need to get resurgery. I was worried but I took the courage. Finally I got surgery two months ago and now I have a much better breathing. I would definitely recommend Dr. Conrad! He is the best doctor I've ever met.

I went to see Dr. Conrad to help me with my nose that was causing me to feel self-conscious. He is very professional, compassionate and understanding. He listened to my concerns and assured me that he would be able to help. During my consultations and pre-surgery, he walked me through all that was going to be done to help ease my concerns and answered any questions that I had. Dr. Conrad has a magic wand somewhere among his surgical instruments. It isn’t only his exceptional state-of-the-art technical and surgical skills and wide-ranging experience, nor his superb aesthetic sense about the finished look. It’s more; it’s pure artistic genius. He makes me look like my most beautiful self – wonderful, happy, except 20+ years younger.

Even passport control and medical professionals looking at my documentation invariably ask: Ummm, when exactly were you born? They’re perplexed by what they see vs.my official data. And they see a lot of people….
