I had an appointment with Emily to try to put my name down for a Rolex. I showed up to see she was finishing up with another appointment. Was told she would be right with us. After they left my wife and I spent 15 min standing around waiting while she was on her phone and playing with her nails. When we finally had her attention she was disinterested and couldn’t care less about helping or answering questions. She was nonchalant and made us feel like we were an inconvenience to be there. My wife had been there months before and had a great experience the another sales person. This experience was so bad we are going to be going elsewhere from now on

This business is very upscale and tailors to a very upscale clientele. When I went there today wanting to buy a relatively lower cost luxury watch I expected to be hurried back out the door by staff. I was presently suprised that Bryan Nash took alot of time with me and showed me everything I wanted to see and explained everything I needed to know about the watches. He went over and above to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I would recommend Nash jewellers to anyone and will be going there for all my jewelry needs in the future!

I had my first experience with Nash Jewellers, and have to say being born and raised in London, I had always noticed the Nash Brand. However honestly speaking, I’ve always been intimidated with the impression that all high end jewellery stores consisted of high pressure sales, as I’ve previously experienced from other local stores.

Finally a couple weeks ago, I decided to make a call and set up an appointment with their watch specialist Richard to see what Nash had to offer.
Having no experience with purchasing luxury watches, I didn’t know what to expect.

My overall experience with Richard was pleasant and my initial thoughts of being pressured to buy something immediately went away within minutes.

Being that I’ve never purchased a watch from an AD and was unsure of what I was looking for, his receptiveness had me at ease and made the experience positive. He answered all my questions and at no point were there instances of pressure to buy. My intent was more so a meet and greet to further explore my watch options.

He happily showed my wife and I a few watches he felt met my criteria and surprisingly they were exactly what I was looking for!

Unfortunately, the models he showed us were already reserved. I already knew these were it. He intended to showcase these watches to see the fit on my wrist. He was extremely informative with the whole process and it definitely makes a difference knowing how a watch feels and looks on your wrist than simply browsing online.

As I mentioned, I really had no intention of purchasing anything. But after my experience, my wife wanted me to try on a watch that was in one of the showcases and surprisingly I purchased my first luxury watch! I’m extremely happy with my experience my purchase and I look forward to shopping ar Nash jewellers again!

Nash is a staple in the London community. As a native Londoner I've had the pleasure to visit Nash on several occasions and am consistently met with the utmost customer service. Living in Sudbury (5.5 hours Northwest of London) it's a challenge to find Authorized Dealers for Hamilton watches in my area. I stumbled upon Nash Jewellers in London, Ontario and I not only had a great experience with their team but found them all to be incredibly personable and professional. They are passionate, skilled, and knowledgeable. Richard and Jenna both took the time to listen to what I was looking for and help find the perfect piece. They went above and beyond all expectations to make every aspect of this easy and fun, especially given the challenges of COVID-19.

What a great team effort! Dealt with Emily via Chat enabled by Nash. I was inquiring about Rolex watches, absolutely would not discuss inventory unless I visited the store. That's a great sales model but not sure how many customers are willing to drive 200 km’s to London to be told that they don't have stock. According to an earlier response to a similar review, it is against Rolex’s regulations and security reasons. Banning communication over chat or phone seems somewhat primitive but let me hitch up the horse and buggy and head right over! Nash, drop the chat option because it doesn't work, apparently neither does phone! I was graciously directed to contact a local dealer who would serve me better. That deserves the 1 star rating otherwise it would be “0”.

Customer Service is outstanding! Very knowledgeable Staff. I have been purchasing from Nash Jewelers for a few years now and most definitely will continue as my time-peace addiction/passion grows with this amazing hobby.

She was so attentive, even though our need was really quite insignificant (to find a replacement for a small but meaningful lost earring). Kailyn obtained diamond to match the earring I didn't lose, and recommended a new setting for both earrings. It was a great suggestion and I love the new pair of earrings. I dealt with Bryan and I would recommend seeing him for engagement rings. He was very accommodating to my price and kept a clear line of communication as I was waiting for the ring to be done. I take a star off only because an issue that we had with his in house Goldsmith. If you need to change something to the ring tell him to send it straight to the manufacturer and get the changes made from the source. Will save a lot of headache.
