Today was my first time going here and my expectations were far exceeded! The front desk was welcoming and provided useful information. Anna did my sugaring and was incredible. She is lovely, super efficient and I barely felt any pain at all. I will definitely be a repeat customer and look forward to trying other services.

I've never done anything like this before, and Salina was super helpful and kind. She was quick and gave me everything I needed to know before and after the appt. She made me feel comfortable and kept ensuring I was ok throughout the appt. Great first experience!

I had my first Brazilian wax here and it was amazing experience, and I have been coming ever since. Already noticed my hair are thinning and less each time. It’s painful at first but tolerable as I continue my appointments. Brought the membership which helps in the long run, price wise.
All the staff are amazing! They’re all very informative and very professional and made me feel comfortable every time.
Easy to book online, calling is fast as well.

I came here for my first time for sugaring Brazilian. I have done waxing before. The lady who did the service was nice, however I found the treatment to be very painful. It is now 3 days after my treatment and I am still in pain, the redness is still there and not to mention she left a lot of hair behind because the hairs were “too short”
Even though they were the same length as the other ones. I also have bruising and there is some flaky skin as well. No discount was offered for the service not being completed. I don’t think I will come back as I don’t feel satisfied.

Ally was fantastic, she took the time ensure my comfort, completing check ins through the entire process. I will definitely be booking with her again.

Asmo experienced his first waxing ever. He was nervous but Ally calmed his nerves and for the next hour and a half they talked and waxed. When completed Asmo's confidence was elevated. There was some pain but quite manageable overall Asmo had a great experience. We are going back in a month.

I’ve been going here for about a year now and have had a fantastic service. I mostly see Salina but the odd time have gone to another when I waited to late to book. Everyone had been great! Friendly service and sugaring results are perfect. I can tell the hairs are thinner and don’t come back are frequently or as much. I would definitely recommend going here.

I thought there was a little hesitant to try a new place but it was one of the best decisions. Selena is amazing and the atmosphere is fantastic. Everything is clean and organized and the individuals here are very talented. I am so glad I switched to this location and will be going regularly.

I went in for a full leg and Brazilian wax with Samantha A. It was my first Brazilian so I was a bit nervous but Sam was so amazing. She was so fast and gentle and super nice during the appointment. First of all, everyone who reads the reviews below needs to be aware that Sugar Bare Body Bar gives a discount to every 1st time customer who writes a 5 star review. So you can basically assume that most of 5-star reviews are "bought" by giving 30 to 40$ off discount. While the place is nice and clean, I believe that it is overpriced and sugaristas at this salon are not good enough for this price. I had a horrible skin irritation after the 1st visit, and wasn't completely satisfied with how a sugarista did my eyebrows after the 2nd visit: ended up cleaning up and trimming my eyebrows at home.

I went for a half leg sugaring yesterday and was BLOWN AWAY! It was my first time at Sugar Bare Body Bar Newmarket. It has been years since I’ve tried sugaring and after my experience here, I’m a lifer! The facility was clean and inviting. My sugarista Anna was professional, personable and just an all around pleasure!

She was so patient with all of my questions and put me at ease throughout the entire process. For anyone who is questioning whether to get sugared or not, GO. DO. IT! This was my first experience getting any type of professional wax/sugaring and it was great. I had my underarms done twice so far and each time the whole thing was super quick and easy. The space is clean and there are disposable masks and sanitizer by the door when you walk in. They even give you a free parking pass at the Newmarket location. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and was able to have my sugaring done earlier than my appointment time, I hardly had to wait. Everyone is nice and friendly as well:) Will be going back again

Did my first ever Brazilian wax yesterday with Salina. It was amazing! At first I was nervous n scared, so I talked Salina’s ear off to distract myself She did her thing while talking and laughing with me every step of the way! Sugaring: Extended Bikini, underarm, legs. The results are beyond my expectation, from now on - it's the only service I will use for hair removal. It's fast, painless and simply amazing, regular waxing - never again. So glad I found them!

Such a fantastic place! Fantastic quality and value. The staff are super friendly, helpful and kind. It is much less painful than waxing. Their facials and other treatments are also outstanding. The membership is worth it, and the Fur line of aftercare products is terrific. 10/10.

What a treat to have the SugarBare signature facial which included generous arm massages and as a treat, I added in the Apricot oil scalp massage. My skin was glowing after, and I truly enjoyed it. I highly recommend it!

It was my first day with Natalia and she was very welcoming and sweet. The place is very clean and relaxing. She was very gentle on my skin and provided a high quality service. I will definitely go back for more services.

I don't know how Natalia does her magic but after coming here for about 8 month for waxing my hair growth reduced significantly! I've been doing waxing for years before coming to Natalia and I've never seen anything like that.

I also come for facial cleanings regularly and I can say my skin really appreciates what Natalia is doing to it. I actually stopped using foundation every day because my skin looks very healthy and smooth now.

She is also very friendly, polite and professional and the place is always sparkling clean. Love coming here!

Natalia is a magic! I see her for a Brazilian waxes and it is a pain-free experience. She has ways that make it actually relaxing and not a chore. No irritation or problems afterword either. Some places I've been its just been awful, wax can be too hot or the focus on one area for a while. But she is the best! Will keep going back!
